Fabulous food fantastic service from Kai and Erica food was hot and delicious nothing was too much trouble even table service when you normally go to the bar

I booked a table for 6 as my friend and I both had free prosecco vouchers for our birthday in December. Firstly on 15th Dec, so close to Xmas, this branch had NO prosecco, wouldn't give a bottle of wine either. They only gave 1 round of drinks. We ordered 6 sharing / starter items - one which had completely run out. We replaced it with the worst tofu dish ever served by anyone. The fries were stone cold and had to be sent back, the nachos had 2 pieces of avocado ( supposed to be guacamole), 5 proper tortilla chips and the rest were badly broken. There was hardly any cheese on top. Most if the dips didn't arrive - we had to keep asking and I'm sure the staff were fed up. 10 days before Xmas, they ran out of mixer drinks as well. What a horrible place. Toilets had no toilet paper either.

For £17 the macaroni cheese was a disgusting grainy soup, didn’t end up finishing it. It’s also the first slug and lettuce I’ve been to where you cannot order on the app and all crowd round the bar blocking the walk way to order. Servers were friendly enough at the bar and the drinks were good. But you have no form of table service or anything whatsoever. It’s not very big either so surprised by this, been to bigger slug and lettuces and they have table service etc.

Kai was very helpful, he fitted us in on a very busy day and check on us through out or sitting. Although they were busy the food was very good.

Absolutely shocking service. Staff were dismissive, not bothered by customers, everything just seemed like a chore. We ordered a steak and no steak knife so had to ask for one same with the chutney and the chips were cold. Overall disappointed wouldn’t recommend. When we complained they just shrugged it off. Disappointing

We went for bottomless Brunch at Oxford Circus on Wednesday night (26/11/24) and it was awesome!! Good atmosphere in there and the drinks, food and service were spot on. Joseph our waiter/bar man was great! He was funny and really attentive!! So were the other ladies that served us throughout our stay but I didn't get their names. One lady was blonde and she was helping teach a new lady with red hair. Both of them were very lovely too. Thanks for a great night 🙌 we'll be back!!

Had a great lunch here, Ethan and Erica were fab. Individual toilet stalls get a plus however the stench of sewage gets a minus. Also a side note, not all S&L team members seem to be trained to the same level. Cocktails and bomb shots were served differently depending on which member of staff you ordered from. A pleasant experience overall :)

We booked a table for a birthday drinks evening. We were greeted Kimran and taken to our table. The drinks and food menus were offered to us and from the moment of our first contact with the team. We were made to feel so at ease and relaxed. Joseph and Kimran prepared our drinks with a smile on their faces and great conversation. Drinks arrived. They were stunning. Food was ordered and came out well presented and really hot. Full of flavour so thank you to the chef as well. It was overall such a great experience and as our office is new to the area, we will be making this location our local go to. Thank you again and look after this team. They are amazing.

Joseph was absaloutely amazing at the 19 hanover location, constantly topping up drinks with his colleagues, had great chats and just genuinely lovely person. Food was brilliant, well worth the money, the only bottomless brunch ill do.
