You charged me and my order did t arrive and you won’t give me a full refund. ?????

A bit meh. Had as takeaway Got the pistachio cronut. Seemed a bit stale and plain. Pistachio sauce very sweet. Strawberries tasted like they had turned. Chocolate syringe - what a waste. Syringe was mostly full of air. Barely 5mls of choc and rest air. Not drawn up well at all! The chocolate itself I think tasted decent with the teeny bit we got! Only positive.... Soft scoop was was yummy taste and texture. Was hopeful with seeing good reviews but I won't be back in a hurry.

Wonderful place and always busy for good reason. Me and my partner and friends always go to this branch and have never been disappointed. I’d also like to mention Alex and Laarib who are great workers and always looking after us 🙏🏾

I come here so often I’m sure the workers are tired of seeing me😂. This is my favourite branch so far, the workers are absolutely lovely, but I would love to mention Alex who always serves me and gives me the best recommendations, and Laraib who is ALWAYS smiling when he is serving; I have never seen him with a straight face. If I didn’t live so local to Harrow, I would still travel a distance to go to this specific branch. This branch cooks their food to perfection and there are no complaints. I usually always get the Nutella - double stuffed cookie dough which is my FAV, and recently tried the brownie sizzler which didn’t disappoint. Definitely worth a visit ❤️

I ordered the Mocha Frappe with 2 waffles however the mocha frappe wasn't packed properly and was literally dripping when I got the order.. when I checked.. the lid wasn't closed properly hence 70% was gone and went through the box of waffles too.

ordered choc chunk brownies all inclusive order with 4 sides and caramel tart cake with 4sides i only received one side when i was meant to have 4. this is really bad as it did not state that i have to choose one or not and i selected all four and received just one

A great spot for dessert with something for everyone in the family. They offer a nice variety of options, from milkshakes to cakes and waffles, all of which are pretty tasty. Awful. Crepe stuck to the paper. Had to peel the crepe of the paper strawberries soggy.

they left out one of my orders. I ordered 4 items but only received 3

It took more than one hour for me to receive my order! I’d like a full refund as my food is cold too!

The guy his name is SHAFFI he don’t know what is customer service whoever manager of station road harrow branch Manager please learn him again everything the way he talking to cx is disgusting and he is very disrespectful he is not helping .

Great food, great service - 100% recommend.

The desserts were incredible, a real chocolate lovers dream! The staff were super friendly and helpful! We tried the pistachio hot chocolate and Biscoff hot chocolate! The brownie Sizzler was delicious and loaded with ice cream!

I cannot really comment on the quality because the driver clearly had other deliveries he was doing first so by the time our desserts arrived they were cold. By the time the driver arrived the crepe was stuck to the paper in the box so I’m pretty annoyed

Cookie dough was rock hard and overly cooked, burnt on edges. Too much sickeningly sweet chocolate on top. Not impressed

Ordered a strawberry and white chocolate waffle with vanilla ice cream (can't remember the exact name) which was super delicious and a generous portion size. Highly recommended. Also ordered an apple pie which was very very sweet so bear that in mind if that's not your thing but for me it was lovely. Very pleasant atmosphere. Suitable for people of all ages and for meeting friends. Clean toilet. Well done guys.

The waitress was very helpful, kind and friendly, she recommended us a desert and hot chocolates and it was perfect!

I ordered a milk cake that had a hair in it and it was replaced and I've bought it home and this one has another hair in it. I've tried to call the store numerous times but it's coming up as user busy. Honestly a waste of time and money. How disgusting

I recently ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats, and it was a disappointing experience. Not only did they get my order wrong, but when I called to address the issue, the staff was incredibly rude. I expected a simple apology or at least some understanding, but instead, I was met with dismissive attitudes. It's frustrating when you’re looking forward to a meal and it turns into a hassle. I won’t be ordering from here again and wasting my time.

The staff member Shafiq was extremely lovely. Always looks after my children when they come in to dine.

Service is worst,staff is very rude,we ordered food for dine in and they served in takeaway cups,They did not let us to choose tables,we spent 15£ for just their ice cream and it’s not worth it,I won’t recommend for you guys .

I recently visited Urban Chocolatier in Harrow and was blown away by the desserts! I ordered the chai tiramisu, which was a perfect blend of spices and sweetness—absolutely delicious. My brother had the baked pistachio cheesecake, and it was equally amazing, with a rich, creamy texture and fantastic pistachio flavor. Both dishes were beautifully presented and tasted incredible. If you’re a dessert lover, Urban Chocolatier is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

I loved the chai milk cake here was 10/10 Juhi was lovely and served us.

I recently visited URBAN chocolatier , and it was fantastic! They have an amazing variety of flavors, and the shakes are super creamy and delicious. I tried the "Oreo Overload," and it was perfect – rich, thick, and full of flavor. The staff is friendly, and the place has a great vibe. Highly recommend it for anyone craving a great milkshake!
