The Milk Room in Sefton

Such a shame but this place has gone so downhill!!! Last time I visited was almost two years ago and the milkshakes were quite nice. But on my last visit this month, the kinderella milkshake was below average. There was hardly any flavour. Really chunky it was almost impossible to drink through a straw. The place was empty and it was mid afternoon on a Saturday. We walked in to two girls “working”. They were just sat on their phones. One of them didn’t even look at us and the other girl simply said “hi” with no emotion. A small smile would have been nice. She took our order and served it to us a few minutes later and the entire time she never showed any form of customer service skills at all. She was so so rude I actually could not believe it. I spoke with friends after and they all agreed they have had similar experiences to us! She never once said please or thank you. Never smiled at us. And never made us feel welcome. Her attitude was the worst I have ever seen and I will not be returning because of her.

Milkshakes, cookie dough and the peach tea were fantastic. Just what I needed on a hot day. Fast preparation as well from the staff.

Always a favourite. The whole family loves the Milkshakes they make here and they've stood the test of time. I wish they'd do a few more non-chocolatey shakes though. There only seem to be skittles, marshmallow and vimto. I am not a great chocolate fan, so would like to see some more offerings in this area.

Yummy waffles, milkshakes and smoothies. Will be back again and again for this treat. Keep it going!

Omg is all I can say! All the milkshakes. Waffles and pancakes are out of this world!!!! The staff are all very young but non the less very helpful. All food is super fresh and they will customise your order any way you want
