The Observatory in Camden

Servicio muy decepcionante y agresivo. Las mesas no están despejadas; hay pilas de vajilla sucia detrás del mostrador; el servicio es grosero ( «ven aquí»); y necesitan cambiar su sitio web donde esto se describe como una galería. Las fotos mostradas eran hermosas, pero desafortunadamente están colgadas detrás de mesas con gente tomando café, así que no se pueden ver realmente. Una pena.

El café tiene un gran ambiente y la exposición añade un toque agradable. Sin embargo, el servicio es terrible! Esperé más de 10 minutos por una taza de té a pesar de que había 3 empleados que no parecían especialmente sobrecargados de trabajo.

Decepcionante. Fuimos principalmente a ver las fotos del "Retrato de América" en la parte posterior de la Galería. Esto es más una cafetería que una galería. Había leído sobre las fotos, pero me decepcionó que no había información adicional, especialmente sobre la ubicación de cada foto. Vienen con un precio de compra y ubicación GPS, pero no es fácil de encontrar en un espacio limitado con tiempo limitado. El café no valía la pena esperar ya que, aunque tenía un buen sabor, no estaba lo suficientemente caliente.

Went to the Observatory for lunch with a few friends. The food was exceptional and the service was really friendly too. Can highly recommend if you're in the area.

Really good spot to have lunch. Would highly recommend their tuna melts - mine was probably the best I've ever had. Great coffee too.

Always go to this place when I’m down to London for work. Met colleagues for lunch and our group was really well looked after. Lovely food and good coffee. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

We were staying near and came to here for breakfast. The service was great, the food was really good, and staff super friendly.

In line with other reviews it became clear that I was never going to get my drink in coffee because it was always bumped back because of take aways. This is a dumb policy. Save yourself the bother.

If you’re in a hurry - don’t go here! It’s nice and the cakes are good. But the staff is very slow. We were there on a monday round 2pm. Not much people. We ordered toast with avocado and coffee. We had a plane to catch and wanted a quick bite before we left town. It took forever to get the toasts! And when we got them, we had to make them ourselves! What was the staff doing all the time?? We were there a saturday as well, and we got the coffee long after we finished our sandwiches.

I have visited the cafe occasionally before - I returned as a very nice atmosphere, on todays visit I felt like a sandwich, I had a cheese and tomatoe role, toasted - it was delicious Gallery concept very nice within cafe, two staff members very hard working and polite Nice laid back atmosphere I will return -

Établissement très sympa dans un quartier très agréable à 10 minutes de la gare et qui a su garder une vraie identité et une ambiance. De très bons produits et un accueil très "friendly". Excellente musique d'ambiance et un expo de photos très intéressante. Bref un endroit à recommander pour une boisson chaude ou un rafraichissement en journée ou pour manger un morceau. On a beaucoup aimé.

Slow, slow, slow service, waited ages for coffee. When asked was told there was lots of people in front of me. Not true, but while I waited they served lots of take aways. Poor attitude. Welcome to London!

Fantastic place for coffee.. the mood is wonderful out there! Tried oat cappuchino and different teas as well. The staff support is really kind & sweet as well!

Very poor, negligent service at the cafe. I ordered two drinks to have at a table and waited (and waited... and waited) as drinks were prepared for people who ordered AFTER me. When I followed up my order at the counter, I was told that people who ordered takeaway were given priority, even if dine-in customers pay more. I expressed surprise at this policy. Instead of attempting to rectify the problem, the staff at the counter immediately said that they would just refund the cost of our drinks, instead of offering to expedite preparation of our order. They were basically implying that they didn't want our custom. So that's the message here: they prefer customers who take away drinks, generating single use waste. Bad service, bad policy and bad for the planet. Zer0-star reviews sadly not possible on this platform, or I would have given the Observatory none at all.

Not busy but my goodness wish I hadn’t come in. Waited ages and went up to as if that was my coffeee they were making as thought they forgot. Apparently it was but still took a while to reach my table. Not sure it has oat milk ether. Ah well.

Lovely cafe with photographic art displayed (and for sale). Nice place to sit if there's space. Downside: pretty expensive and even though there's plenty of people serving, it's sooo slow...

Really nice visit at the observatory in the arena. Great staff, especially Cheryl Ole and really good pints. Perfect for relaxing and people watching!! They do great food too!

Nice & chic coffee shop with display of artist works whereby photos exhibition was held when we went there. Cappuccino was ok with rich flavors & smooth milky texture. Good place to hang out to rest & meet friends. Breakfast with salmon & avocado was good & generous in portion which is enough for 2 if not too hungry.

Good breakfast, latte and hot chocolate. The cafe is in a photography gallery, there are plenty of seats in the basement and it's a nice place to have a relax breakfast or afternoon tea.

Near the University of London in Bloomsbury are so many places. This place has great coffees and teas. Good musical atmosphere too. And the art in the space looks beautiful. Great way to spend a morning working on projects while enjoying white tea.

It’s hard to do simple things well. Expedite a coffee order. Be alert to whether a receipt is needed. Make eye contact and smile. This cafe is newborn, which means it’s clean and fresh in its interiors. But they don’t yet have their beat down....

We have visited twice and both times loved it. Service is good. WiFi signal good ( need password) and changing photo gallery on walls. Drinks brought over to table within 10 minutes if placing order. Interesting small photography shop in corner too. Will visit again

Some of the negative reviews might have been due to teething problems of this cafe. I didn't try the internet so wouldn't know if it was working. But the flat white excellent, better than Burr and Co., and the pastry selection good. A comfortable place...

Internet was not working properly. They forgot my order. The manager was impolite. They screwed my evening and I am not a picky person.
