Great place, chilled atmosphere and lovely staff. Highly recommend. The regular quiz they do isn't to be missed!

Discovered Oiler Bar this summer and have been coming back ever since! Such a great spot with an amazing vibe and excellent music playlists. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink. While the pizzas aren’t necessarily the best, they’re decent enough if you’re hungry. But the real highlight here is definitely the drinks and the atmosphere—highly recommend for a fun and laid-back experience!

Friendly bar in a nice spot with wonderful views, shout to the 10% discount for EGX/ComicCon attendees! For this area of London, the prices could probably be jacked up more than they are - but that they aren't is to be commended!

Atmospheric place, very diverse and tasty dishes, including vegan ones.

Very average pizza for the price, had a margherita and diavolo, both meh. Nice sport for a drink but don’t eat here

It is a very nice place, the staff are professional and kind, it is by the river where you can have a pleasant time, and it is also very good, I would like to thank it for the service it provides to its customers with its giant screen.

Wonderful bar, love coming here on a sunny day after a swim. Only 4 stars because of the loud music on our visit this weekend - is this a permanent thing? Fine for the evening, but when you want a relaxed drinks with friends on a sunny day it was a bit much when it's impossible for us to hear ourselves talk.

The waterfront views pair perfectly with their excellent drinks selection and pizzas. I've added it to my barguide.london site too!

Great bar, lovely vibe, decent selection of ales... just wish they had more planet & animal-friendly (vegan) food options.

We enjoyed a nice relaxed drink looking over the docks. We were made to feel welcome with our family. Definitely will come again as enjoyed the calm and relaxed vibe.

Fantastic friendly bar. Lovely location on the dock. We stopped here before our night at the O2. Jon and his staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. Highly recommend this place - and definitely try the pizzas. They are superb. Will definitely be back

Visited the oiler bar before a gig at the 02. This place is brilliant.plenty of outdoor seating under heated parasol if needed. Staff were great and if weathers iffy the downstairs bar is quality.right next to 02 and excell centre so ideal. Food was lovely.top effort chaps will defo be our go to from now on. Brilliant place. Good drinks at good prices (including cocktails) and a pizzaria. Excellent for sitting on a nice day and enjoying the waterfront. Very unique location, given that it is a boat (that was part of the Dunkirk evacuation I am told!) Very chilled atmosphere. Staff were all absolutely lovely.

Attended the stand up comedy night and we will be attending the next one. Pizzas are amazing too 😘

Great night out in unique setting! The comedy night was excellent. The boat provided very good facilities . Love the decor. Tasty pizzas too! Perfect location and chilled place for relaxing evening. This place is a real gem!

Great location, good choice of beer and not a bad pub in an area where there is a dearth of good pubs. The rating would be higher were it not for the plastic glasses and the completely unnecessary music blaring out - I go to the pub to talk to the people I'm with not to listen to a random selection of music - turn it down and get off my lawn.

Nice location and good staff. Had a tasty pint of Camden Pale here but loses a star for the use of single use plastic cups. The bartender explained that this was due to an insurance issue. My suggestion would be to use the more sturdy plastic cups which can be washed and reused.

What an incredible find! Had no idea this existed, the best place around for miles!! If you’re in this area for the cable car or wakeboarding then it’s a no brainer. Looking forward to my next visit

Been living in the royal docks for almost 3 years, went for the first time and great place to vibe , although they should start having Guinness/Stout as well

This is a fantastic pub. Lovely outside seating area and an equally nice indoor area. Good selection of beers and nice and friendly service. Top notch

THE OILERRRR! Top vibes and views over the water.

This was a great little find, hidden away in plain sight in the London Docklands area across from ExCel Centre. There was a IPA and a Paulner beer on draft, both were decent beers. I sat on the deck watching people water ski, but a walk into the hull, showed much of this gem is hidden. For beer lovers it's a refreshing place in a rather disappointing area for people who like beer and are sick of getting ripped off with over inflated London prices.

Nice location and views. Quirky. Prices are beyond ridiculous- £11 or a large glass of House wine!!! I've been to Michelin restaurants, posh rooftop bars with great views etc, and not payed this much for drinks. I would have happily stayed for a few drinks as its the only bar in the area but there was no way we were buying another drink from here

Lovely ambience and great spot for drinks at the end of Victoria Dock with nice views to the river, cable car and the beach. Would definitely return!

Quaint little boat bar. It was interesting but a bit disappointed with their selection. The beer I had was nice but it was a bottled beer as I'm more in dark beers and they only had lighter beers on tap. Unfortunately it was a cold evening so I didn't stay too long as I was sitting on the top deck.

5 star for the vibe and views. We went for a beer and few pizzas. There was nice music playing and the sun did its job quite well. Makes you feel like you are having lunch from Baratie in one peice. The pizza had excellent crust, they can work slightly on topping and sauce. Will definitely go again.

Very relaxed atmosphere with great drinks and wonderful fresh made pizzas.

Loved the chilled vibe at this bar, luckily we managed to find a seat on a hot Saturday afternoon. Great to sit and watch the planes going overhead from City airport and watching the wakeboarders. We ordered a pizza from the little kitchen on board, a little expensive but it was very nice. Quirky little bar down the stairs where the toilets are.

Nice little find. Sun trap with a view of the surprisingly varied watersports nearby (open water swimming and wakeboarding). Nice selection of beers. Didn't try the pizzas but they looked and smelt great!

This place is a true gem, especially on a beautiful day. The lager on tap was crisp and refreshing, and the margarita pizza was delicious. The perfect combo! I highly recommend it!

Great bar right on the water. The views and beer were great, especially nice on a sunny day! We had an IPA and an ale and both were good. There are sofas in the main part and tables and benches/chairs in the part adjacent to the bar area. The toilets were also nice - wasn't even sure if they'd have any with it being on the water but was pleasantly surprised with them.

Great pub by the water, great vibe. Pricey cocktails in my opinion tho, beer prices not so much. Defo would there again.

Cool atmosphere but food is meh! Don’t get the Italian nachos as they are poor quality cheese and chips. Pizza was ok. Beer options pretty good. A plane will pass over every few minutes.

Fabulous old bar on a lovely old barge, offering great drinks both up on deck and down below. Great views! This quirky bar is definitely worth a visit. Even found modelo being served - great to have a different variety, especially in London!

Love this place! We have lived in the area for 4 years and I have been wanting to go in forever. We have finally visited twice in the last few weeks. The staff are lovely and there’s a really nice vibe. Having a drink by the water and watching the world go by is great. My mother in law was quite taken by Terry who was really nice and friendly . Will definitely be back!

Great bar in a fab location to people watch, water ski watch and cable car watch. Not many tables though so be patient and spend a sunny day with a great bunch of peeps. My 84 year old dad loved it lol

Nice bar where you can also enjoy tasty pizzas, all in a lovely location overlooking the docks. However, I don't think that in this time and age there's any excuse for bars like this one using flimsy disposable plastic cups for ALL drinks, so much for caring for our environment. It's really a shame cause the experience is otherwise enjoyable.

Great place to spend an afternoon with good pints, good friends, and good tunes. Thanks to Terry and the random Canadian takeover that rocked up out of nowhere. (Well, Canada, so not nowhere...)

Great setting with views over Victoria docks you can drink great beers whilst watching people being dragged around the wake boarding course and be served a delicious pizza. Fantastic!

An unusual venue for a bar but one that works very well. Good atmosphere, great views of the docks and dangleway and cheerful, friendly staff. They do decent pizza too. The range of draught beer was a little limited, 3 of the 6 taps were off and no cask options at all, which was a little disappointing. Good selection of bottles though. All in all I'd be happy to visit again.

Great choice of ale. Did not eat there but enjoyed drinking my pint n watching people wake boarding. N cable cars moving.

Can't believe it's taken me so long to get here. Awesome location and setting. Reasonable prices and great staff. Update: still love this spot, some people complain about the lack of beers but there is a good range and you can't expect it to be the same as a big pub when they have cellars probably as big as the boat! Staff are always friendly and there are great vibes.

A few years ago, I flew to the UK to participate in MCM *London with some friends of mine. Afterwards one day we walked here and had an amazing time, the night before my flight home to the US. Great food, great drinks and great service. I absolutely plan to come here every time I visit the UK from now on and always remember to recommend it to my friends and coworkers when they talk about visiting the UK!

I put 4 stars 🌟 because in my opinion they should sell more beer 🍺 (now they have only Heineken)and the toilets could be a bit cleaner with tissues.
