The Fish N Chip Shop in Norwich

Dined here with my partner 18th jan and honestly was amazing. Food came quickly, staff were very friendly and even gave us a complimentary hot chocolate we could put chocolate in ourselves and a whisk to stir it in which i thought was a really cute twist. The Owner I believe was very lovely, came to our table multiple times and was telling me all about her lovely restaurant and made us feel very welcome. The food was flavourful and very authentic, everything was fresh and overall would definitely recommend and come again ! I wish them all the success in the future for this lovely independent small restaurant 🍲✨

Freezing cold, don't go in cold weather, looks like a nice beer garden for summer though. Food wasn't great.

Always had fantastic service and have always used them. This is the last time i order food from there. Ordered food at 6pm, was told to collect in half an hour. Went to the takeaway they said be another 10 minutes. OK waited no problem. Food was ready, oh my what followed after, I just asked if everything was in the bags and as a customer I have never been embarrassed and humiliated by two members of staff literally shouting as if I've asked such a question that's insulted them. I had order a big order as i had guest round. Manager needs to look at how to train his staff with good customer service. One loyal customer gone.

I visited this branch of Costa on the morning of the 17th of December, the two girls serving really couldn't be bothered. When I asked for some milk for my coffee it was as if I asked for a bottle of champagne on ice. The staff looked like they had both been sucking a lemon and had just dragged themselves out of bed to test their customer service skills and needless to say failed miserably! I won't be rushing back to this Costa any time soon.
