Lovely friendly coffee stop on the prom at Seaburn. Great breakfast sarnis, good coffee, super friendly service, and a little sun trap (when it's out). Go and enjoy!

Haven’t stopped here for quite some time, passed the other day and it looked good, seemed popular. It has new owners to my last visit, and what an amazing difference. Good coffee, good sandwiches, decent prices, and really friendly welcoming people. It’s in a bit of a sheltered spot overlooking the beach, so now will be our regular stop. If you haven’t been, particularly for a long time, give it a go, I don’t think you’d be disappointed.

We are regular customers of The Coffee Hut!! Superb coffee & food is amazing cooked by Luca & Janet!! They are perfect hosts so friendly & welcoming. You will always get a smile & they love a natter with their customers. You can sit & enjoy your preferred drink & food overlooking the sand & sea it’s so relaxing. The prices are great & you will not be disappointed with your purchases. We would highly recommend a visit if you havn’t been, you will return like us time & time again

Although it’s been there for as long as I can remember, the coffee hut has new owners. The change has been pretty remarkable. The quality of the coffee and food is superb Beautifully situated with stunning views, this is now our pit stop when walking the dogs. We’re a fussy bunch when it comes to coffee and this is hard to beat

211 High Street WestAlquilé estas cátering para mis hijas 21 celebración de cumpleaños. Sarah era muy útil y feliz para ajustar sus menús para satisfacer a nuestros huéspedes paladar. Muy pocos desechos, al final de la tarde y todo el mundo había comido su llenar. Varios huéspedes eran de antecedentes militares y comparó el buffet a algo que había experimentado sólo en una función de desastre de oficiales. Sólo tengo alabanzas!

Flat 39 The Mowbray Borough Road, Sunderland SR1 1PS EnglandTried this little restaurant an Saturday with my sisters . It ticked all of our boxes . The staff were excellent ,the barman couldn’t have done more , his friendly and attentive service together with a relaxed and comfortable environment made our visit very enjoyable . The food was great value for money. We had the £7:95 2 course special . It was very tasty , well cooked and presented ( we even had proper salad garnish instead of the usual bit of soggy lettuce ! ) We meet for lunch every Saturday and look for small friendly places with reasonable prices , good food and friendly staff .This place had it all. We are returning this Saturday !

25 Stockton Terrace, Grange Town, Sunderland SR2 9RN EnglandYou get a personal service which is flexible and meets your needs. Everyone is friendly and remembers your name , well behaved dogs are welcome and spoilt. The food is lovely, take out or sit in. Everything has been done to make you feel safe and well fed in these difficult times. I think it is suitable for all types of customer, I do not feel awkward when I am by myself or have my dog.
