Amazing atmosphere and very polite staff. A great big thank you to Ahmed for his patience and service. Always he tries to make us feel relax, enjoy and meets our needs all the time. To be honest all the waiters are very welcoming and helpful.

Over price in cheeky way to scame th customers No good service even so we were tow table in the restaurant that not busy Mix grill in only 2 skewers . Food quality not deserve that price at all . I don't really recommend people to bin there money for these quality of food and service. Sorry I have to say that because they have charged for anything you requested even for a some mint for the tea . I just want say that as advice to the business owner and people to be aware

We got the sharing breakfast mezze between two, loved it! The decor was beautiful and I loved the indoor tree. The coffee was properly made and had my approval as a coffee snob😊. Ahmed was really friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I would recommend - thank you!

Cute place if you’re in the area. Food was tasty and good options on the menu - lots to choose from. The service was quite slow and the temperature inside the restaurant was cold (we kept our coats on). Nice to pop in for a meal with friends. Location is in the middle of Park Royal industrial estate amongst lots of car garages and various warehouses/businesses, which makes it tricky to find parking nearby.

Visited this place for my anniversary as it had nice videos on socials however was very disappointed in all aspects. The service was very slow as if they were forced to be there. The food took so long to come and half of the starter was missing so had to request that and even then the food didn’t have any special taste and was mid. The atmosphere was so weird.

I had a recording at a studio nearby so needed to find somewhere to eat and wait for people. Found this place and I have to say, it was fantastic food and quick service, although it wasn’t busy when I arrived. The man serving who welcomed me was lovely and accommodating, I’ve never had Lebanese food and it was incredible value for London, and the coffee was nice.

The waiter when we came was a bit cold with us, but the food was really good !

my friends and I visited recently for a birthday gathering. When we first sat down we were asked if we wanted shisha and that we had to get 3 as we were 7 people, I found this strange as we then ordered 8 main dishes 7 drinks and 3 desserts, I understand that if we don't get a good amount of shishas then they would rather us sit inside so that seats would be available for those who wanted more shishas, it just wasn't nice to hear from the get go. food was great- I recommend mixed grill chilli herb chicken, shawarma and cheese manakesh . shisha was also nice, lychee strawberry was great, we again were told they last about 30 minutes they do not , they last longer. The seating outside was quite uncomfortable as the seating was very low and no pillows. It was a gathering of 7 all 7 of us ordered to eat and there was a small round table so we could not get everything on the table and did not eat comfortably, if the table was rectangular and seats were higher this would've helped. As for the service all were very lovely although I would've appreciated if they came to clear the table of plates and glasses throughout our visit as we felt clustered - service charge was £23 for the whole receipt . music was not loud this restaurant is more of a sitting one than a loud music dancing one , music that was played wasn't to my taste and a-lot of songs were replayed. the receipt came out to £210 including service charge.

A very mature environment with music but nothing too loud like other ones. You can sit and enjoy a conversation. Spacious and the crowd seems good and respectful. All staff do their jobs well and give great customer service. Definitely recommend and is the only respectful cafe in the area

High quality food and fantastic service: a level which I rarely found out considering what London generally offers. Discovered this place more than a year ago and became a very loyal client! Marwan, the manager, together with the staff, is there to make the Clients very comfortable and this really appreciated! Highly recommended place under every point of view!

The food is delicious, quality and plentiful. It was a real pleasure for the taste buds. On the other hand, how can we pass up such disastrous service? The waiter didn't even speak to us. For example, I asked how much the order total was and he just handed over the receipt without saying a word. The service needs to be reviewed. If staff don't know how to communicate with customers, you have to ask yourself the right questions!

On Sunday I saw this restaurant on social media and decided to go with my partner to try it out. I was really excited to introduce my partner to our Middle Eastern culture, cuisine and hospitality. However, upon arrival the waiter made us feel unwelcome, we had to ask him if we can be seated outside, bring the menus ourselves, and taking our order seemed like a hassle to him. We asked him we he could modify one of our Ma’naish and he refused “as it will take too much time” however the amount of time that would have taken to make was the same as the rest of our order. We ordered couple of Ma’naish, and hot mezes for my partner to try so of course we couldn’t finish our food as we were only 2, we asked the waiter if we could have the rest for takeaway and he just threw the containers on the side of the table for us to put it in. There was no hello or at least how is the food, I’ve never felt uncomfortable in a restaurant as I did. As an Arab I know we are big on hospitality, it’s a shame and disappointing that we felt discriminated as food was amazing. I had to apologise to my partner for how our waiter made us feel. Despite the food was top notch, I will never be a returning customer.

Over-rated!!! The food is 5/10 not wow. I mean, you cant have zaatar manousheh without a side dish of veg, why do I have to get a whole seperate dish to get a few pieces of tomatoes, onions, cucumber! If you choose to sit outside, you barely see the waiters. Also, check your receipt, when you order something they don't have, they still charge you for it. To be fare I did get it refunded in the end.

Let’s start with the welcoming greeting which is quite weird, you feel that you have to sort out yourself, service is terrible I don’t even give it a 1 star, Shisha loose the taste in 15-20 mins to be fair then forget it about it . Even the tea pot is too small and it looks like being warmed in the microwave, owner doesn’t really seem care that much , same response to all customers , I would not recommend this place ever, really bad atmosphere even the songs for really old generation and kept repeating… it’s just awful..

Arrived here as a group of 3 for shisha and were told to wait a bit to be seated which we were fine with. In the meantime several people left however it seemed that ‘friends’ of the workers also came for a table and were seated before us. Eventually we just left after waiting for about 45 mins even though they kept telling us 2 mins. Absolutely terrible service and not worth the visit. Seems they will only treat you well if you know them personally.

Lots of choices on food especially the vegetarian selection! Food was very tasty and the portion sizes were really good! Definitely worth a try! Lots of tasty drinks, some fresh, some fizzy creations! Loved the warm bread that came out the oven behind us. The food was spot on! The service was a bit... Slow. There only seemed to be one waiting staff and the manager. I don't think I'd pay the 12.5% again considering they didn't remove stuff off the order that never came/ was incorrectly inputted by the staff. I had to go through the whole bill to check the items I was charged for as there was a large group. I'd definitely go back and try more on the menu! Probably with fewer people.

We visited as a group and had an assortment of dishes. I personally had the mixed grill which includes kofte and chicken shish cooked on a charcoal grill. This was delicious! However, the rice it was served with did taste a bit plain to my liking. The atmosphere and service was great, it is a large restaurant with a nice design! Overall, I did enjoy my visit and would recommend it!

1.food was okay. 2.took 1 hour for our food to be served although we only ordered breakfast. 3.order was missing 4 items, we cancelled the rest as it we couldn’t wait anymore. 4. Waiter kept lying to us saying that food is ready and it wouldn’t be. 5. It was Eid and the restaurant wasn’t busy, staff were more than customers and they couldn’t get orders right. 6. I came last year and they charged my twice by accident, when I tried to contact them they gave vague responses and stopped replying to me. Please pay by cash if you to. Overall, would not go there due to the horrible service.

We went for suhoor as 12 people and got the best service. Thank you to all the kind and helpful staff! As Kurds we love lebanese/syrian food and our orders were huge yet they were still all managed perfectly. Will be coming again.

Venue & Atmosphere : very well put together, very aesthetic. Food : Not good. Ordered a Fried Chicken burger and two chicken shwarma wraps. The burger was terrible, the chicken over cooked, dry, flat. The shwarma were "ok" at best. Service : was fine.

A hidden gem in Acton, such a lovely place and great food.

Atmosphere is lovely but service is terrible! Understaffed and staff avoid you and even when you eventually have to go to them and catch them for an order they would say okay we're coming and ignore you. Few people mentioned the same to me but had to go to fine out myself 😔

It's a really nice restaurant in terms of ambience but the food quality is poor and you get small amounts. We tried the manoushe and sharing breakfast. The manoushe was fine but too pricey. The sharing breakfast comes with nearly blackened beans, three tomatoes, almost burnt eggs and overall doesn't taste nice. It's a nice place if your looking for decor but not for good food.

Service was an absolute disaster I ordered a shisha and did not receive it There was no Waiters When I needed them food took over 30 minutes to come in all of the waiters are rude I had to get up multiple times too get a waiter Would not come back I would recommend you to go to other places Where you would be treated with respect and have better service There is many other shisha places near by would definitely recommend elsewhere.

Beautiful atmosphere but doesn’t match the service , no one came to serve us . A tea and a coffee with lotus pie took ages to come , the waiter bought them in 2 journeys and never bought cutleries .

First time going to this gem of a place. So glad I found this place and spend the day brunching with my friend. Good menu with delicious food at reasonable prices and filling quantities. The decor was beautiful seating was comfortable and space was big. A lovely little front area for Shisha and the open kitchen was such a nice touch. It was very busy and the staff were so lovely and efficient. Going to go back for the amazing pistachio mannoush.

This local cafe near Park Royal / Acton area has cosy seating arrangements, nice to catch up with friends and the service is friendly. They offer good quality shisha, nice desserts and their pistachio latte is definitely worth a try. In terms of mains I would go for the wraps or manakeesh or grills. I’d say their appetizers and sides are good.

It's a bit of a hit and miss spot. The place is spacious with a tropical oasis type vibe, it's stylish and definitely somewhere to go for a halal meal on face value. The negatives are an accumulation of inaccurate orders and being over charged or not getting on your plate what is advertised. And yes we have been back on more then one occasion and the same things happened. If you do happen to eat there, we recommend the Biscoff Manousheh and shashuka Manousheh. The platter for two is good, but check you are not missing items that should come with it, as ours missed foods that the menu states should be included. Always check your bill afterwards and make sure it all adds up, as we tried contacting them via email and Instagram after realising bill discrepancies for over charging but no one got back to us. Also feel free to ask staff to remove the 12.5% service charge added your bill. If they do it or not is another thing though!

Today in the morning we had, to be honest, the food was not fresh at all. After a few minutes, the simit dried up, the manakish was dry, and the cheese had a piece of mold on it. We walked away with it, no problem. We said try it and pass it by, but to drink two cups of Turkish coffee, one for £7, is a lot, very expensive. I will never return it

I used to be a regular who used to go once or twice a week. I never had issues with the service or the seating (I always sit outside because I vape but do not smoke shisha). On Saturday I went in with my family (5 of us) and asked for a seat outside. I was told as it was busy I could not sit on the empty table but if I do I would need to move if someone else comes in. We decided to just stay inside as this is ridiculous but we also understand as smoking customers would be prioritised for outdoor seating. Once we were seated we were not being served and we waited for the menu for quite a while. I had to go to the front to ask someone to take our order. The food was good like it usually is however my whole family felt unwell after. This was the first time me and my family got food poisoning from the Terrace bakery. I’ve ordered the items before and we were fine. I was not happy with the service and was thinking about removing the service charge however decided to leave it as we dined inside. I also overheard the staff make fun of a group who has asked to remove the service charge. I loved this place as it was cute and low-key however this one off situation has really put me off so I won’t be going back. I still recommend it as the food is usually really good. We spend over £75 all together.
