Never order on a weekend. They can’t cope with how busy it is and food becomes rubbish! Total waste of money tonight. Cold chips, incorrect item on order, chicken barely any coating on, meat from burgers too salty. Have ordered quite a few times and this isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed. Get some consistency!!!

Preordered for an hour and 20 minutes and took an hour and 35 minutes and a little cold

I usually love this place for good value for money but last night was a very different experience the burgers was pathetic like skinny/flat McDonald burgers, definitely wasn’t worth £30 if this is the way you do things now.

Really nice food, great place to pick up a big takeaway to enjoy at home or you can eat in as well. The beef 🍔 patties are lovely

1st time ordering. Food was fabulous. Things to note. Half an hour late for delivery and took ages to get someone to answer the phone when we chased delivery. When it arrived we were a burger missing. Thankfully they answered the phone straight away this time and apologized and said it would be 10 mins which it was.

We ordered online, arrived early but food came out on time and hot. We ordered pink fillet loaded chips and peppercorn sauce, but the steak was not pink, so disappointed. Staff was pleasant.

Used to order quite regularly but ordered for the first time in a while - food half an hour late and stone cold

Usually when we order, we have no problems but unfortunately this time the food was freezing cold when it arrived.

I placed a pick-up order, waited 30 minutes, and when they finally brought my burger, it was completely cold, along with the fries. I went back and told them, expecting them to have the decency to remake it, considering that smash patties get tough and unpleasant once they’re cold. Instead, they just tossed it in the microwave and handed it back to me.

What a great service. I ordered from a different address as I am staying with friends. (I live in Scotland) not only did the driver do everything to get me (which he didn't get me as I stupidly had my phone on silent) when I called the restaurant they put the order back our for delivery and tye food was delicious!

Sensational food, so so tasty. Puts well known international brands to shame. Far too much of it as well… and when was that ever a bad thing?!

Was served by Jack. Lovely friendly lad, very polite and courteous. Very fast service. Had a Halloumi burger that was delicious. Fast food with a gourmet twist and finish. Nice chilled out and relaxed environment too. Extremely impressed

Took over 2 hours to arrive and had to reheat

Delivery time can be a bit dicey, but we're yet to be disappointed. Food is always delicious. My wife isnt a burger fan at all, but she absolutely loves theirs. I would recommend giving them a try... Just be flexible about the delivery times - still worth it!

Ordered for the first time and very impressed. At first one of our burgers were missing, but after calling them they fixed the problem right away and even gave us 2 free drinks as an apology. The fries weren't too salty and the burgers just melted in your mouth.

Delivered before time slot, food prepared as instructed, will order again in the future 👍

The crispy chicken burger was rediculously salty, so much so that we threw it away.

Need to toast the buns, other than that it's banging.

Just shy of two hour wait for the food which is fair enough but I atleast expect it hot, some of the chips were undercooked, the chicken strips were dry as a bone & the bacon wrapped onion rings were honestly rank, place is too busy for its own good absolutely no quality control whatsoever

Delivered on time, wasn’t boiling hot but still hot enough to enjoy, considering we live some way away. Food was delicious, driver was lovely and friendly. Will definitely order again

Absolutely disgraceful as per usual. One item that was ordered was the lamb burger. What came was just the goat burger with feta on. The restaurant knew what they were doing, they just crossed out lamb burger on the receipt and in pen and wrote “gb with feta”. Made absolutes no attempt to contact me to see if this was acceptable or if I wanted an alternative. So instead of lamb I got beef and instead of mint sauce I got goat sauce. Honestly atrocious customer service but it always is here.

Food delicious as usual. And absolutely loads. A bit more expensive than i can afford really, but so worth it!

The food was early but arrived cold, fries were soggy, mac and cheese was like paste, didn't taste like cheese at all. Burgers weren't good. Food didn't sit well with either of us.

Goat burger was good, although it had way too much sauce. Fries were good. Milkshake was supposedly Kinder Bueno, I think it was just vanilla with chocolate sauce. Delivery wasn’t late but it took close to an hour.

Food never arrived, tried contacting them via just eat but the number is invalid. called the mobile on the website and only arrived at voicemail. requested a refund on just eat app and had it declined. they even marked the order as delivered when nothing was even sent out! Just give me my money back if your not going to deliver the food and do not accept the order if you are too busy!

Ordered for pick up ( this was our 1st time ,ordering from here) was a little late due to having an inspection (which was absolutely fine) staff was so kind and couldn't apologise enough, again was not a problem for us, we ened up get complimentary cakes and cream and extra sauce for the delay which we did not expect, the food was outstanding!! The food was amazing! I had the steak fries and it was delicious! great cut of meat and chips were still hot after being delivered. My partner had the firecracker burger and he said it was the best burger he has ever had! thankyou

Burgers good as usual, fillet steak cooked to perfection! Unfortunately the peppercorn sauce was very runny (like water) but ok(ish) flavour wise, it suggests that the chips were just blanched in oil that was not hot enough and therefore were soggy rather than crispy and the mac & cheese was just a sloppy overcooked mess! I am more than happy to pay £30+ for this, but I also expect for it to arrive with crispy chips, a proper peppercorn sauce and proper mac & cheese!

Over 2 1/2 hours late, food was cold and inedible, such a shame but it’s normally decent from here, just found out they are not willing to refund me either. Never ordering from here again.

OVER 2 HOURS AND STILL NO FOOD - APP SAID ITS DELIVERED BUT RECEIVED NOTHING

Unfortunately the order was wrong and although some one did come out to give us our missing items, they were not cooked at all properly.

We’ve ordered a few times now and the food is really nice. Unfortunately the order is often running late which isn’t great for the kids or for grown ups! (We choose to collect) I have been given complimentary dessert on one occasion which was a suitable gesture but I’d really just like the order at roundabout the collection time, not 45 minutes later. It’s not just one off anymore.

Message stating ready to collect, waited 30mins while other orders were handed out, staff seemed unable to manage ,finally managed to ask where my order was and was given a it a minute later, got home(5 mins), food cold, and missing chicken wings. Obviously sat in the box going cold. Never again.

The Smoking Goat is just the best burger restaurant around. I would recommend them to anyone. Quantity and quality is outstanding.

great food tasty, disappointed with the BBQ chicken one but my fault as didn't read ( as it's a beef burger) onion rings have a kick which due to medical reasons couldn't eat but they are full of flavour and spice

so first time trying these got the bbq pulled pork burgers with salt and pepper chips and shakes the food was amazing defo filling and highly recommended defo ordering again

very good quality food and fast delivery.

Compared to the last time I reviewed its got a lot better the chicken every now and then is slightly rubbery but the wait time has gone from 2 hours to around an hour at most which is a massive improvement and the food seems to have gotten slightly better

Really nice meal , would have preferred no salt on the chips . I hadn’t realised that’s how they came .

Ordered food online for delivery and quoted one hour. After the hour I received an email to say the order had been cancelled despite taking a £45 payment which I now have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Tried calling on the mobile number provided but no one answering. I will never give them my custom again, shocking service!!!!

We went camping near The Smoking Goat and we decided for the last evening we would have a take away. So we chose here.... WOW 😳 What can I say, absolutely amazing food. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just had a take out katsu curry box which I’ve had before and enjoyed. But this time I was a bit suprised that the tub of curry sauce was supplied cold……..not happy. By time that was warmed the rest had cooled
