A great friendly pub with a good range of drinks . It's nice cozy and quiet with a smoking shelter. Great place for a first date . Just wish the lights were on all the time as I had to ask to have them turned on as they are very pretty.

17 Redhill StreetWhenever I work in this area, I always go to Waterside Cafe on Redhill St Manchester 4. Appropriately named, this delightful, clean, welcoming cafe sits by the canal. Inside it is very clean with an extensive light meal/snack menu. There are deep settees to relax in or chairs and tables. People sit with their newspapers or laptops. The owners are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. My favourite thing is the goat's cheese panini which is really good quality. Go there, it's a lovely place.
