The Red Lion is a great local pub with excellent staff and great food.

Nice pub and friendly staff. Would give 5 stars but the prices were really odd. We had 4 rounds of drinks while we were there and had the same drinks each time. The first 2 rounds cost £10.80. Then the 3rd round was £11.30 and the 4th was £12.30. Not sure if the prices change at certain times? Anyway, it's certainly worth a visit and the beer garden is excellent.

Bought a few wings from here a couple days ago as a quick snack as I was starving and I ve heard many people say they do amazing wings. But sorry to say the wings were really oily and nasty! I couldn’t believe that a place on 4.3 star with 177 reviews tastes like that!! Also can’t believe people say its nice, I would even want them for free honestly speaking. Avoid!

Absolutely love love love love this place! The food is incredible! Best salads I've ever tasted and the staff are so sweet. They also do amazing cakes that are gluten and refined sugar free. Love coming here whenever I'm in Hertford :)

Had a lovely meal here last night, probably one of the best Indian meals I’ve had. Big portion, had to take some home. Staff were really nice and big shout out to the young waiter who was so professional, he’s a credit to the place and to his parents.
