What a great find before the theatre. Friendly welcoming staff and a beautiful interior. I had steak and Ale pie, which is one of the best I have ever tasted. Reasonable prices. Also welcomes dogs!.

Despite our late arrival, the restaurant managed to deliver high-quality food, even during closing time. The service was exceptional, and the food was excellent. We'll definitely be visiting again!

Arrived for a family meal. The staff did take the time to advise what was suitable for a coeliac member in our party, however that's where it stopped we sat for approximately 20 minutes no one came to take our order. The person in charge kept disappearing which left a young lad behind the bar on his own. He kept looking at us and at one point my husband looked at him and said can you take our order and he just stood there and nothing happened. Then a lady came in with a baby requesting baby changing facilities the person in charge appeared again and that took preference over anyone coming to take our order. We ended up just leaving. More attention to providing a good service is required.

Despite booking a table and confirming it as requested when we arrived no table bigger enough was free. Ended up squashed around a smaller table not ideal for our family get together. Food was good and despite the lack of staff not too long a wait.

Visited here yesterday and the service was very fast and efficient. Staff are very friendly, the team work is amazing! Also credit to the chef, the fish and chips was amazing! Will definitely be visiting again soon!

A lovely pub with great interior and atmosphere! Lovely seating options and friendly staff🍻 We were sat by the fireplace enjoying beers and conversation and it was a highlight for our trip to London. We didn’t have any food but the prices were fair and I assume it would’ve been lovely!

Service from Izzy was really really good, very friendly and dealt professionally and kindly with the issue of food being cold when served. Izzy’s customer service is the bar that everyone else should aspire to meeting.

Came in with few friends for a beer and pies. Beef pie was excelent, my friends complimented portion size of fish and chips. Service staff was very friendly and proffessional, left very happy, much recomended !

Dear Ryan, Harry and team, Thank you once again for a wonderful Christmas work luncheon yesterday at Hammersmith Ram. It was a big group of us – 33 and you accommodated us well. Whilst there were some slight hiccups, which are perfectly normal when catering for such a big group with various dietary needs and within timescales, your united efforts, hard work, professionalism, sense of humour, genuine warmth and attention are all noted and appreciated. Thank you for making the environment fun, comfortable, relaxed and festive (Crackers!). We were even able to fit in seamlessly secret Santa and games! I have no hesitation to recommend Hammersmith Ram and her team as a venue – the food was delicious, fairly priced and fresh and we look forward to returning back. This was one of my favourite pub in the area. Management changes a while ago, and the service became horrendous. The staff plain and simple doesn’t care about the clients, and don’t do anything to hide that. Awful.

Called for a late pint after a show in town. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Hammersmith Ram, the atmosphere was very cosy and warm, the staff were very friendly especially Paige who was more than welcoming and helpful with recommending food and drink options. I will definitely be returning soon.

Nice typical pub. The food needs a little improvement as the fillet was tough although successfully cooked. Reasonable prices.

I was here with a group of friends and we were impressed by the decor of the pub. The atmosphere was a good mix of relaxing and lively. The staff was very friendly and welcoming with a special thanks to the manager Paige, they helped with good recommendations on what to order. Speaking of which the Ham Ram Beef Burger was excellent and cooked perfectly, I would recommend it for anyone ordering food here for the first time. All in all this is one of the best pubs I've been to and if your in Hammersmith it's a go to spot with good accessibility to top spots in the area such as the Apollo.

Great pub for a quick drink and a bite to eat. On my way to the Apollo I came here and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Good vibes and will return as soon as possible.

The decor and vibe of the place was lovely, however quite soon into my visit I realised the air con was on and I was sitting right by it. I asked two members of staff if they could turn it off and no one actually did.Instead they just avoided walking near to where I was sitting which I found a bit odd. I ended up having to put my coat on which isn't ideal when you're meant to be relaxing inside a pub. I also ordered a hot chocolate on the app to then be told sorry we've cleaned the machine so we're not able to make you one now. The app shouldn't allow you to be able to order things that aren't actually available at that time. It was around 8pm and the reason for ordering was because it was so cold inside. I won't be returning there anytime soon.

I love this pub. The only thing that I don't like about it is the ladies' toilet. In bad need of a plumber!!

We absolutely loved the deco and atmosphere. It’s very relaxing. We had a great service and caring with lovely smiles. The Sunday roast was one of the best ever. The beef quality was unbeatable. Well done to the team for creating such great quality menu. We will be back. Fay&John&Lin&Ian

Overall it is a lovely pub with a nice outdoor. The food was ok, although the beef Sunday roast would have done with an extra slice of beef. The service in the beginning was a little scattered until Izzi took over and then it was a very good an attentive service. Excellent job Izzi, thanks for making our afternoon very smooth.

Nice pub but empty on a Saturday afternoon May be due to the price of beer Staff OK but when I popped in there was more staff than customers Management seem to spend a lot of time eating free bee meals in front of customers 5 very young female members probably 18 years old who looked more like teeny bopper Taylor swift fans giggling and not trying to look busy Maybe the Youngs male managers who work there like them that way Young

Nice place and good Sunday roast but quite a few issues. Had to order at the bar and pay service charge in advance which we would have taken off due to a long wait for food and turned up with elements missing. The beef roast was enjoyable but didn’t arrive hot enough and without horseradish. Pork roast was served without crackling or apple sauce. Portion sizes decent but on the more expensive side for a roast.

Larger pub good atmosphere large selection of beverages and reasonable prices. Called in for drinks only the food menu looks okay. Number of tables and seating outside to the side of the pub. Dog friendly too, really nice bar with friendly staff.

I like this pub but it is light on beer options. The interior is very clean and nice to relax in. Toilets were clean.

Came here with some friends for a couple of drinks before a show at the Lyric which is just over the road we ended up ordering a couple of bits from the menu, we had the camembert sharer and some fries, one of my friends was very hungry so ordered the fish and chips. Everything was amazing from the service of the staff to the food and drink.

I cannot believe I have been missing out on such a wonderful pub in the heart of Hammersmith! I popped in with some friends recently and was greeted by the lovely Emma, who clearly showed extensive knowledge of the menu, giving suggestions based on her personal preferences of the cocktails. The atmosphere was so warming and despite being such a bustling pub Emma made us feel so welcome and unhurried. Will definitely be back again!

A lovely pub in the very centre of Hammersmith. Cozy atmosphere indoors, small seating area in front and in the back. Great beer selection, lovely service - the guys really do put extra effort to look after their punters. Easy pick for a local pub in W6

Before heading to the Apollo we stopped off for some pre show food, we were absolutely blown away by the pub, friendly staff, speedy service and amazing fish & chips. I couldn’t recommend this place more, we ended up going back to the pub after our show!! 5/5 will definitely come back next time

Great food and great service especially from Abbey (American waitress). Despite getting told no table service, abbey was very willing to help when other colleagues turned us down immediately.

We went there for pre-gig dinner and it's a great pub for authentic pub food and good beers. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Busy bar but quick to serve too.

Very bad experience, especially if your dining. Strong smell of citronella outside, half the starters missing and the staff acted like I was at fault for not guessing which ones were off. Order was messed up and food came randomly, 1 starter, 10 mins later starter 2, then 3 mains 5 mins after this even though we were still on starters. The food itself was ok, but I won't be back there anytime soon.

An attractive and tastefully decorated pub. Comfortable seating and a fine choice of drinks.An excellent outside area.I'm not sure if it was inexperienced staff or staff training but the person who served was pretty much out of their depth with a simple order or maybe they were intimidated by their curt bar manager. Not the cheapest in the area but one of most attractive.

A great pub, The Hammersmith Ram offers everything we come to expect from a Young's outlet. The Ram is not far from Hammersmith underground station, cross the road and head west along King Street. A great offering of keg beers and ciders along with a couple of Young's ales in the cask. Wonderful people behind the bar and overall a simple, honest, welcoming and delightful place to visit.

Pleasant enough pub, nothing particularly special, other than bring a quiet oasis in Hammersmith. Blown away about the quality of the (small plates) food. Superb. So much better than it needed to be. Definitely returning to try some of the main courses.

This pub has had a major upgrade in seating, furnishings and approach to customer comfort. When l used to go here over 6 yrs ago you were lucky if you could grab a seat anywhere at busy times. The sofas used to sag and there wasn't a cushion or blanket in sight. Now there's a tasteful flow of two and three seater low tables, high tables with chesterfield benches either side and robust sofa areas at the back of the bar near the rest rooms. Joy of joys the approach to those is also homely with no horrible smells emerging from them. The whole pub feels entirely different, positively cosy. There are lamps, prints and interesting signs which soften the stripped brickwork. ....always a pleasant change from the usual flock wallpaper and brass ware that still adorns most Chiswick pubs. Hammersmith is going up market. About time too. This local establishment that has it's own set of regulars should attract new custom if it continues to create this kind of ambience. They do need to clear their outside tables though as often as they do the ones inside.

Lovely cosy clean pub with good quality food throughout the day. Like so many pubs in London, it's more comfortable for coffee and work during the day than the nearby Starbucks is.

Amazing place, very easy to get to. Friendly and awesome staff and brilliant service. Not from London so it was refreshing to see the super friendly people managing this place.

We had a drink earlier in the day and came back later that night as the bar was in a good location. We found the staff great and the food looked good, We returned that night about 6 and we luckily got a table after people left. We did order food and had a few issues but that was sorted. The bar staff were very professional but very friendly and we loved the place. Thank you to the bar person who Sorted the issue we had. We are coming back to London May and we'll def visit. I went on a Friday evening and surprisingly, it was quiet. In contrast, the nearby pubs were all full. Ordered food and was good. Service was good too.

Slowly going off . Used to love this place, but the last two occasions I've eaten in there the food has been cold at best tepid, really don't understand how you can serve food that's not hot when it arrives to the table. Very disappointed and will think twice about eating in your venue again.

Had a really good lunch with friends here today. Drinks are reasonably priced. We ordered a wide range of meals an everything was excellent, especially the roasts.

We had the most wonderful evening, as always. Absolutely love the Ram the gorgeous team who maintain such a lovely, warm atmosphere.

Mainly been there to meet friends, have a coffee, or a beer, and just by myself to chill, do some research on the laptop , or enjoy my own company and not being bothered. Lovely place to hang out and enjoy the time, as much as for yourself as with friends. Great location, cosy environment and place, and good customer service.

A modern, clean and cosy pub with decent sound system (great playlist too). My partner and I were wondering around. Thought the pub exterior looked nice so we went in. What a gem it is! We had cocktails, fish & chip, and toffee pudding - none of them disappointed. Hammersmith Ram will be our go-to pub in the area for the foreseeable future 🥃

It’s a shame I have to write this as the staff/servers were lovely but I think people should know. I booked to have my Christmas dinner here on Christmas Day. It was £90 per person so was expecting a good quality meal. However when my starters plate was taken away there was a dead baby cockroach on the table! The vegetables on my main meal was cold (not even luke warm), it was sent back and came back with the meat just warmed up. It was sent back again and came back boiling. With it being nuked so much, it made my meat hard and dry. Very little gravy on the plate and had to ask twice for cranberry sauce. I couldn’t eat it. I actually cried and the server asked if I was ok? I said I was upset that I had to complain several times but I paid £90 for my meal and I couldn't go home and cook myself a Xmas dinner now.it was such a shame :( The manager (who didn’t come to apologise to us) gave us staff discount but I should have not had to pay for mine. I was looking forward to eating out and not having to cook this year but I will be cooking my own again next year. I certainly won’t be eating there again.
