The knot churros in Kensington and Chelsea

Visitamos ya que los niños estaban tan emocionados de probar el menú. Recibidos con frío servicio al cliente, NO LOOS para nuestro chileno de 3 & 6 años habíamos hecho esperar hasta llegar al café (absurdo) , presentación agobiante de lo que pedimos, la mayor parte quedó. Definitivamente no volveremos o recomendaremos.

El marido estaba a cargo de Royal Parks la mitad, así que me encontré con este bonito establecimiento mientras deambulaba por la zona. Gran selección de bebidas y comida. Opté por la bebida Hot chocolate Fluff que era devine y los Biscoff Knotted Churros de nuevo muy sabrosos. Hermosa decoración, los baños se encuentran en la planta baja donde hay más asientos entre una decoración más peculiar.

Nunca he escrito una reseña, pero me sentí obligado después de la experiencia de hoy. Llegamos a las 1140 am para encontrar la tienda cerrada. Se inauguró poco después; sin embargo, no valió la pena esperar. La máquina de hilo dental de caramelo no funcionaba, no hay baño en las instalaciones y la comida era asquerosa! Churros grasos, patatas fritas baratas, pero dejamos 48 libras en peor situación. ¡Evite a toda costa!

Somos una familia de cuatro y fuimos a la sucursal de South Kensington para un almuerzo ligero. La comida era genial y el servicio era excelente. Buen menú variado para un almuerzo ligero, bebidas , helados , granizados y batidos todo presentado en un gran local. Las teteras son increíbles. Estábamos celebrando el cumpleaños de mis hijos y el personal hizo un pastel de hilo dental de caramelo decorado con dulces y un mensaje de feliz cumpleaños escrito a mano. Probablemente el mejor pastel de cumpleaños recibido en un restaurante y todo sin preguntar. El ramal está situado en una bonita carretera libre de tráfico a unos cinco minutos a pie de la estación de metro de South Kensington y volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en la zona.

Buena experiencia, con buena comida y buenos dulces con colores encantadores🤩🥰 Buen servicio y buena cafetería. Muy bonito lugar para los niños🤩

Excelente atención al cliente. El personal hace un gran trabajo allí. Servicio agradable y rápido. Grandes churros y buen ambiente de verano. El café helado era bueno, los caramelos eran agradables y los churros eran muy buenos

Reservamos el té de la tarde para la 1 pm el miércoles durante las vacaciones de verano. Yo y 3 hijas pequeñas (4 , 6 y 9 ). El lugar no estaba ocupado. Pedimos el té de la tarde (£ 35 por persona con una tarifa de reserva de £ 20). Los chocolates calientes aunque grandes saben muy sosos... no chocolateados en absoluto. El hilo de caramelo y palomitas de maíz eran agradables, pedí un café con hielo que era bueno. El helado de servicio suave no venía con espumosos y era soso. Sin sabor a vainilla. Los churros están horneados y no fritos, así que no tan buenos como los churros habituales (prueba Camden para los buenos churros), pero no estaban mal. Los sándwiches eran básicos. En general no recomendaría el lugar. Los niños disfrutaron, pero no vale la pena las 140 libras que pagué. ¿Crees que pueden hacer que sea una mejor experiencia (más interactiva dándole a los niños tazones de chispas para mojar sus churros? ) se trata más de presentación que de saborear (y la presentación no es genial) . Esto es terriblemente caro y no tan sabroso. Definitivamente no reservaría el té de la tarde, prefiero ir y pedir un batido.

A catalogue of faults: I emailed to reserve a spot in the South Kensington branch, but told I didn't need to reserve, just walk in. When we did walk in, there wasn't a table large enough for the five of us, other than the one with a reserved sign on it!! So we squashed onto the tiniest booth ever, but did manage to move to a larger table once that was vacated. There is no loo. There was only one person serving who was moving at the pace of a snail. The food was ridiculously overpriced. The food took ages to come out. It might look pretty, but it lacks any taste. Avoid!! (wish I'd read the reviews on here before going, but the website lured me in - silly mistake)

It smelled horrible,the place was tiny and the drinks and food tasted horrible.i sat there for 5 minutes and when I left I smelt really bad. overall it was a ok experience but I will never go again.

Visited with my friend and her daughter for the afternoon tea. We were looking for something child friendly but fun for the grown-ups and that's what we got. To start we were presented with a bucket of sharing popcorn and three sticks of candyfloss in pink, white and blue, then a tiered plate of little brioche sandwiches, four churros each with assorted toppings, and a little whippy ice cream tub. Service was friendly and attentive and the cafe is cosy. The booths are super small. They'd fit 2 adults and 2 small-ish children but probably no more than two adults. Also worth bearing in mind there are no public toilets here, so be careful how much you drink! Altogether a lovely experience. Thank you!

£7 pink hot chocolate was presented in a 8oz takeaway cup… Bute street restaurant Seating available is about 4 tables, churros not great. Ice cream nice. Shocked to see Insta show this £7 pink hot chocolate presented verryyy differently

We was looking forward to this place, after seeing it on t social media. Unfortunately it was disappointing the staff took 30mins to take our orders, we then had to wait another 40mins for the order to arrive but only to receive one of the dessert. The food did not taste good at all the ice cream was bland the churros was rock hard and had a funny smell! The waffle was also rock hard. The only decent thing was the presentation shame the presentation did not live up to the taste of the food. Complete money waste! The staff are not inviting and they leave you clueless not even hello or a goodbye. Thank god there was no service charge although I would’ve declined to pay anyways.

Very delicious dessert, I ordered The Lala and was very happy with my choice. We also spotted some Fox Pups from the back window.
