Pub was nice but the acoustics were poor, making it a bit noisy.

Great place for viewing the docks. Had a great time. Food and drinks I would highly recommend.

Went for a breakfast, no atmosphere at 9am lol. It's a weatherspoons, what more can I say. Reasonable breakfast, coffee pretty bad.

Coldest breakfast ever had in a weatherspoons. Nothing was even luke warm.

The 2 duty managers working on 7th January 2025 displayed poor attitudes and behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner.

Ordered the Gourmet steak 🥩 dinner & had to ask for a steak knife, all served on a cold plate & I’m sure they got the chips out of the Fridge, not even tepidly warm, completely inedible! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Have been here previously and everything was good, gone completely down hill. NEVER again would I eat here terrible..

Terrific pub, prices food and service

Have to order via QR code. Food is mediocre at best, bad in most cases. The atmosphere is sad and unpleasant. The staff is pleasant. Still, It was a mistake to come in. I do not recommend it.

The ambience of an airport lounge. Pleasant enough if it Doesn't represent the same value for money as other spoons but it's still cheaper than other Canary Wharf wallet scrapers

Myself and The Chemistry Teacher really enjoyed our visit here. I ate pizza, and he had steak. Both were delicious. The window seat was divine, the staff friendly, attentive, and the award winning toilets were great. Perfect. Thank you 😊

Great historic building setting for extensive menu and drinks and lots of rooms and niches to discover with friends family or business meetings.

Good, busy spoons. One of the best spoons I've been too. Service was quick, place was clean and well designed. Lovely view of the canal outside. Highly recommend this place

I was in the toilet when food was dropped off at the table-we had ordered food and was waiting for it when a waitress propped the food on the table and quickly disappeared. We then had another colleague come over and ask about the food which by this point I had not long been back from the toilet, we had inspected the burger and eaten a onion ring he mentioned that the waitress is new and made a mistake. he was polite and apologetic but said that we should just keep the plate( due to hygiene it shouldn’t of been given to anyone else anyway) 3 minutes later another male (staff)storms over and tells us that the plate was for him he explains that they waitress is new but he wants us to pay for the food…. And that it was his food.. (I can understand that he’s frustrated but the mistake was theirs and after speaking to 2 people the 3rd didn’t really need to have an attitude).He took the plate back which is fair enough.. The bar staff that served us was polite and some were smiling but some had no urgency at all- place is big, nice decor, nice toilets and busy. It would be nice if there were heaters outside ! But was nice place to have a drink although on the expensive side!!

This is a great pub that we go to frequently after work as a team but we had a really unpleasant experience with the security people last night who picked on one of our female colleagues of making a light hearted comment to them after being asked to move her bag from the floor, I was then subjected to agest comments from the security guy when I asked him to ease up! Not what we expected on our Christmas night out.

It does serves the cheapest drinks around. Can get busy of Thursdays.

Absolutely a brilliant beautiful building. So spacious. You will always find a place to sit. More expensive than your local spoons it being canary wharf. But far cheaper than any of the pubs around.

Nice. Quite big inside. 1 coffee machine was not working. Breakfast was fine, but slightly cold. Your standard spoons in a good location.

It is a Wetherspoons The big down are the security staff and their fixation of moving you away from the bar

Nice to find a pub type atmosphere within Canary wharf now, trust Wetherspoon to accomodate that. The prices are great but thats not the main attraction for me its the anbience. Did not eat here but the meals coming out looked great and I suspect a fraction of the price we were heading to.

Amazing atmosphere and splendid grub. Stumbled across this enchanting docklands beanery whilst on the hunt for scram with my best buddies and the toad was most certainly in the hole and it felt magical!

Honestly, I only had a cider pint… I can’t say much about the food. The place itself have an amazing atmosphere for a pub and the toilet is modern and huge! Location also helps for those close to Camary Whard. I didn't take many pictures. Maybe next time! 😅😉

Very nice staff. The pub was lovely, with amazing toilets. Lots of seating, with the choice to sit by the bar or in a separate area. Nice little garden out front. Staff was very apologetic after being charged twice and was quickly refunded. BEWARE: Signs all over warning about leaving your bag, so must be an issue. Don't let your bag out of your sight.

Friday night in Canary wharf so it was busy. Ordered via app and food came fairly quickly and was ok. Staff busy and not so cheerful.

La comida y la bebida son buenas, y el personal parecía estar en la pelota. Gran lugar para tomar una copa en el verano.

Beware if you visit here! I came to this pub for a short visit in August and had my bag stolen from right next to me in the outside seating area with £1500 value of items inside. There was security staff who checked my bag when I entered stationed at the entrance less than 10 metres from where I was sitting and the area was well lit, this did not deter the thief from operating here and stealing my property. My iPad is now tracked via Find My app to a shop in Algeria selling stolen goods.

We sat inside today as the weather wasn't too good, very windy. Just had a drink there this time. Always like going back to this pub.🙂

I eat there in a Saturday afternoon which was very busy and noisy. The pub itself was interesting especially the ladies. Food and service is good at most Wetherspoons.

Huge pub with cheap prices and good coffee

We come here for the much loved cheap breakfast of the weekends. I've given a good review in the past but this time Im afraid isn't going to be good. We arrived around 10.30 and the seating area of where we was sat had food debris all over It, The table had been cleaned before we sat down so we knew it hadn't been cleaned properly after the last customers. My friends breakfast which was the egg Benedict sadly the hollandaise sauce bag which they microwave or eat up the sauce in the clipping of the bag had made it's way into the serving sauce on the plate and ended up in my friends mouth. When I complained the staff handled it very well with the waiter apologised and offered a refund and a replacement of the meal. This time sadly a bad review and experience but it won't stop us from coming.

Today is Steak Day. A discount for steak. In fact, this discount is very small. Doesn’t matter. The quality of the steak is very average. The meat is tender but not juicy at all. Anyway, little taste. I have tried its steak in different shops. The meat quality and cooking were very unpredictable. It seems no quality control. Not bad anyway.

Lovely Wetherspoons pub in the heart of Canary Wharf. Great atmosphere with quieter rooms available for eating lunch/dinner. A wide range of food on offer, which is actually very tasty and incredible value for money.

I really fancied a jacket potato today and not only did you have to pay £1.22 extra for an extra topping to make up the basic beans and cheese the portion of this beans and cheese was rubbish that half way eating into my potato it was dry :( this is annoying as £10 for a jacket with a soft drink might not sound like a lot but honestly I was expecting a proper portion of toppings! Plus just dry wasn’t served with no additional butter, the side salad was horrible too with inedible tomatoes. But yeh for something so simple, I was left disappointed.

Very lively when I was there, everything seemed under control though. Quick, friendly and welcoming service. Tables cleared and cleaned qell despite being rammed to the gills and staff rushing about fulfilling orders etc. A very good 'spoons

OK. Fui aquí, ya que estaba situado cerca de mi hotel. Bonito edificio con muchos asientos. Precioso entorno situado en Canary Wharf. Sin embargo, era sucio. Había muchas mesas libres, pero muchas no estaban limpias. Luché para encontrar una mesa limpia. Fácil de ordenar, solo tiene que escanear su teléfono móvil contra el Código QR, ver el menú y ordenar. Comida y bebidas salen rápidamente. El personal necesita ser mucho más amable. Pedí la pizza margherita y añadí champiñones y chiles en rodajas. Bebí un tónico de flor de saúco británico. La pizza era normal. Algo que puedas hacer en casa. La bebida era plana a pesar del vaso de hielo.

Popped in after an explore of Canary Wharf with a friend. Light, bright, spacious and welcoming. Pleasant staff and other customers were friendly. Intending to go again when attending another event in the area next week.

Plenty of outdoor seating yet they don't allow you to bring your dog. This is the first time while living in London we have been turned away with our dog for outdoor seating. If you are a dog owner, you know how I feel...

One of the best spoons I've visited in London with a great view and a large variety of bars and restaurants close by. There was plenty of space inside and out allowing groups which enhanced the atmosphere. The security staff were not only professional, but also jolly and friendly. Good service, interesting historical facts on the walls, and a warren of rooms allowing intimacy or suitable for large groups. Definitely look forward to returning.

Museo al lado de la dársena de Londres, así que esta cuchara es una excelente opción para una bebida antes de la visita al museo. Interesante edificio, especialmente el sótano de baño y muy limpio. Wetherspoons gran relación calidad-precio. Lo único negativo. Nos sentamos afuera con vistas al emblemático muelle canario, pero claramente las palomas eran un problema, ya que las mesas exteriores debían despejarse inmediatamente que los clientes se habían ido. Esto no se estaba haciendo ya que el personal estaba sacando comida y bebidas pero no volvió a la cocina con vajilla usada o tazas etc??

One of the better Wetherspoons pubs, great size with a seating area and bar as well as smaller rooms and a generously sized outdoors by the dock. Priced a bit higher than others due to the location, but still great for well priced food and drink

Always like Ledger Building as the best 'actual pub' in Canary Wharf, mostly busy with a nice atmosphere whenever you go and good selection of beers.

It's a Wetherspoons. You know what you are getting. It is a nice one with a large patio area. Great place for a pint and some snacks in Canary Wharf.

Loved this pub, been coming since opening. Definitely gone downhill staff are slow and lazy with no customer service.

The staff are seriously slow at tidying up and there was no excuse as it was empty. No one collected our empty glasses as they were building up and worst our empty plates were sitting on the table for over an hour to which we had to put them on another table as flies were bugging us and still sat there not collected. The chairs and tables are not cleaned as there was something nasty on a chair leg which my friend rubbed against and got stuck on her shoes and the menus had stains and old food dried up on all of them. Standards have definitely dropped. Feel dirty from my visit. Whole place needs a good scrub.

It's a lovely wetherspoon located in the heart of canary wharf. As most of the wetherspoons are it is also very affordable and the ambiance is something to look forward to! As always it's a bit crowded during the weekend but overall you're gonna love the place.

We came by on a walk around Canary Wharf and didn’t mean to come in but it was too tempting not to, especially in the heat.. Bank Hol was the right vibe.

Everything expected from a Wetherspoon except we never had to climb stairs for the Toilet! A very busy place

bad attitude and dirty! I was going to have a few drinks and food. after ordering the first round of drinks, I asked for a clean glass as the glass I was given was filthy. the person I asked had an a attitude. he brought back a glass again with an arrogant attitude. I wiped this glass to to dry it as it still had lots of water inside with a napkin, however the napkin turned brown. no way was we going to eat here after that.

Always enjoy a cuppa or a drink here.

It's a wetherspoons so you sort of know what your getting but I really liked this one as it had a great beer garden and it was so big inside.we never ate but enjoyed our drinks and the atmosphere here

Nice pub, pretty busy so not always easy to get a table. Food was okay, although quite cold. Drinks are lovely!

Cheap, cheerful and in a grand building. Ordered on the app and the drinks came almost instantly despite them being busy. Food came not long after and it was lovely. Situated by the Quay so on a lovely evening you can watch the boats go up and down. Close to stations and other connections.

Spacious with outside seating and just off the docks with views of the tall glass banking towers.

The lino floor at the bar is literally like glue...it's soo disgusting why does noone mop the floor,even more baffling the rest of the bar is carpet, why not make the whole thing carpet??

Cheap and cheerful, one of the better ones

This is a JD Weatherspoon pub and as such you order food and drink via the app and they deliver it to your table. The service was quick and it wasn't busy at all on a Sunday lunchtime. We tried this on with a visit to the London Docklands museum which is next door and a visit to CrossRail roof gardens which is accessible via the nearby Canary Wharf tube station.

Me and my group of friends are absolutely disgusted by the treatment we have received from the security subcontractors from ‘Front Line’ on the night of 03/08/2024. 23:50pm we call our local spoons to ask what time last orders are and they confirmed it is 00:00 midnight and we will have 20 mins to have our drinks. 23:55pm we arrive at the entrance, we get asked for our ID’s, one of the security guards pulls out their phone and proceeds to say they are closed. We Ofcourse knew this wasn’t true as 5 minutes prior it was confirmed to us by the spoons itself we can come and have one drink. The security guards proceed to be argumentative insisting that the premises is already closed and we cannot come in and then calls over another guard. They went inside to check with the manager, we called the number again which confirmed we can still come in as 23:56pm. The other guard comes back and waves us in, with attitude our IDs get checked and we get let through. We then grab a drink, sit down at 00:03 and immediately the security comes and says you have 10 mins. We were the only table inside to be told this, they did not approach any other tables to say this same information. A minute after they left, the manager of the spoons approaches us to apologise (bless her she was really sweet) but she recognised we were hassled from the very moment we tried to enter the establishment and felt the need to apologise on their behalf which she shouldn’t have needed to do if they had just done their jobs properly. Ofcourse at 00:15 they came back and shooed everyone out like sheep. We were left so disappointed and felt targeted for absolutely no reason, we were not drunk or disorderly but merely wanted to celebrate some good news before splitting and going home. Front line security need to look into the behaviours of their employees, be taught some manners and respect and also have their competence measured in telling the time. Used to love this local, but the sheer embarrassment we experienced is probably enough to make us not want to come back here again.

Very slow service (including a drink that arrived much after the meal finished) and the food was absolute rubbish.
