The Burger Box in Mendip

Visited this branch for the first time. The place was tidy and clean. Nice friendly staff. The young lady taking orders made a mistake, and I got a wrong burger. She was very apologetic and got me a replacement, even though I didn't ask for one. Will be revisiting soon

I didn't like the experience I ordered chicken and fries and made it very clear to the person that this is what I wanted only to get home and get 6 pieces of chicken fries at an outrageous price. The serving was not even close to a meal just a snack bite! Extremely horrible.

if I could give 0 I would disgusting tables all dirty seating full of dirty stains asked staff for some spray to clean tables as they hadn't cleaned the seating area at all and was given tissue to wipe table which was black they refused to give spray or even clean said table then said sit at another table when all where dirty no hygiene at all I worked in mc ds along with other food places and I can say they should be doing the tables after every customer leaves but nope needs staff to be retrain in hygiene and manners aswell rude to customers

It is a lovely atmosphere everyone is so helpful and kind and the food was very good

fries cold and hard, if someone told me they were from yesterday, I would have believed them. Very poor.

large fries missing, drinks and food in the same bag. This should not be done as the food was cold snd damp. The driver also left his delivery bag open while he could not get the code right, so food was very cold by the time he inputted the code correctly.

Food was great but once again another bad delivery driver who didnt want to deliver food to my door.

I'm sure the day will come soon that all burger King in northampton will close their door because of their workers they eating it like worms from inside they slow they not taking any responsibility and at all they not care the boss is sleeping I will celebrate that day

Sick of coming here in the evening for the seating area to be closed off especially when they dont close for 2-3 hours. Nobody likes to sit and eat in their car. Why close is off so early. Absolutely ridiculous!! Your losing trade by closing it off so early

you left out the tomatoes in my whopper that’s the only reason I buy a whopper meal because I love the taste of the tomatoes

From order to delivery it took 55 minutes. Ordered at 4.31pm, the time the receipt was printed was 4.40pm. Presumably it had been sat there since. When it arrived it was stone cold.

The order was incorrect and cold. I reported this to just eat and, despite me having photos to prove it was incorrect, they refused to offer any kind of refund or compensation for this, they refused any explanation for this and refused to escalate it

Honestly, the place does the job. You can't really complain that much or expect that much from them.

I have tried burger king weston Favell shop and staff including there manager was very cooperative and service and food was also very amazing

We haven't ordered from Burger King in a while as we kept receiving incorrect orders and JustEat / the restaurant weren't refunding us. But today the order was all there and correct! Thank you to those that were on shift today, great job, my faith in BK has been restored!

Both kids felt sick after eating chicken nuggets last night. They only had chicken nuggets and fries ordered but didn’t touch the fries. Little one kept vomiting all night and the other accused stomach pain…I guess the hygiene is not their top priority…definitely will avoid from now on

Went to claim the £1.99 national burger day whopper offer but the oven was conviently 'broken'. Safe to say, it angered my blood.

The food was left outside by the car and nobody rang the doorbell to let us know the food had arrived. It wasn’t until 40 minutes after I ordered the food. I checked the app to see that it actually been left outside. I not check the app I would never have known.

The delivery bag was opened and wet. Fries were eaten as box was open.

One of the meals was cold the other was hot so no thought put into groupage. Courier. Arrived with no thermal bag and late. Will never use again for Burger King

Went in today. First of all was told the fizzy drinks were warm did we still want them? I said no can we have water instead and was told no as bottled water is for delivery only?! Further more when asked if we were eating in or take away I advised we were eating in, they started to close up at 3 and asked us to “finish quickly” as they wanted to clean. Was very rude considering they were happy to take our money. We would have actually finished in time if the order didn’t take 20 mins to be prepared when there was no one in front of us. Guessing they spend more time worrying about delivery orders.

Burger missing - the burger that was the whole reason we had Burger King in the first place. So I call up to be told that they took a photo of the food when it was ready so I must have it! Then the burger we did get was dry, overcooked and not actually how I asked for it.

I made an order online and spoke to a worker who then said that I was prank calling and threatened to refer the call to police . This order was made by Uber eats who then gave me a refund

Requested that there be no tomatoes in one of the burgers - even added that information in restaurant notes for good measure! The burger was marked as "no tomatoes" but it still had tomatoes in!!!! Not the first time this has happened. Thankfully there isn't an allergy to tomatoes, it's just a preference / dislike of tomatoes. HOWEVER - this is poor practice, BK staff really ought to be more careful in case there is a case of allergies, it's not ok. Except this error the rest of the order was ok

We understand if there was an England game on tv for the wait but there wasn’t and when we did eventually get our food it was cold so not enjoyable at all and for £30 for two burgers I expected much better

Whooper had tomato and pickles and cheese and bacon. Wasn’t what I ordered and was cold. Driver was moody

I ordered a regular Chicken Royale meal via a well known delivery firm. Does this photo look like a Chicken Royale with lettuce and mayo? No, it's their Spicy Mayo with bacon version. I have significant intolerances to some of these ingredients so it had to go straight in the bin. Had to supplement the fries with food I already had at home, which is not the point of a takeaway. Burger King Weston Favell only refunded £3.21 for a £10.69 meal. So they are saying their fries and soft drink are worth over £7?! Rip off and shows no incentive to improve. Only used Burger King Weston Favell for delivery about twice before and had slow service, so will no longer use.

Someone put the wrong address on my order and sent it to 13 not17. I had to go and find the driver.

Ordered for delivery, Food Didn’t arrive, Contacted restaurant told order had been cancelled there end with no notification to me told refund had been given Contacted platform from which we ordered told this was not true. No cancellations or refund had been selected Contacted restaurant again to be told no driver Still awaiting refund Would avoid like the plague

The steakhouse crispy chicken had tomato ketchup on it. I cannot eat that. It didn’t include ketchup in the list of items on the chicken or have an option to check. I can’t eat it. Waste of money

Customer service was terrible. Staff were rude, didn't double check order and gave me the wrong product. I wanted 20 Cheese bites and they gave me a mix match box of different stuff. That is not what I ordered When I tried to get it changed the cashier didn't properly acknowledge me. Everyone seemed like they didn't care As I resturant manager I would not accept this behaviour from my employees
