It was not good and chicken was not juicy. Taste was not good

Terrible Donna Kebabs that were stone cold & meat was tough like chewing on Leather!! The Chips were cold & Soggy & the whole lot was drenched in Burger Sauce & over priced!! Not Recommended!!! Sorry....

The salad certainly was not fresh, we often order from here as you will be able to see but the salad stank, we left for the airport late so didn’t want to cook but wish I had of done now as we are starving

Ordered food just after 2pm estimate delivery time between 15:05 and 15:25 my foods still not been delivered.

we were waiting for ages for our food, over an hour on a pretty slow night, no contact details anywhere. the sizes seam very small compared to other places especially for the prices and very very greasy, all in all not a great experience and won't be ordering from here again

to be honest i was highly shocked the food was terrible and missing stuff spent nearly 30 quid the salad was well 2 half slices of cucumber small drop of lettuce .to say this qas thw worst kebab and othera qas so bad il never ordwr again

burger was overdone, barely there salad and dry. Kebab was disappointing, the kofte chicken was good but the pitta bread was dry and hard. Only upside was great ice-cream.

Such wonderful service and smiling conversing gentleman's serving! Ordered Doner meat & chips boxes for the whole family to enjoy in local care home Chaseley Trust. The portion size was like large for a regular box! The food was fresh, hot, made on the spot and the taste was simply spot on! So juicy with garlic mayo, it was just 👌 Must try!!!! Defo will be visiting The Best Kebab again! And this place is Halal!! 5⭐

It's the best kebab for a reason, the portions are amazing, the prize is perfect for the amout of food you get and the taste it has, my favourites are lamb donner wrap, mixed donner wrap, with ketchup and mayonese, just amazing, staff are very friendly, best ever.

10/10 as always, chips always cooked to perfection and the Lamb doner is the best I've had from the UK

The first time I did not enjoy this meal. I found a lot of grizzle in the lamb and did not eat it.

Good food and good portion but forgot to give any sauce, when we order from other places they give some chilli & garlic sauce. If you order from them & would like sauces, best to leave a note when placing order.

I order from Best Kebab multiple times a week. They’re always on time or early and the delivery drivers are friendly, which during my night shifts it’s nice to have a chat with them all. The food arrives hot and is cooked correctly. And they always listen to my comments about adding extra garlic mayo which is hugely appreciated! In my experience with the restaurant I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Delivery address clearly stated 171, got called by the driver to say he was at a different address and then proceeded to hang up on me when I was trying to give directions. The wrong dessert was also delivered. Totally appreciate if you ran out, but a call would have been appreciated instead of just a blind swap. It’ll be a while before I order from you guys again.

Food still hasn't arrived and I'm now assuming it isn't going too either that was my last £25 quid so guess I'm without dinner tonight. I'm a regular as well leave loads of good reviews. Genuinely disappointed tonight guys 😔

90% of it was burnt, or/and cold. bun on my burger was jet black, the kebab was nice so helped make up for it.

This is our usual kebab shop as we would normally say it’s the best but completely disappointed. The food was 40 minutes late. It turned up nearly stone cold. We ordered jalapeños poppers which state there to be 6, but only 4 were in the box. Requested a refund and got.. ‘The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order. They say: "We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. We hope you enjoyed your food."

Shocking quality shish only lettuce as salad no sauce asked for garlic and Chilli!!! Sober customer too!!! Totally disappointed nearly 20 quid with deliver and fees absolute joke!!!

I was missing my Garlic bread with cheese. Called the restaurant and they just advised they will take it off the order next time. Assuming we would want to order through this shop again. Simply not good enough

From ordering to receiving my food it was 2 hours! Received update that driver was out with delivery, food arrived an hour later! Luke warm and soggy. Usually have good meals from here. But if your too busy then just take yourselves off just eat till you can offer a reasonable delivery service!! Not happy at all!!

Very noticeable that there is a lot less kebab meat in the order now compared to 6 months ago. The price has gone up (to be expected) but I don’t expect the quantity of meat to go down and the amount of salad to increase. As a long term customer I am very disappointed with what is now provided in the regular order. I’m not sure I’ll be back.
