The Refectory in Mid Sussex

Lovely place to eat and plenty of views and if you are lucky enough you may see the local fox that comes to visit from time to time.

Beautiful restaurant, really aesthetic, the windows create just a large space where you can see the beauty of the castle around you. Especially the sweets look really good. The beauty of this restaurant is that people come together from various nations and start talking to each other so this feeling of unity is created. I only experience it thanks to saint hill. I am happy with this church of Scientology.

So good yet no review until now, eight years after opening. Note, you need to be a member of the Church of Scientology or be invited by a member.

Very professional, the food varies a lot for vegans, vegetarians and all ethnic groups and you can also have à la carte menus

The two main chefs make something different every day. One chef makes fresh cakes a lot, very nice keto, or protein boosted. The coffee machines make good espressi and cappuccini.

A good selection of food at reasonable prices.
