Very friendly people in, very cheap. Always felt welcome as students. Never felt unsafe. Very nice staff

Ok so our visit wasn't March 2022, it was summer 2018 but trip advisor won't let me backdate that far. Maybe things have changed, maybe not. But every now and then my partner and I like to reminisce about that one time we popped in on a hot afternoon to have a quick drink and use the loo. There were maybe 10 people in, all clearly regulars. A man shouted at S#1thead the dog. I went round to the ladies past the lads at the pool table. There was such a weird vibe, I felt like I'd be lucky to make it back in one piece. When I got back to my partner, he was standing at the near-empty bar with no drinks, and hadn't been served. Nothing. Nobody had spoken to him or looked at us. Not a sausage. We left without a drink. One day I'd love to organise a flash-mob of tambourines and guitars just to see the expression on their faces, but it probably wouldn't end well 😅

Muy mala experiencia: se amenazó con la violencia poco después de entrar. Me sentí muy incómodo, el pub estaba sucio, la mayoría de los clientes estaban borrachos, no estaban muy bien administrados y era un lugar de cultivo obvio para el comportamiento antisocial. Si no eres blanco - evita.
