Great service Every time 🌠I come down from London to visit family. Need a few before the way back. Very clean, even the loos, the costs are very low. The drinks are 20pounds in London, Here You can afford everything like a KING 👑

5 of us popped in for an early breakfast. Easy to order on app. Mugs arrived quickly and food wasn't far behind. No complaints

Very disappointed today, we went to have a Christmas roast turkey dinner, and they had sold out, also coffee was barely warm and milk not frothy as usual

classic Wetherspoon, in the good sense of the term 💙 you eat well, you drink well, you spend little. the atmosphere is exactly that of a "popular" English pub. I love it

By far the nicest, cleanest Wetherspoons!!! The place is nice bright and welcoming. Found a booth easy enough there were plenty of seats inside and out. Drinks were great and got served quickly (the bar staff no how to work the bar and see who attends in what order and that's rare these days) The food was amazing, 3 of us ordered- fish and chips, all day brunch and the mixed grill and there was absolutely NOTHING to complain about, the food was served to the table boiling fresh and hot and tasted amazing....what more could you ask for! Well done, well and truly exceeded my expectations and some 👏🏼

The only redeeming quality was the lovely staff, who truly deserved better surroundings. The place was unclean, and the food was disappointing—completely inedible for me. The burger was overcooked, served in a dry bun with a few stale chips tossed alongside. Altogether, it was a very unpleasant experience.

English pub, I haven't tried the food but it has good value for money. Fairly busy every night of the week

Food took an age to arrive, when it did arrive the breakfast was stone cold on one side of the plate (bacon, sausage and beans) and red hot on the other side of the plate eggs. The plate itself was stone cold one side and untouchable (hot) on the other. When I complained they side they would sort it straight away. I them waited another 20mins for my meal. I know it's only a spoons and you get what you pay for.... but come, have some customer facing skills please. My wife's food was OK and hot.

Servers name: Tiff Server was very polite and helpful when asked for recommendations and even spoke from personal experiences about the food showing they care for what they serve. Even showed us there was an app to order on to a specific table which was amazing and helped us navigate the app in beginning. Tiff brought an amazingly happy and vibrant experience to our lunch smiling everytime she asked us if we needed anything and managed to not ask too much but also be there when we needed. Almost as if she knew we would need something. Very impressed with this level of customer service and will 100% be returning hopefully to be served by her again. Hope she goes far.

Not very good, place was super busy but it was a saturday. . Tables were stacked with dirty plates and glasses. Food took a long time to come out and the eggs were hard and overcooked. Coffee machine tasted horrible either it had recently Been cleaned or in need of one.. i know it's a cheap place but I don't think i will be returning

Waited at the bar for around five minutes with many others just to then be told they are only taking orders via there app. As I don't have this app and only intended to stay for one quick drink my visit was to say the least very disappointing

Visited the three magnets for lunch today. We tried a new dish on offer. Fried chicken bites with Korean sauce, chilli, coriander and coconut rice. One of us had the chips with it. Delicious. Came with a drink too.

Friendly and efficient staff and excellent food at affordable prices.

It’s your typical Wetherspoons—there’s always food and drink available, and you can usually find a seat, though it does tend to get busy. The only downside is the presence of local older men who seem to be there from 8am every day, drinking beer, which can bring the atmosphere down as they’re often quite loud, making things a bit uncomfortable. The food is average, but if you’re looking for something affordable, it’s a decent deal.

Despite many customers losing their patience with an absence of butter this morning. Thanks to a lovely, cheerful member of staff keeping the atmosphere happy for us people who don't see the absence of butter as a catastrophic event. What a nice young man he was and a credit to Wetherspoons 😊👍🙌

Had a bit off banter with one off bar staff he took it seriously so got barred never mind this is 2 to 3 years ago have tried to have a drink in there the other night I was told I'm still barred so yes the worst weatherspoons I have been in.

Great little pub food could be a bit better, but at that price drinks all round 😉

Everything you’d expect from a Wetherspoons - cheap and cheerful. Staff were friendly, toilets were clean but the table was a little sticky.

Cheap lager on the pump which tastes OK especially for the price. Staff are friendly and polite. Great place to chat and have laugh with new people although I only sit outside and go wheb it's nice and sunny

Usually we have a good experience in Weatherspoons, but not on this occasion. The service was very slow. We always use their App to order as it's easier with children, however today the service fell below their usual standard.

As usual folks Wetherspoon knocks it out of the park for shear VFM! The only disappointment was the Apple Crumble with custard. In a word = terrible! (1980's school dinner crumble was better! - so a VERY low bar to beat!) I told the Mrs to send it back but in true Great British Tradition we just sat there moaning about it! Otherwise no complaints (for the price of course).

Standard Wetherspoons. Beer is kept in fairly good condition and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. However the place is run very poorly. At the bar, most of the staff will ignore you, they are more concerned with keeping the bar area looking nice and tidy, no matter how busy it is. . I would be concerned if this is a management policy, as they make it difficult to give Wetherspoons your money. When I was served, it was by Ms No Personality who couldn't even afford me a basic 'please' or 'thank you' but just grunted; her only discernible words being '"Two pounds fifty". Just as well for them the prices are reasonable...

It was very busy but Charlotte behind the bar is excellent and even though she was mostly on her own she coped with every customer. If I could review employees it would be 5 star.

Food was delivered cold, bread only toasted on one side, and there was more rubbery fat on the bacon than there was bacon. The only thing I enjoyed was the budweizer that I ordered along with my meal.

Absolutely wonderful, staff are so friendly, breakfast was great and at a really good price. Great place to meet friends for evening snacks and drinks.

The place is spacious and extremely affordable. The food is pleasantly surprising, with amazing bangers and mash. On the downside, sometimes the customers get rowdy and fights break out.

Found this place on an unexpected visit and I'm already planning another visit....

Was apprehensive about coming here after some recent reviews. Thankfully I had no issues to speak of. The staff were pleasant, ordered the traditional breakfast which was good, and of course, cheap drinks👍👍

Colin, the man with the glasses, tried to be a sneaky bugger and not share his name, but fortunately I wasn't the only one who thought he was a bit of a knob. Colin, this is for you, I know you work at Spoons and dont want to be working on a bank holiday, but it doesn't mean you can be a tosser. Colin, you're nothing more than a coporate jockey who takes their job too seriously, I sincerely hope you stay where you are, because you seem to deserve the miserable experience you try to share with all your customers. You know what you've done.

The pub is okay if you’re comfortable with eating and drinking someone else’s poo germs. The staff aren’t friendly either. They try and serve you three quarters of a pint and are rude if you decide to mention that it’s a quarter head. Scumbags galore welcome. They let in criminals as long as the face fits. Often these are featured by Herts Police. The management hasn’t got a clue who’s who with a view to improving the situation. You don’t expect greatness from a value establishment but this place is now worse than ever.

My Local Wetherspoons. First time visit in over two years. Great selection of Beers. So nice to catch up with some old faces.

Like it's chain, it was a cheap place to get English food (and drinks). We went to have brunch with family and kids. The food was okay, the usual English food. The employees were nice and helpful. The atmosphere was family friendly, the kids got a toy for 4£ something (that day it was 20% off).

Ordered breakfast and a refillable coffee at 11.59. At 12.10 had to go and ask for a coffee cup as not been given one At 12:30 I still hadn't received my food. and went to ask how long as my car was parked in free parking that expired at 12.48. Asked a member of staff (male) as he happened to walk past. He said that on his plan table 14 was elsewhere (which he pointed out a few yards away) I said that quite clearly table 14 is marked in a gold circle on my table so can't be, He said he would go and have it recooked but I pointed out that I couldn't wait that long. I was angry as other people were at the table he said he thought was 14 and were eating something else so it must've been obvious when the food was taken over and probably refused. I asked for a refund and was told it would be process in the next day or two. He didn't fill me with much confidence and I then left. Terrible experience over all.

Been the last couple of weeks no heating, aircon on, freezing cold, bar staff wearing coats. Didn't stay went somewhere warm ! Middle of winter !

Awful experience. No heating on and cold air blowing in February on a wet day, even staff were complaining about the cold. Food was probably hot on the way out but just about warm by the time it got to the table. Apparently, heating has been broken for over a week.

I was going to order food but didn't bother because it would of been freezing within seconds, the pub was that cold 🥶 I went outside to get warm and the barman needs to learn some manners 😡. Oh not only that he left me £2.00 short in my change, how can he do that because the till tells them how much change they need to give back to the customer.

The lunch was fine . I've got two pubs of my own in London. But came down to see family and have some lunch . Why is the pub so cold and smells of gas . I was surprised when a Yung man came toe his name was tom . But he was not giving it to me a lady working their did. He talks to patron's like they are rubbish. And as for how he treats staff HE WILL NEVER BE WORKING IN ANY OF MY PUB'S. HOW THE HELL WEATHER SPOONS HAS HIM AS A MANAGER WELL THE WORD WEATHER SPOONS JUST SAYS IT ALL . !!!! . Food is great and good prices but coffee is always cold we have stopped going and now go to cultovo may be more money but coffee all ways hot

3 magnets.. more like the 3 spastics! Ordered a breakfast and felt like a cheeky Stella. When asked for ID I passed it to the girl at the bar. She stared at it for so long I forgot myself that I had a driving license! Manager had to come over and clear it but stating that it was dodgy. God knows, I don’t think people that work in the 3 spastics can read nor wright. Hence the mood. More cheer in a graveyard.

Spent New Year’s Eve with my family. Had breakfast here in New Year’s Day which was dead cheap. Family of 5 cost us £29 which I was stunned my. Good was average food, nothing making but lined the stomach. Would highly recommend

Appalling customer service. Not a friendly environment. One staff member in particular was very rude to a group member I was with. Grabbed/snatched a drink from his hand and shunted with a very rude and aggressive tone. The member of staff was an older man with glasses and wearing a front camera attached. The interaction that this was over he will know but having gone to many other Spoons. I’ve never seen such behaviour from what looks like a senior member of staff. Other customers in the pub at the time were just as disgusted as we were with what happened. Food came out whilst my group member was away and we asked for them to put it back under the grill till he comes back. It came back out stone cold with the same member of staff still giving a cold & rude tone as to say ‘well tough I put it under the light’. Overall shocking experience and terrible staff behaviour.

The British breakfast is extremely cheap for only 3 pounds. It is also tasty as well as healthy.

Disappointing that every item on the Christmas menu apart from mince pie is out of stock, also every dessert apart from kids ice cream is out of stock. It's 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon late December so I don't get it. They knew Christmas was coming!

We do not test food accounts. But beer is cold and 4 beers is also a schnitzel! Therefore 5 stars for the food too!

Came here as a career but was told after ordering that they don't offer carers discount anymore, when it is clearly advertised on the carers passport website that they offer 20% discount. The mushrooms was cold and raw, only allowed 1 butter for two toast and the bacon taste like burnt charcoal 🤮🤮it was disgusting

Only when you buy food That you have a drink with the price you don't all ways get it in the price. And have to pay on top? The bar staff must know this .

A proper queuing system needs to be put in place but girl with the short hair and fringe is amazing very fast and friendly.

Staff were friendly, food was amazing and prices fabulous value with options to suit all budgets, the unlimited tea coffee and hot chocolate an even nicer surprise. Will definitely be the new eating place for town visits birthdays etc.

Best local Spoons during the day but once the male manager starts his shift, the whole place collapses around him. Has happened more than once. The lady who runs it during the day is brilliant, cheeky and organises her staff well..but this lad, needs to move on from the bar " management" career path.

The food at this place isn’t as good as other Wetherspoons I’ve visited but the lovely bartender Ashley took very good care of me & I’d love to take care of her if she sees this 😉

Order was £50+ for 4 people. Steak was sent back twice. Then forgot the sauce. Despite ordering wasn't put on order. Had to reorder by the time it came out everyone else had finished the steak was stone cold. Person I spoke to said there nothing they can do about it. Rude. The person who took our order apparently was new and it was busy. But there was loads of tables even got a booth so no not busy at all. Rest of the food wasn't great. All I can say is just about edible. Save your money Avoid.

Quick service, food typical Wetherspoons, good value for money, a bit musty smelling when you first enter, we only visit for breakfast, so cannot review evenings.

Best Wetherspoons we’ve visited for customer service! Fast polite service and conscientious staff making sure we had all we needed and the tables cleared swiftly too, we had a lovely family meal and will be back again 🫶🏻

Nothing about this place is endearing besides the prices. Locals are obnoxious and strange. Toilets are filthy and the locks on the doors aren’t right. Bar queuing system doesn’t work, so you can stand there, even when not busy, for 5 minutes. It’s really not a pleasant experience

Compared to our local Spoon's, the food here was so much better, the poached eggs were runny and hot, the service great and the whole place was exceptionally clean.

It's a typical weatherspoons, basic food. Nicely done, good range of drinks at reasonable prices. Nice enough for a lunch or evening out.

Pretty poor really.......I live locally and unusually I have taken meals at this wetherspoons.......bland, small portions is how to describe it. The bar staff show little or no I test in the clientele. The real ales are pretty limited but the food is particularly bad. Unfriendly atmosphere, I didn't enjoy my experience. I don't understand why the Letchworth spoons is not good. The Stevenage and the Royston spoons seem to be much better with much more choice of ales and food that doesn't look like it's been made from an airfix kit. Pretty poor Tim. Please try and retrieve this place

Ridiculous. Long haired guy behind the bar (should have his hair tied back as per food safety regulations) serving regulars before people waiting longer. Took nearly 10-12 minutes to change a barrell because the person they asked 'forgot' and they had to be radio'd again. Overall took nearly 25 minutes from walking in, to getting a single pint ( no exaggeration. Walked in a 3.02pm and sat woth my pint at 3.27pm. ) Having worked for spoons before, I'm disgusted to actually admit to working for this chain based on this abysmal experience.

Typical 'spoons set in an old large store. Nice layout and usual menu with good value food and really good value drinks. Excellent for a lunch time as service is usually good.

I will start by saying I'm not a fan of the weatherspoon franchise, which is why I have decided to rate low. Food is cheap, which is great for the kids, who enjoy the pizzas and chips. I found the food myself to be microwave based and very little nutrition value. Service is very quick as you now order at your table giving you little interaction with the staff. Tables are crammed in, so you feel short for space, however did not find it to be too noisy.

Really impressed as the beer seems to be consistently well kept and a good range to choose from. Plus it's better value than our local spoons. The fish and chips we had on the last two visits were almost identical in portion size and quality. Staff friendly and attentive. Well done Tim Martin and the team in Letchworth.
