As a welsh man going to this pub, can't wait to go back we were well looked after and the staff were Amazing, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Came here with my husband had a lovely warm welcome, decided to stay for food,we both had a curry which was homemade,with rice and chips,poppadoms and chutney,what a good choice,thank you so much

One of my favourite pubs in town.

I was staying in Weymouth & looking for somewhere to eat near my digs on a wet Thursday evening. I went in the Park & what a find. I had a great T-bone steak for a very good price & other stuff on the menu looked very good too, various home made pies etc. My pint of Directors was from a very well kept barrel & delicious. Staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They were having a quiz night & team "Pot 4" were kind enough to invite me to join them. I ended up having a great night with friendly & interesting people & we came joint first in the quiz but losing out to the eventual winners because we had one more team member. A few more pints of Directors were drunk. Many thanks to The Park & team "Pot 4".

Great food at affordable prices .made very welcome

Spent a week in Weymouth, this pub was at the bottom of the street where we were.staying. The atmosphere staff and food are amazing. Try the chicken balti it's beautiful. Definitely will be going back when in the area again, also dog friendly. Well done guys keep up the good work.

Lovely old fashioned community pub. Nicely decorated inside and out. Good beer well served. Didn't have the food but it looked good.

A really friendly pub. Made to feel most welcome on the few nights we went in for drinks on our holiday .( Even the darts team gave us a slice of birthday cake as we'd got chatting to a couple of them ) Drinks kept well. First time I'd found my old favourite 'Dry Blackthorn Cider' on draught for years, so quite a few pints were enjoyed during our weeks holiday ;) We had already eaten elsewhere one evening, and called in on the way back to our hotel for drinks. But after seeing the delicious looking pizza that another customer had been served , we ordered one between us as we were still hungry and couldn't resist. Good decision as it certainly was delicious with lots of toppings! Pub kept clean and tables spotless. I noticed a beer garden at the back of the pub , but we didn't go in. Dog friendly as well. Will definitely be making a return visit when next in Weymouth!

Absolutely fantastic pub! Very friendly and warm welcome with staff who can’t do enough for you. Fabulous home cooked food and piping hot. Puddings are very generous for their price. Can not recommend highly enough.

Staying just up the road from here, it quickly became our local for the May bank holiday weekend! Friendly staff, and locals, made us feel welcome, we even got birthday cake 🎂 but that may have been to stop us singing at the karaoke 🎤 😂

I called in on my own whilst working away and this was the nearest pub to the hotel. I was made to feel very welcome by everybody especially the landlord and landlady. Really friendly atmosphere and great Guiness

Popped in with my bro, as I'm reasonably regular I knew food was good plus the friendly ambience. However,it has to be said our steak and overall experience was simply 5*....

I go on a Thursday for the quiz. The pub in it's self is very nice cozy they have three ales on.They do food but I cannot comment as have not eaten there.

Lovely friendly pub, simple but lovely food. Glad we were staying across the road from it !

On the website it says food is served till 8:00 pm!!!! We arrived at 7:25 pm and asked about food, we were told food was not served after 7:30 pm!!!! We had looked in advance at the menus and knew exactly what we wanted. This really isn't good enough is it?

We really enjoyed our two evenings this week at The Park. The atmosphere was very friendly, the beer (Directors) was well kept, and the food was tasty pub classics and good helpings too 😋. Good prices as well. We'll be back.

Great little local back street pub, well packed for quiz night. Nicely presented inside. Popped in for a pint which was good. Staff and locals were friendly which added to my visit. Enjoyed.

My sister inlaw introduced my wife & I to this dimond of a boozer, very dog friendly their food is something special I had a 16oz T bone steak amazing. Wish I could pick this place up & put it in my town.

Long weekend at Weymouth staying at the Best Western....just around the corner is this gem ....a warm welcome ...Dan looked after us ...very relaxing atmosphere....food ..First rate ....thoroughly recommended look forward to going back on our next trip 😀

Spent 2 lovely evenings at the park. Food excellent, staff friendly and welcoming would definitely return if in Weymouth again.

Very nice corner pub near the hospital. Great service from friendly staff. Friends had pizza which looked nice. We sat in the garden which is lovely and private from the road.

We visited this lovely pub a few times,we were welcomed by by the staff and the atmosphere was great,on our last night in weymouth we had a meal there and it was delicious,lovely home cooked food,there was a quiz that night too..would highly recommend this pub for a visit.

Had most of the food on the Menu ,not had a bad one yet ,drink is reasonably priced ,the staff are wonderful without exception .The locals in the pub are very friendly . couldn't say a bad word .

Traditional pub, friendly bar staff and good range of beers. Food menu okay but lunch spoilt by 4" hair in my cheese sandwich. Would probably drink there again but wouldn't eat.

I had 2 evening meals here. I was walking the coast path and stayed nearby. Nice atmosphere, really friendly and great food. I wish I could return but I’m from NZ..

This is a proper "locals" pub, not a tourist one, but the best part is, we were made to feel like locals, even though we're tourists. Top quality food, but a basic menu and good beers (though they wouldn't let me keep the glasses, even if I paid for them ;-) ) Might not be the best place for families, but we don't have kids and we'll be going back this week for sure.

Excellent. Popped into the establishment while waiting for a bus with my dad. Proper pub. Good sevices from barmaid and cute garden. Place has a real good feel about it.

Didn't eat here but the food came straight past us and it looked amazing.

We ate there two days on the trot great menu and great food, the staff are helpful and friendly would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great meal.

What a lovely place to come and have a nice chilled pint 🍺 after work!! With a log fire and, well the friendliest staff ever.. The food is amazing too with added tv screens and quiz and dart 🎯 nights if that’s what ya like.. Just a nice place to come and sit on a couch and relax in a warm n comfy environment.. A must visit, Top Class AAA+++

Don’t often eat out but decided to try the park pub as I’ve heard such great things about the place and I can only agree with what I’ve heard!! Great atmosphere and friendly staff! I had the steak dinner which was delicious and cooked to perfection 😋 everyone in there seemed happy and friendly,,,easy to talk with any one in there so I’d highly recommend the place!! 10 out of 10 all around 👍🏻👍🏻 keep up the great work!! Enjoyed a meal last night, beef and ale pie plus scampi and chips. Home style cooking at its best. Lovely friendly atmosphere. And then karaoke! Super evening out.

Also meant to say that they are extremely dog friendly. Will definitely return when we next visit Weymouth.

Absolutely wonderful food and really good value, for both drinks and food. Massive portions and clearly homemade. And on top of that the service was amazing and the landlord was so polite and friendly. One of the nicest places I have ever been, and believe me, I’ve been to millions !

The staff here gave us a truly memorable night for our DIHE Weymouth 1982 intake Reunion night. Very welcoming and accommodating, good food and the perfect venue all round to dance and talk the night away with old friends.

Wow fantastic home cooked food. Friendly staff and fantastic service. We will go again without a doubt. You won't be disappointed that's for sure x

Went in for food and drinks based on the photos from previous reviews and was near our accommodation. But beer garden not quite as nice as the photos I saw from previous reviewers. The garden is more for smokers. Pub very dog friendly. Stayed for 1 pint and decided to move on.

Great food, friendly staff, top venue

Good food and friendly staff. The pub quiz on Thursday is good fun too! However, don't get involved with the 'Pirate' draw. "Fate" and the MC are firmly on the regulars' side. A regular complained that my friend's second draw ticket had already been drawn. The MC made no effort to check and by the time my friend got back to our table to confirm that it hadn't (it was 181 and the first was 183), another ticket had been drawn; amazingly it was one of the complainant's numbers. She then went on to win the £500 prize. Shock, horror! Save your money and just leave them to fund their own prizes!
