We stopped off at the Garden Cafe after a walk in the area. We were greeted with a very friendly welcome and made to feel at home. Great choice for lunch with vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and regular options. Three of us all chose different options and all loved what we had. Such a nice ambience and such nice food we extended our stay and had coffee and dessert. Really good!!

Great place to visit in you like homemade produce provided by friendly staff at a reasonable price. A must following a brisk autumnal walk.

Very disappointed this previously pleasant cafe is now a "sweetie shop". Still selling teas and coffees (slowly) in takeaway containers; but the focus is clearly now "takeaway".

Clasper WayThis is a lovely restaurant to visit and was very handy for us as we were staying at the Holiday inn. Food was reasonably priced and portions were big. We ate two nights that we stayed and were not disappointed. Lovely food, good atmosphere and staff were great. This is a must if in the area. Usually in places like this with hotels nearby you are stuck with the usual chain restaurants - Brewers fayre etc… so we were pleasantly surprised!!

Lockhaugh RoadA fantastic little cafe in a perfect place for either walkers or to drive in for a drink or a lovely cooked sandwich. The people who run it are very polite and helpful and they keep a very clean and tidy cafe where everyone is welcome.
