We booked in for a mixology class for a pre wedding celebration, it was a great experience! Great price, delicious cocktails and perfect atmosphere, our Mixologist Ryan was fantastic and all the staff were lovely. Would definitely go back again.

lovely cocktail bar in a good location, service and standard of cocktails were very good! Only downside for us was the machine to make the smoke bubble was broken & some stock missing for the cocktails we requested! Apart from that a good experience 👌

Cocktails and service was nice but food was a bit of a let down. We ordered 6 small plates and was barely enough for 2 of us. Food quite bland and not very exciting. Asked for more pita bread for the hummus but was told I'd need to order the dish again to get more bread so the kitchen can track the stock... Lol. Rather disappointing. Service was nice tho!

Ryan was a brilliant host, great energy, kept the night alive and made some very tasty drinks, a perfect start to our hen night celebrations!

We were a group of 34 who reserved the back area for a hen night. It was the absolute best time. Perfect place to celebrate. Borislav organised everthing we were looking for and couldn't be more helpful when we were planning it as well as on the night - buffet food and cocktail trees were amazing, as was grazing platters. Couldn't have asked for better. Many thanks to all who were working that night (15 Jun), it was very much appreciated.

utter dissgrace of a place- manger was sweating and all over the place rude and not helpful after we said my son was a vegan. won't be back

Service is a little slow but there is really nothing to complain about in this place. Very pleasant few drinks.

Was in Friday night with some friends. Our waitress Riann was amazing, she was busy as the bar was packed but still made time for us and was very friendly and attentive. Cocktails were also very tasty! Will be back

The food plates are very small and the food isn't the best, all quite bland flavours. It was so loud that we literally had sore throats from shouting at each other over the table. The food took forever to arrive and didn't come all together so we were waiting 5-10 mins for rest of the dishes to come out. The salt and pepper chicken was absolutely delicious but sadly only got 4 small bits on a plate.

Absolutely fantastic experience for my friends Hen Do consisting of over 20 people. The staff were so helpful in the run up to the event, and incredibly attentive during the event as well and really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend here for an event of any size.

THE best in Aberdeen. Always fabulously tasty, good sized portions and high quality ingredients. Particularly recommend the lamb, which is always tender and delicious, never stringy, and the shanks which is crisp, so flavorful and the perfect starter.

I want to start this off by saying the drinks and food themselves are lovely, however this is where the good times stopped! My friend booked for a medium size party of us for nibbles and drinks to celebrate a birthday, thinking it would be a special evening. We were so wrong! We were dealt with by a young-ish girl with dark hair, who never introduced herself (rude), but we picked up that her name was something like “Flo” or “Florence” (as used by her colleagues on the evening). We waited an unruly time for our orders, and when ordering/asking questions this young girl responded with snappy remarks and one word answers, followed by eye rolling. I did not expect to attend a special celebration to be spoken down to and made to feel threatened by a teenager/young adult!! My poor friend who was celebrating her milestone birthday was left feeling as though she was treading on eggshells! We felt ignored and due to her approach with us, as if we could not ask for anything or even go up to the bar. As someone who has worked in Aberdeen’s hospitality sector all her life, I will be passing this experience on to my past and present colleagues, and will not be stepping foot in this establishment again, despite The Spiritualist being my favourite haunt for years, which is a real shame for myself, my husband and our friends.

The staff both yesterday and at our Christmas meal in December are very customer focused and attentive. (The haggis starter was the best choice I have ever made - amazing) Yesterday the young lady who served us then offered to move us to a more spacious and comfortable table, clearly giving us timelines as to how long it was available. We all thought that was a great touch.

Visited this place one on an afternoon for some cheeky Christmas cocktails, was served by Cairo who went out of his way to make sure we were looked after with 5 star cocktail knowledge and service. This made us return last night for a second visit and Cairo was there again with consistent excellent personalble service. This guy lights up when he is making cocktails and serving his guests it's so refreshing to come accross someone who so clearly genuinely has passion and enjoyment for what he does. Would def recommend for a visit and be sure to ask about the special effects cocktails - it's a show!

comming from Canada this place caught my eye about 3 months ahead of comming to aberdeen. I love to look up good bars to check out. we came once and the barman who was working cario was very friendly he engaged us and asked what kind of cocktails we liked. we stayed for several as he really was a showman here! we came back a second time just to enjoy the drinks and Cairo was working agian, I ordered the tiki camping cocktail. and all I can say this guy knows how to put on a good show, if i was in aberdeen for longer I would be here everyday! this is my favorite place hands down to attend 100% recommend to any one visiting. the drinks alone are worth the trek across the Atlantic.
