Good staff and clientele. The place has just been refurbished, which is a shame because the newness has robbed it of character. Fortunately, no one else seems to mind.

What a crying shame - used to be a good pub; now been “done up” - changed all the beers to the usual bland selection of overpriced lagers. Staff don’t look old enough to be in there let alone work there.

A great pub that has been transformed by the makeover. Craft Union the brewery seem to do Wetherspoon prices but with a bit of class. The bar staff work tirelessly and always with a smile. The pub is welcoming to regulars and non regulars alike and is usually busy. They have some cracking live music acts on a Saturday and disco on a Friday which is very House music based so maybe aimed at a younger crowd but only in one bar. Can't recommend the pub highly enough.

Nice refurb but badly let down by a pathetic excuse of a landlord who has no respect for customers or his own staff, and has absolutely no idea of how a pub should be run. Not going back here until they replace him with someone who knows what they are doing! Recommend that you avoid this place.

Completely useless staff ! Serving G&T without lime or lemon which is basic thing for that drink ! Bad trained staff and of course landlord is useless if doesn’t care about it ! Or has no clue how to be prepared for customers ! May 26 th 2024

Service great, shame it only opens upto 10,30pm won't be coming back, other pubs staying open till 11pm and just as good service

I heard this pub had been bought and refurbished, it was always a bit of a shabby but well meaning pub previously- I'd hoped that this may breathe some new life into the old place. Off beer, off service, locals rowed up on stools stopping anyone from getting a drink, eye balling you the moment you walk in, owner is very agressive barking at his staff and smarming up to the punters, student-esque drink deals blaring from numerous posters and a truly cringe disco for the oldies to drunkenly stumble around to . Not a very friendly place, lets hope with the poyntz being redone walton road will have a decent pub at last

Went into the Europa Friday night for the first time in a couple of years and was bowled over by the change the recent refurb has made. Main bar is open and welcoming, separate back bar with pool table, smoking area and nice garden. Staff friendly, everything nice and clean, good prices and excellent beer! A great evening. Didn't eat and no sign of a menu.

A very nice refurbishment of the pub, but wow the cliental a lot to be desired, and that's in mid afternoon would not like to be there in the evening. Plus lack of cask ale on tap.

Lovely local pub but welcoming to all. Has not served hot food for a while but currently closed for an extensive refurb so maybe that will change. It's really a traditional pub though, pool table, juke box, Sky TV etc in Public Bar but a saloon bar and a snug for those who like a more peaceful evening.

I know this review is long overdue but I actually like it here the owner is amazing the bar staff are very kind and friendly and they are always very helpful

Old fashioned "locals' pub", very quiet. Sign over the pool table, "no children allowed"....12/13 year old playing.

Nice friendly pub, ordered a vodka and tonic (double) and it was £3.00 cheaper than The Pointers Arms

Of all the pubs in the area Stella always taste great, reasonable prices, friendly locals and staff, big garden, very dog friendly. Definitely worth a visit, unlike some of the pubs in the area the locals can be quite openly racist.

This review is long overdue but it must be said, after visiting the Europa Pub this afternoon the Directors Ale is as always on top form! We both visit every few weeks due partake in a few pints of this 'nectar' but due to work cimmitments it's a shame we are not here more often - but can't praise the quality of the 'housekeeping' of the ale and beer enough!  Both being CAMRA members I must say, after meeting Charlie the owner for the first time we had to tell him what an amazing job he does. Love this pub. Pizzas are cracking value to! True honest and a cracking place!

Cracking pub with old school characters charming and felt welcome

Would be a great pub if it sold a good cider. Only has Wrongbow.

Molesey staple this one. My mates folks used to drink here most weekends and we'd sometimes drop in for a pint and hang out with them before going into Kingston. I used to work with a guy called Chopper (he didnt like the name) that used to drink here. Short fella with teeth that had fused together with plaque so it formed one giant tooth. He'd drive me mad singing along to songs but could never get the lyrics right, even after you told him the correct ones. Lots of characters in the pub and genuinley a nice place to be.

Decor old and appearance needs a lot of sprucing. Artwork really needs a new touch.

Thought it was Fireaway but its a few doors down. Not even my dog wanted to eat the pizza

The Staff ( Ross & Luura) are great people, respectful and efficient. Great respect in the difficult times. I just hope "The "Boss" realises the calibre of the staff He has!!!

Good traditional pub with 3 bars and real ales. Pool table and darts in side bar which also has TV for sports. More quiet front bar.

Lost it's heart and soul since new owner (absent) and *manager* (mostly absent) took over in 2018. If there is a Problem? Stick in an extra cctv camera. No actual management activity. No doubt will be developed as flats within a year. But the two girls retained from old owner are delightful.

Great pub. Three different bars; 'sports bar' with darts and pool, the larger bar out the back and the snug. Something for everyone. The larger bar and snug are super friendly. Best of the area. Not a smart gastropub (go to bridge road for this) but if you want a good local boozer then this is it.

COLD PUB!!! 😩 Been a regular here since the good ole' days - it's recently undergone a refurb', been in there a couple of times since - as much as it's looks relatively nice, it's lost it's classic pub feel - just a clone now sadly. Also, heating has either been off both times since it's been "spruced" up, or the lack of soft furnishings just makes it utterly cold, stale and echoy. We were all shivering in there even though it was a relatively mild day outside.

Excellent Director's bitter until it ran out and then only ghastly Doom....

Good pub, service and staff well worth a visit limited cask beer range though doom bar and courage directors and I had the directors which I hadn't had for a few years and it was good!

Nice bar staff and the locals seemed alright. Good to watch football, guys playing soul records after was a treat - last sat of the month I think

A very nice familiar place to end the day. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

A nice atmosphere with happy staff and a good general vibe. Since the return of the 'old' landlord, place getting back to normal and even better. Food started at weekends and will be rolled out over the week in due course. A great Sunday lunch and good value. Well worth a visit, three bars to choose from and a pleasant garden.
