Todo frío. Delgada salsa. Bajo verduras cocidas. Sabor suave. Comida realmente horrible y la mayoría de la mesa se dejó cada plato a medio comer.

Tuvimos un almuerzo grupal para Navidad y la ubicación, la comida y las bebidas eran excepcionales. Sophie fue muy servicial e hizo un trabajo increíble ayudándonos a organizar nuestro almuerzo grupal.

Classico pub inglese all'esterno e nella prima sala interna. Ottimo per la musica nelle casse e per la varietà di birre. Manca la componente sportiva caratteristica dei pub inglesi in quanto non trasmettono le partite, ma il pub possiede un meraviglioso cortile interno dove poter consumare la propria birra.

Tuvimos un precioso asado y un servicio fabuloso de Erin & Soph 🫶🏻 Gran ambiente, interiores encantadores y baños limpios! ¡Volveremos seguro!

Tuvimos el domingo asado, tanto vegano como carnoso con algunos entrantes. ¡Todo fue genial! Gracias a LOUIS, que nos hizo sentir increíblemente cómodo y tenía un gran sentido del humor. Lo haría 100% reservar de nuevo.

Great spot with awesome pints and people. The back garden is an amazing place for a pint and the staff was super friendly and cool

Came here a few months back and decided to give it another go…. 10/10 recommend for people who want to have a good night out with the friends in the heart of Shoreditch. Service was lovely both up and downstairs, pints were not too expensive compared to other places I’ve been and food was lovely.

We hired the upstairs of Owl and The Pussycat. The staff were super accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We loved the space and will definitely be back again. Thank you team!

Went in for a Sunday roast and it was lovely. The espresso martini was a bit diluted (need to be faster with that shaker!) and they almost forgot to give me my yorkshire pudding (how dare you?) but, jokes on the side, the pork roast was AMAZING, very good starters as well, the cracklings OMG and the veggies as well! Big thumbs up!

A good pub/restaurant with very friendly, helpful staff. The Sunday roast was good but could have done with being hotter. To be fair, when we mentioned this the waitress offered to sort it out.

Wonderful staff, lovely venue, just a shame about the Christmas set menu which was really poor.. 1 of our party's starters - crayfish cocktail had 3 prawns and a miniscule amount of crab and the mains (turkey) were cold by the time it all got brought out - the sides were lovely - dessert ok.. overall nice venue/location but food needs attention

I'm really surprised the staff attitude has been criticised on other reviews because we thought they were brilliant - really friendly and we didn't have to wait long to be served even though it was packed. We went for a 60th birthday celebration which made us at least 30 years older than most of the other customers but we had a great night - really good atmosphere and great fun!

Booked to have my birthday party here (30th) with around 25 people. We had pre ordered food which arrived and was a fairly good size / tasty for the price. The whole evening was however undermined by the staff's attitude. They came across as rude and obnoxious, and treated us coldly as if we were a nuisance. We weren't a group of rowdy teenagers causing trouble - we were happily spending an evening there for a celebration, and giving them what must have totalled over £1K in the process. We were also cramped into a room upstairs (right next to the toilet) and were told off for standing too close to the server door when it was clear the actual problem was that they didn't have capacity to host a group of that size. The night concluded with us having to awkwardly argue with them about the bill - first because the guy behind the bar seemed annoyed we wanted to split the bill, and then because their card machine took a payment from one of my friends which showed on one receipt but not on another meaning they wanted to charge him again. As the title says nice food, shame about the staff. You might have fun dancing here, but for an event you can better spend your money elsewhere - they won't make you feel valued.

Banging night, good upbeat music , very friendly atmosphere... Fell asleep in a park somewhere afterwards, got hopelesly lost after that, but do still remember we had a great night. Thanks

This was my second visit and we ate upstairs on both occasions. The service was good and the food decent. The Sunday roasts could have been a little hotter and their was a mix up with the order, for which the staff apologised and provided a free drink. Overall we had a nice time and the staff really do make a difference, polite friendly and attentive.

Small portions which were it seems were precooked & warmed up before serving. Pretty tasteless. The toilet floor looked as it had never been cleaned so quite disgusting.

We had a lovely dinner and I would just like to say that Meghan is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. She was so pleasant despite having a lot on her plate. Very impressed!

Decided to call here for Sunday lunch as it was just around the corner from where we were staying. We were greeted by a lovely young lady in the restaurant upstairs and she seated us by the window which was nice. I ordered a Bloody Mary which she made just to my liking that I had another. The pea and broad bean scotch egg for starter was beautiful and the Sunday Roast was hmm hmm. There were 4 of us in total each having 2 courses. Drinks wise we had 2 bloody Mary’s, a lime and soda, 2 lager shandy’s, 2 coca cola’s and 2 large wines. The bill came to a total of £195 inc service charge which I think is pretty good in the City.

Personally would not recommend. Booked an area for 22 people seated and standing, there was 5 seats maybe and the space we were given was not suitable for 22 people. Right next to the toilet entrance which was being blocked by us standing. Service was fine however if you know there’s a large booking make the room.

I have to say we really like the The Owl and Pussycat, a vibrant London bar thats well worth a visit, it busy and I will say the food was excellent. The only downside, we felt was the drink were slightly overpriced, so much so i asked how much individually the drink were, mmm expensive we felt. But you know, you pay for what you get and this pub certainly does have a great atmosphere.

On a crowded Saturday night we stumbled across the owl and pussycat in shoreditch. The main bar was too busy to get served so we headed upstairs this was the best decision we made all night. The bar itself was fairly standard however the barmaid Amy made the trip worthwhile. Besides being a vision in bar uniform her witty rapore can make you realise how quickly a man can fall in love. Her skills pouring drinks were second to none and her smile made a refreshing change to the vacant stares we had experienced up to that point. Amy I fear our time together was too short. But I digress the owl and pussycat is worth a visit

A group of us met here for a drink late Saturday afternoon. We used to go to this pub a few years ago - it’s a nice pub, quite small inside but great outdoor space. Unfortunately, it’s a bit overpriced, the lager was warm and one of the staff was having a bad day.

Narrow and cramped, cool but not hipster, my visit was everything I could have wanted from a city centre pub.

This pub is by far one of my favourite pubs in London. The outside has a flower wall and is full of fairy lights. They play really good music which accommodates for everyone. I love the feel and atmosphere in this place.

Visited yesterday at 4.00pm. We were party of 8. We should have been told beforehand that they only had three roast dinner available. But we were seated and tird , and had drinks when informed. The three aforementioned roasts arrived after a long wait and they had been scrabbled together. Horrible veg, dried up chicken and old bit of beef. It was like they had trouble getting enough to fill the plates. To top it all they forgot my granddaughters meal of avacado and egg on toast. She didn't get to eat this till we had finished. We couldn't wait as meal was bad enough without being cold. We were told by the waitress that they had a fall out with the chef. By the standard of the food I could tell he was not enthusiastic about the dishes he served. This is the second time we have eaten here and will be th last. The first time the food was gorgeous. I can't believe we sat there and ate it. Lesson to self, Complain, complain complain.
