The Soul House Restaurant & Cocktail Bar in Sandwell

We went to the soulhouse for our works christmas party and the food was amazing! We had a dedicated contact throughout planning the evening and when we arrived the manager dealt with us all night which was brilliant, he was so friendly and efficient, although the lad working with him was miserable but this did not detract from the beautiful food and ambience. We all left with full tummies and satisfied having had a lovely evening together.

Venue is very nice. However,, The food!!!!!! Very disappointing. I had the Seabass and out came 2 aldi sea bass fillets. 3 asparagus and some dry salad for £19. It just tasted like all purpose seasoning and nothing else. We had to ask for water with fresh lemons in as the ones they used sank to the bottom. A friend had the mutton and said it was tough and dry! There was 8 of us who went and not 1 person was happy with the food. Don’t let the instagram videos fool you! Food is less than mediocre

Have been here a few times as it is next door. The food is excellent and a great atmosphere, the staff are friendly and the cocktails are excellent.
