The Players Lounge at The Lux Company in York

Llegamos para un almuerzo rápido pre-teatro mientras pasábamos y vimos el interesante menú al lado de la entrada de la tienda. Nuestros panini's eran deliciosos y las bebidas calientes se servían en las tazas más hermosas. Una taza de té que en realidad se sirvió caliente - fabuloso! Disfrutamos mucho de nuestras vistas desde la relajante y bellamente decorada zona de estar del primer piso. Tenemos la intención de volver para explorar adecuadamente los artículos encantadores en la tienda y visitar el salón de la planta superior también. Un lugar encantador!

Players lounge has a friendly and relaxing feel. We all enjoyed the jazz evenings accompanied with delicious food champagne and wine. We now look forward to the next event in January Well done the Luxe company and your amazing staff.

Lovely hidden gem and tranquil oasis in the Christmas melee. Popped In briefly as shop was closing and like it so much we booked to come back for lunch. Lovely mulled wine and excellent sharing platter. Lots of space. 2 areas to eat and drink and a well stocked emporium of loveliness. Highly recommended.

Attended the opening night which went very well. Upstairs in The Lux Company shop which is worth a visit on its own- especially if looking for a special present for someone. The bar has been beautifully decorated with comfortable chairs and an eclectic style. The sharing board was generous and very tasty. Malbec was good and others enjoying the range of champagnes. Definitely worth a visit !
