An Underwhelming Experience – Will Not Be Returning I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment and cannot recommend it to others. Here's why: • When I called to confirm my booking, the staff member I spoke to was unprofessional and dismissive, displaying poor customer service skills. • Despite the venue being at only 30% capacity, it took an astonishing 1.5 hours for our drinks to arrive, while staff stood around idly. • The manager was notably unhelpful, repeatedly avoiding us whenever we had a question or needed assistance. • The process for accessing the shisha lounge was confusing and poorly communicated during the booking process. • Our table was given to another party because we were misdirected by staff, who told us to enter the room and wait to be seated. • Shockingly, we were informed that our table was sold to another group because they claimed they couldn’t locate us, despite us being present. This left us feeling humiliated and frustrated. While the venue itself shows potential, the management and staff's lack of professionalism and courtesy were glaringly apparent. The overall experience was far below acceptable standards.

0/5. This place DEFINITELY won’t last long. My cousin had a birthday booking in the lounge, they made a mistake giving her the restaurant table and never apologised or anything. They banned us all and kicked us out for trying to rectify it (we were calm the entire time). Banned LOOOOL. We’ve never been banned from anywhere in our lifetime. The security even insulted me and started filming me as she thought I was filming her but I wasn’t. They prioritise ‘celebs’, and cancel other bookings, forgetting that the very people that will keep them afloat are everyday people. Highly do NOT recommend at ALL. If you respect yourself, don’t go, if you don’t respect yourself, go.

Big up our amazing waiter Sai We was a large group yet he was patient,calm and super helpful. Amazing guy! Vibe is 10 10, food is questionable for the money.... but will visit again

I’ve had better food at Wetherspoons, £70 -£80 + service per head for warm pre mixed cocktails and cold food, restaurant layout and decor is not inviting. Very underwhelming. Had to keep asking for cutlery, music is very loud and lighting poor, with cheap broken lamps on tables. Clientele very low class which spoils the vibe. Do not recommend.

Dont go here unless you have a table for the club part … just standing around looking lost We were not allowed to buy drinks unless we were on a table. We had to go back to the table we had book for dinner order our drinks and wait for them to come and then take them in Also no cloakroom The actual vibe inside was nice and enjoyable but again only if you had a table … A little bit overrated if im honest

inside vibe was nice from 12 onwards. service mediocre. i was there for my friend’s birthday and she got really drunk, the rest of the group was sober. the security team was mostly atrocious, threatening to put us on blacklist if we don’t leave the building despite the fact that my friend was unconscious, apart from 2 people who were helpful and understanding. i wouldn’t return again

It was hard to get a table extended but Charlie made sure he sorted me out for my birthday. He is so amazing ...kudos to him

Noshin was an amazing server - I came to EADN for my bday dinner and she was so sweet and attentive the whole time - she kept Us informed on the specials and the events going on at the venue and overall She was a pleasure to be served by. Will definitely be Coming back in the future - would Love to Be served by her again!

Food - small portions for the linguine, mac and cheese has too much cheese on top and not enough flavour, burger tastes very good Drinks taste quite bad, lacking flavour, taste watered down Price is too expensive for the quality, not worth it Service - decent, drinks took a long time to come through, around 15 minutes and only a few customers Atmosphere - good music Personally wouldn't recommend

Table reserved for 10:30 p.m. we were able to sit down until 11:20 p.m. We were not the only ones to encounter this problem, other groups did too. A bartender saw the other situation. We were still waiting to be seated and offered free shots if we put a good review on Google.. seriously! Drunk by the situation we didn't want to eat anything, just small snacks: they weren't cooked 😖😖. Some animations. We were unable to enter on the other side, evening atmosphere

Vibe here is 10/10 however the food is absolutely diabolical. Mayfair prices and the food isn’t fresh. Paid £29 for a prawn Thai curry that tasted like a ready made meal from Asda. Staff did change my meal when I sent the food back and I got a burger instead which was ok but nothing to write home about. If you’re going to attend this place I’d say only go for the party.

My booking was at 6;15, got here at 6:30 pm staff said I have 2 h slot 30 min later no one approached me to ask if I want any drink or order some food. Don't book early there were 3 other tables, so it wasn't even busy. I bet the vibe is ok after 9pm so no no before 9pm A bit disappointed

I had a great time loved the entertainment from the saxophone player to the dancer. A time was haddd! They kept bringing the drinks at our bottomless brunch and Charlie was especially attentive!!!

It was my husband’s birthday, and we originally planned to celebrate at a different venue, but they canceled on us just 48 hours before the event. A friend recommended Eadn, and I reached out to one of the managers, Sarah, who was incredibly professional and helpful from the start. On the day of the event, Abby (or Annie—I’m not sure due to the loud music) was very organized and made sure our food arrived promptly. The food was absolutely delicious. The entertainment, including the DJ, dancers, drummers, and saxophonists, made the night unforgettable. There were two minor issues: 1. The tables had burns on them in and chairs weren’t very clean, and we had to ask for a couple of chairs to be replaced. A deep steam clean every so often is necessary to keep standards. 2. The cocktails were disappointing, especially given that they were £15 a glass—I expected more. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience.

I came to this restaurant to celebrate my 32nd birthday I booked the restaurant area not realising that the vibe was the lounge, I asked if it would be possible to move to lounge however the guy on the entrance said straight up no, this was a little disappointing as I feel as though he’s customer service could have been better (I won’t name names but hopefully he sees this and does better) this is why I gave a 4 for service. Now let’s get to the good part the brunch was really good I really enjoyed the food and they feed you plenty which is nice. I had the porn star it was really nice however couple of my guests found it too sweet. Shout out to our waitress on the night Abbie you really are a great waitress and Iknow as I use to be one. We also had the pleasure of meeting jan who I believe was a manager, she also dealt with my booking prior to our arrival and her customer service is top notch she was even able to find a table for me and my guests after we finished our mains which literally made my night so shout out to you and thank you for making my birthday a memorable one 🩷❤️ I would definitely return and I would recommend for people to book here thanks Eadn Chilel

Atmosphere was dull I went at 6 clock was empty a little pricey for the portion size you get 15 pound for a rum cocktail so things can add up quickly also was told we had to leave after two hours as they was fully booked for later in evening. Add photos

Eadn came highly recommended as a venue for celebrations, so I decided to book it for a birthday gathering. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but celebratory. Despite confirming our booking earlier in the day, we were denied entry upon arrival, with the excuse that our table was no longer available. Interestingly, the table miraculously became "available" when we agreed to increase our minimum spend to over £2,000—a blatant upsell that set the tone for the night. Once seated, the table provided was far too cramped, offering limited space to enjoy the evening. While Eadn promotes itself as a premium spot for entertainment and shisha, neither lived up to the hype. The shisha was overpriced, and the overall entertainment felt lacklustre and uninspired. Adding to the discomfort was the overall vibe of the venue. Despite its claims of exclusivity, the environment was unsettling, with the presence of escorts creating a seedy and unrefined atmosphere. Even the heightened security couldn’t mask the fact that the ambiance fell far short of expectations for a luxury establishment. For a venue that markets itself as a premier destination for special occasions, Eadn fails to deliver on the basics of service, comfort, and experience. I cannot recommend it for birthdays or any other celebration—save your time and money for a venue that genuinely values its guests.

I booked this place yesterday for a Christmas gathering with friends despite my best judgement only for my booking to be cancelled without any explanation. I was perplexed but given I had been here before and had a bad experience as well as recent stabbings which had happened here causing it to be closed I thought to call the establishment and check. Audibly upset I asked why my booking was cancelled and was told in clear terms due to my past review of this establishment based on my last booking experience they have deemed me bad for their business and will no longer welcome me back to their business. This is the kind of business they run here. As a customer you are not allowed to critique a bad service else you will be ex communicado! Instead of trying to do better by their customers to have their opinions changed. As expected Strongly lacking in ethics and I doubt they have respect for their customers to begin with. Go spend your money somewhere you are appreciated and give this one a miss. That is my only advice if you are considering this place. You do so at your own peril.

We had a reservation for 9.45pm There were more than 6 security guards at the entrance. Why is this? Is this an airport?? When we arrived at the door, we were told to wait at the bar for the table to be prepared... 10 minutes later, still nothing.. We decide to ask someone We were given a table at the last minute, near the entrance door, not even prepared, no cutlery or glasses Zero organisation. We'd come all the way from Paris to have a good time, but our evening had been ruined. So many conditions for so little... Run away!

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I had booked Eadn Lounge three weeks in advance to celebrate my birthday on the 19th of October, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. Despite confirming my reservation multiple times leading up to the event, I was told upon arrival that my booking was not secured. This level of disorganization was incredibly disappointing and left me scrambling on what was supposed to be a special night. What was meant to be a enjoyable birthday celebration ended up being a stressful ordeal. I expected a professional level of service and accountability from Eadn Lounge, and they fell short. Not to mention how rude all the staff members I encountered were but especially the security at the door! This experience not only ruined my birthday but has left me with a lasting impression of their unreliability. I wouldn’t want anyone else to face the same severe disappointment.

Frankly, I'm appalled by the whole experience. I would STRONGLY!!! recommend the HAYATT LOUNGE instead, where you can at least expect proper service. I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Eadn. The lack of business acumen was astounding. Firstly, the atmosphere was underwhelming. To make matters worse, the bar service was completely unacceptable. They couldn't even provide drinks and bottles when asked. Additionally, our table was not ready at the reserved time, causing further delays (30 minutes) and frustration as we were asked to leave. The DJ was great though!! About vibe! He should go to Hayatt Also.

Had a great time at Eadn Bar & Lounge on Saturday night! The vibe and DJ were spot-on, and everyone – including the guests – was super friendly, which made the atmosphere even better. The food was fantastic, especially the Thai green curry, which was packed with flavor. The music was loud and energetic, perfect for a lively night out, but just a heads-up: it’s definitely not the place for deep conversations. It was so loud I even had to point at the menu to order! Overall, a fun spot if you’re looking for great music, food, and a lively crowd.

I had an amazing experience at Eadn, and the highlight of the night was the incredible service from Neo! They were not only skilled in mixing up some of the best cocktails I’ve had but also incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our group always had what we needed. The bar was packed, but Neo managed to keep the energy up and deliver each drink with flair. They even recommended a few unique drinks based on our preferences, which turned out to be spot-on. Can’t wait to come back and experience his top-notch service again!
