Great evening out, was a pleasure and looking forward to returning

We ordered the roast dinners and I must say it was well presented and tasted good. Table service was of a high standard and all the staff we encountered were very friendly

Fantastic atmosphere, great meal, service and great deal for the month. Quick service.

Food came quickly and was delicious, good menu to choose from. We had a lovely time thank you.

Overall was nice, we had starters, mains and drinks. The food came out a bit slow, but we weren't in a rush. The steak portion was a bit small for the price, but was tasty. The servers were friendly enough and asked how everything was. We would visit again

Met by a smile and a hello which was very pleasant. Food was very tasty and presented well. Establishment was very clean and tidy toilets clean.

Christmas dinner - very expensive but understandable for Xmas day. Food was so so a little disappointing with some basic things making it more like school dinners (gravy added to plate before serving and custard added to crumble before serving) not a big deal but it's not hard to serve and let you decide if and how much you would like, all food was just ok 5/10 but staff were great and working on Christmas day is quite something, thanks again it was nice evening even if the food just ok overall 8/10.

Just got back from our Christmas dinner and it was a perfect!! Salmon and prawn starter and full turkey dinner with all the trimmings , berry crumble was to die for with cheese and biscuits to finish absolutely bang on !! Well done to kaz and her team for making the day special (100% better than last year ) Highly recommend we will be back Jason xx Lisa xx

Absolutely amazing!! There was 13 of us. Ordering separately at the bar as 3 families didn’t expect it all too come out together. And it did. Great Service. Couldn’t fault anything, food amazing and hot, service amazing. Thanks for an enjoyable time.

poor experience, there were only 2 tables having food, generally very quiet but still we were waiting 50 min for food. one person got the wrong dish served but the kitchen was able to rectify the mistake in 5 min :/ . Average food quality, I would be better off in Weterspoon and pay half price for all as it is expensive pub food. I would not recommend this place . The staff make me feel that I'm doing something wrong complaining about the waiting time. One of the girls at the bar said that it was my fault as I did not chase.

Tables are always sticky, as is the bar. Food is overpriced for what it is. Basic pub grub. Staff are friendly enough but felt last time I was there they prioritised local regulars over myself. But on the whole it’s not great but not bad. Just please clean the tables!

Had our 2nd Christmas meal. Nice and convenient location from our office and well priced good quality food. Will be back for our Christmas meal next year.

What can I say about the Jenny Wren, apart from, Karen. If she is working, There is always a cheery, genuine hello to our family, and she even remembers the kids names! As well as quick and efficient service, which we always love when taking our bunch out! She's just a gem. It's like eating out at home when Karen is working

Came to the Jenny Wren last week and really enjoyed my experience there. the pub has a great selection of drinks, the staff are very welcoming and the food was delightful. Came for a visit from America and this was my most FAVORITE place that we ate at! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was to die for! Kelly was the best and treated us like family. 10/10 would recommend! We will be back in the country in a few weeks, and this is the first place I’m coming to!

We were part of a large group of 12 who had an afternoon here last Sunday. The menu had a lot of choice and the food was really good, offering great value. They also offer a 20% discount for Blue Card holders, just let the staff know before you start to order. The staff were friendly and efficient, making it a positive experience. A special mention goes to Jez for calmly processing a couple of large orders with great care.

Been having pizza when I've been lately .They have been amazing, I do believe the lady that done them was Mary. Well done xx

Lovely atmosphere, average but tasty food. I went with good company which made it a nice afternoon out. However finding your way around the estate to get to it was a mission. We expected it to be accessible directly from Staplehurst Rd.

Vegetarians exist. No alts of meat options. The "chefs specials" are all meat items and it's not a chefs special if all Marstons have the same crappy choices. Hurry up and change this crappy menu.

Everything was perfect, couldn't fault it. However, when our food arrived, my sons fishfinger kids meal was dripping in oil and my burger patties were both burnt. On this food experience, I don't think we will be returning for a meal.

2 out of the 3 meals we ordered were incorrect, and the food wasn't great. Won't be going back.

It was quite busy but the food was amazing and waitress was fantastic, she could not do enough to help. We will definitely use again and would highly recommend them.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The table required wiping down, and the cutlery was dirty. They had run out of roast beef. The menu offered a good variety of courses. However, placing a table outside by the main door with an ashtray on it did not leave a good first impression. Additionally, my elderly father had to walk through a cloud of vape, which is inconsiderate. As a smoker myself, I would never stand by the main entrance smoking while people are coming in and out.

Lovely food and staff, Jez behind the bar was lovely and helped out when we forgot to order peppercorn sauce and asked the kitchen to push it through. Onion rings were abit burnt and overly crispy. Windows were left open in Late October and did get abit cold. Solid 9/10

Today we enjoyed lunch at the Jenny Wren and to say that we're treated to a gastronomic experience to rival any. from the start of our visit with the most welcoming welcome that really put us at ease. we ordered a pint of pedigree and a glass of chardonnay which was perfect in every way. we then ordered our lunch of BBQ pizza and a side of loaded fries. when the food was delivered and eaten we were so taken aback by the quality and presentation we had to find out who had prepared this gastronomic delight and it was no surprise to find out it was the Queen of pizza's Mary. we watched in amazement as she tossed the pizza dough in the air spinning it around her head with the greatest of ease and slamming it down on the counter and applying the toppings, with the flick of her wrist the pizza was in the oven 5 minutes later pizza perfection what a master class in pizza preparation. Thank you your highness for a truly wonderful lunch.

My mum has Dementia and is in a home nearby and we come here once a week. All the staff are lovely and so friendly. The atmosphere is alway fabulous 👌

Thankyou nick Lee ash ( chef ) beautifully cooked stake I am so fussy and my plate was empty . To the point I even eat the small amount of fat . I have been to so many restraunts where I've sent the meal back but today exceptional. And Maddie was so pleasent great customer care Thankyou

Crappy Marston experience with boring carbon copy menu. Used to have vege alts of its items like vege lasagne or even a vege tikka masala, but now it's all meat with a very limited boring vege option, ie vege burger. Curry is just a Thai curry that can have prawns or meat added. That's not the same ffs. There's no thought or care to cater for vegetarians. Ps, why have the TV on with no sound if there no subtitles either. Pointless.

Had my father-in-laws wake here. We catered for 20 people and there was absolutely loads of food all of which was delicious. They gave us boxes to take the left overs home. Staff were all lovely as well.

I recently visited Jenny Wren and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff are not only incredibly friendly, but they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. Food was great, will definitely be returning.

The Jenny Wren is a lovely family pub in the heart of the community and loved by many. You are always made to feel very welcome with a good atmosphere with friendly staff who are always willing to go that bit extra.

We went for my partners 40th birthday. The staff were very accommodating in putting up decorations for us and made the booth look special. My partners was very happy with it all, also the food and drink were very good.

Everyone at the Jenny Wren is lovely and helpful. All very chatty and friendly and make it such an enjoyable place to go. Karen and Nick are always friendly and have a chat. Grace, Ivana and Katie N brung over our food as it was a big table. They ensured we had everything we needed and were happy. We were served on the bar by Jordan, Maddie and Jez. All very friendly and recommend cocktails. Previous visits I was served by Maddie, Kelly, Katie G, Liane and Gemma, again very helpful. The kitchen team always provide delicious hot meals, thank you Kimmy, Owen, Rob, Ash, Lee and Mary.

So over all I would give a 2 star simply because it was the first time I had visited, and who knows what's going on out of view. So we paid £29 for two Hot dogs and some Onion rings, and after 40 minutes of waiting decided we had to leave. Out of decency my partner told the waitress not to bother bringing out our order, no refund was offered, but yeah okay everyone needs to make a living. Some people may say that it's simply a family orientated cheap and cheerful, but we also paid £14 for a pint of draught Pepsi and a red wine. So come on Jenny Wren, make your mind up, and decide exactly who you are catering for.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised,the food was tasty and hot and all brought to us with a smile. Special thanks to Kelly for being so welcoming and attentive. Definitely would recommend .

The food was really nice and it came nice and hot! The place is clean and there is an outside playground. I would recommend this place if you want to stop and eat quick and good.
