A good old-fashioned country pub

Ok. Good mates. Food, beer, music 🎶 iffy.

Attended an engagement party there and found it to be a very nice pub with a lovely atmosphere.

Van blocked my way way our. Other than that it was a canny session

My wife and I called into this pub,/kitchen for an early evening meal.The dishes were lovely , which were chicken chow mein and a mince n dumplings.They have quite a few thai dishes on the menu. The service is friendly and the beer is nice and cold. The prices for the food are very competitive and a visit is highly recommended. Note the midweek times for food are 5-8pm tues to Fri with sat 12- 8pm on sat and 12 - 4pm on a sunday.

Not as good as it was, very quiet, beer was OK. Don't know if they're doing meals.

Not been here for years, in the area, we popped in for a quick drink. Beer good, ladies not so keen on the wine. Lady who served us was very nice. Seems a decent boozer.

It was my first time out and it was a good night i went at 2 until 8 the pub was full in the bar but had a look out see all the lads ladies was good about 8 out 10 good night

Quality food and drinks and service

Pleasant people but short staffed at the bar

Went in for a quiet pint and had to listen to the kitchen staff and new manager arguing over the accommodation. Not very professional.

The place is dying. If the leaseholder doesn't start stocking the place then a village this size won't have a pub any more

Food is absolutely delicious. If you haven't been for a while, it's worth a visit. Sunday lunch is perfect. Will definitely be back soon.

The pub hasnt been renovated in well over a decade, most of the beer was off and the fridges for bottles were more or less empty. Disappointing and depressing to see what was once a nice pub dip so low.

Very good meals n drink good parking ramp for disabled people.

This has turned into a shockingly bad pub. Do the right thing and sell it to someone who cares and looks after it.
