The Princes Feathers in Cheshire West and Chester

Stayed here a few times. Staff very friendly. The building outside is looking a bit tired and paths and carpark could do with a clean. A few huge holes in the car park need filling as very deep. Regular free WiFi is rubbish but you can upgrade your WiFi at an extra charge but for what you pay for your room this is a bit expensive. If staying a few nights you have to request at reception if you require room service.

Waited for ages for cold food ,staff couldn't care,one member sitting doing nothing ,would not recommend this place.

Always friendly polite staff and the owner Always says hi ,food is always great with decent portions 👌

Dirty tables and floor when came into store. Chris who served myself seemed like I was disturbing him from doing nothing. Definitely no manners, can’t be bothered attitude the whole time serving me. Later he “cleaned” the tables with his hand, no cloth or spray to disinfect the seating area, pushing more dirt onto the floor spent time talking to his mates at a table then walking away leaving the dirt on the floor, this has been the attitude of this particular member of staff numerous times we’ve visited and he’s displayed a doesn’t give af attitude and that customers are not his priority further to this review I will be contacting subway head office.

Got short changed by girl on the bar. Gave £20, got change from 10. Only when I asked to talk to someone in charge, finally admitted to it. Its happened twice now... one time to me another to a friend. Its naughty and she must get away with it to other people
