The bees knees cafe in East Riding of Yorkshire

My daughter and I was in the area for an appointment. Whist waiting we decided to find somewhere to get something to eat and came across this lovely cafe.The owners are just lovely, attentive, chatty with great sense of humour. The atmosphere was great, customers chatting to each other and the owners seem to have a great rapour with their regular customers as well as building great relationship with new customers.Due to my daughter's appointment over running, I stayed for quite sometime and although there was a constant flow of customers I was able to get on and do some work whilst waiting. The owner made regular check backs without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble.The food was cooked to order and really lovely.All in all a really lovely place and we will be back soon.

We took our two grand-children for a breakfast this morning what fantastic food and service nothing to much trouble.As with a lot of young children there is always something they dont like but when we asked they gladly swapped those items for something extra which they liked.It was cooked to perfection.A really nice thought was when the children were given a chocolate for easter.When we got home they both said can we go again.I would recommeand anyone to try this cafe you will not be disappointed.

While out in Driffield this week, our usual cafe was very full up, so we looked for an alternative.We came across The Bees Knees, which was new to us.We went in & found them very welcoming & friendly.Their prices were very reasonable & variety of choice on the menu catered for every pocket.We treated ourselves to the dinner with pudding for around £5 each.There was a little wait, but that was because it was cooked properly! It was very nice & so was the pudding.Everyone in the cafe seemed friendly & joined in the conversation.We were both very impressed & will definitely return when next in Driffield & recommend them to our friends and family.Children are welcome here & the washroom was clean & well stocked with soap & paper.Thank you so much for running such a lovely clean cafe. Small, but a little gem.
