The Brew Bar Lounge in Blaby

Told the manager that the order was wrong, he then rudely told me i should have told him during the meal. However, i tried to attract his attention during the meal but he was too busy talking to his mates to come and help us. Overall food was nice however the manager was rude.

9.30pm, we were the only customers. We ordered 2 burgers with fries, onion rings & 3 hot drinks. The food was tepid at best, the staff were playing loud music & no-one was wearing either hair nets or beard nets. If not for the fact that we had had a very long day of travelling we would have returned the food & insisted that a fresh order be cooked. If we ever visit these services again we will buy a bag of crisps!!

Shocking customer service. Ordered food and told within the hour for delivery. 2.5 hours later and still no food. Will NOT use again unfortunately. Not one apology. Shame as it has always been amazing.

Chicken was over cooked, not edible at all rock hard
