Primera vez aquí Vinieron pocas veces pero no pudieron encontrar una mesa Logró encontrar una mesa al aire libre en este miércoles por la tarde no muy concurrido ( alrededor de las 14 : 00 ) Disfrutando de mi café con leche semidesnatada El servicio es bueno

Tartas encantadoras, me encantó la tarta de vainilla y café muy agradable. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Terraza es bastante ruidoso con la carretera concurrida. Volveré.

¡Qué pequeña joya de un lugar para una pastelería rápida ya sea para el desayuno o durante el día para un poco de recogerme! Un personal joven y amable para servirle. Los pasteles más deliciosos imaginables. Tal vez uno de los mejores chocolates calientes que he probado en mi vida. Ni siquiera tienes que entrar al hotel para acceder a él. Es justo al lado del hotel y sin duda lugar a que me detendré de nuevo.

Had high expectations for this cafe and was very excited to try it but I have to say it’s disappointing to say the least. Cafe was full so people naturally queued outside for the next free table. Was second in the queue and we were all ignored by front of house staff. A few people asked how long they’d have to wait and the staff just responded with ‘dont know’ Management seriously need to start looking at how to manage the queuing system and look at employing staff with good Customer Service. For everyone of us to be ignored whilst patiently waiting outside was pretty disgusting Customer Service. Not what I would expect from a well established Hotel/Brand at all.

Extremely poor store front service. Considering this brand establishment, the hospitality and store front service reception is poor and underwhelming. I was the the first person in line and overlooked to serve two other customers. I can assure you I a paying customer. Overrated - you can do better.
