Great location , helpful staff and nice roo

Unfortunately service, we are a family with 3 small children, they left us without accommodation 10 hours before arrival, even having paid in advance, they relocated us to another different and lower category address that I had to pay again in advance, thus disrupting all of us travel plans and routes, I recommend taking out travel insurance with compensation for unforeseen events of this type. I don't recommend it at all.

A very bad experience. The place is not suitable for residence. It is dangerous and unsafe. There is no air conditioning in the hotel. A small portable air conditioner has been installed. Very hot air. The air conditioner is extended with an electrical cord and connected to the floor. There is no water drainage for the air conditioner. A water can was placed to drain the water in the box. When the box is full, the water comes out to the floor and the room is filled with water. The management was notified and they said that they should empty the water after filling it, and the electricity wire passes over the floor and the water. The situation is very dangerous, and there are also no safety laws during the seven-day stay. The room was cleaned only once. The photo of the reservation that was booked differs from reality. It is completely different. It was also not made clear that the room was Underground: Imagine booking a room and discovering that it is underground. It is the worst experience I have ever had in all hotels in the world

AC not working in a basement suite. We asked for a fan - never got one for the first night and it was too hot. Beds are very firm. However, Location is brilliant, the room was clean, and the bathroom was decent.

To flee! Scam! The pretty photos of the suites with white carpets, light velvet headboards, clean white bathrooms, etc. are false, they are the showcase of a hotel which is in reality shabby! I booked 2 nights and 2 rooms at the Mayfair suites 33 Clarges Street (photo 1), the manager sent me a message the day before for the next day to explain to me that they had to change hotels and offered me "the little sister hotel” (photo 2) at Griffin Houses 10 Connaught St St George’s Field: catastrophic! I refused. Having gone through Booking, relocation was possible. Don't be fooled, it's a real scam.

Terrible. Black mold up the walls. I didn't even stay for all the days I booked for. I booked a hotel down the road because it was so dirty. Damp smelling room with black mold on the walls. I have asked the property for a partial refund for the days I didnt stay and they're ignoring me. Careful with this accommodation.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Awful, dreadful customer service. I booked the wrong date by accident, asked if i could cancel and they wouldn't allow me and wouldn't refund my £180 even though it was obviously a mistaken date. Nasty, profiteering and callous company who treat customers awfully

Great location! The room is spacious and very clean.
