Love the staff and the food. I will came back with my family. I will recomend to my friends and to my family. Very friendly staff.

This was an abysmal experience. We just moved to the area and invited a few friends out to the pub on a Saturday night. They had run out of almost everything for peoples meals so everyone got their 3rd choices and while they had mead on tap, there was none left. This could have been excused if it was lively and full but it was empty with no atmosphere on a Saturday night at 8pm. The servers were rude and bustling about yet, there were very few tables so nothing to warrant this. All in all - we will not be going back and would not recommend it to anyone.

Visited this place with an out of town friend on Saturday night. Couldn’t believe how bad the food was. Even told the waitress who took the food away brought the same stuff back microwaved. Not only that we were sat under a leaking ceiling and didn’t know until we found our jacket was dripping water, pointed it out to the waitress who acted surprised than admitted it wouldn’t get sorted in a hurry. Buffalo wings felt like they were pre heated in a microwave, the time they finally arrived (sat under the light for 12 minutes) finally got to us they were close to stone cold. Calamari was limp rubbery and pre heated and yes you guessed it cold. Chips don’t even go there! This food hasn’t seen a fryer in days but def a chef mic special. Avoid!!

It's very good and tasty vegan burger and sweet potato mash just amazing. Ambient is very nice 5/5 stars. Also staff is very friendly and welcoming

Awful since pandemic: Terrible food. Bar manager verbally abusive. Staff anxious and irregular. Does not take cash. Staff not allowed to even take a cash tip or they will get in trouble. In a mixed part of South London seems very keen to cater to a small, exclusive clientele. As an exhausted health care worker recovering from a night shift, I felt unwelcome and sad. Used to be quite pleasant with OK food and mixed clients.

Not my first visit but first review, to acknowledge that it’s a lovely pub, with great beer and lovely staff. I’m an Equity Punk and enjoyed my birthday beer at this local tonight. Suffice to say, the beer was of course delicious and the staff were really great. If James Watt ever reads these, note that the blonde haired female staff member is a keeper - really helpful and friendly👍

Me and a few friends went for the bottomless brunch on 22nd January. Staff were super attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious! Not to mention a great value for money; 2 hours for £30 for Brewdog beers and lovely prosecco! Would definitely recommend the bottomless brunch to everyone.

I visited the pub at 2pm on a Saturday with the intention of staying there, however, this was abruptly ended by the rude male member of staff. I went to use the baby changing toilet as I didn’t realise the other toilets were downstairs (and it was extremely quiet). I was in there for about 30 seconds when the rude member of staff started banging the door down and threatening to open it. I apologised once I got out as I didn’t realise the other toilets were downstairs, he then began to patronise me and stated how the toilet sign was in big letters. The baby changing toilet he was trying to get in to was for a woman who wasn’t even a paying customer. Shocking to have encountered this in the middle of the day, will definitely not be returning.

Great beer and good food, booking was straightforward and the bar is on a well serviced bus route. Service was quick and staff were great fun. It’s also great that we can bring the dog as the pub and staff were very dog friendly. All in all a great evening

Not helped by no-one available to answer the 'phone beforehand. So that meant a party the size of ours rather overwhelmed the staff. This made for misunderstandings over what was/wasn't available, slow even taking orders, and even slower bringing the food out in some cases. All the food was great when it came, nicely presented and piping hot. My coffee was good too, but not enough. It would have been too cold if I'd added all the milk I was given 1 of my group commented on the fact that this is a Breedog establishment, who were apparently successfully sued for staff bullying - like so many other companies, sadly. The bar lady assured us it's all been sorted. Good.

It's my favorite spot to drink after a hard days work and even if im not in the area i always suggest to my friends that we go! Adam, Sam and the team are always friendly and you're guaranteed to have a great laugh and banter with who ever is behind the bar I booked for 20 people and was placed up upstairs were the pool table is hiding. Sam did a great job serving us and getting the music playing while we were getting up to all sorts of shenanigans and having a right laugh - we didn't leave until the pub closed! Honestly , the best place to go if you want to have a laugh, delicious food and drink - DON'T MISS OUT!

We visited on a busy day for lunch. From the very moment we arrived Sam was happy and professional to us.... Thank you for making our lunch time..... Food was lovely and we will be back for more cheese burgers 🍔 😋

Stopped here in our weekend mission of visiting all the BrewDog bars including the new Draft House editions. usual top quality beer and helpful staff who gave great advice in our mission to visit all the bars with nearest next bar and bus route, well worth a visit

After a long day at work, quietly enjoying a few drinks, in our LOCAL of over 20 years, my fiancé was publicly humiliated by SAM, the so-called Assistant Manager, who hasn’t got an clue how to manage! He FALSELY accused my fiancé of sexually harassing one of the barmaids in front of a very busy bar of people! An absolute disgrace and total embarrassment to Adam. As a result WE have been barred because of my fiancé’s naturally angry reaction and Sam just gets away with it! Shocking behaviour. My advice to you Sam, find a new career, quick!

Every time I go here I have the best time ever, the staff, especially Adam are always so courteous and polite and full of fun.

The Draft House is just south of Battersea Bridge. Had n excellent Sunday lunch there. It was quiet when I arrived early. I would recommend this place for Sunday lunch.
