The Weavers received strong recommendations, which often come with inherent risks. However, I must emphasise that my experience with them was consistent with the positive feedback I had heard. The Weavers is a community pub known for its friendly atmosphere. Recently, I had the opportunity to enjoy their Sunday Lunch, which stands out as one of the best experiences I've had in Wiltshire. The food at this establishment is presented appealingly, with generous portion sizes. The flavours are outstanding, and the service is exemplary. As a result of this positive experience, there is a strong likelihood of returning; a return visit is planned for today.

Visited the Weavers for a Christmas celebration this week. We ordered from the Christmas menu. All food came out hot and of a very good standard and huge portions. The prawn and crab cocktail was probably the best prawn cocktail I’ve had. The roast turkey dinner was delicious. I didn’t have a pudding but many others did and they looked good.

I would like to give a huge shout out for Sally Whenever I pop in for a coffee, a beer, or a meal, no matter how busy she is she always has a welcoming smile snd greeting for us.

My 10 friends and I met for lunch at the Weavers. All the food was well cooked and presented. The staff were very friendly. The cheese board dessert was brilliant as the picture shows.

Very friendly pub, Sally and Lauren are wonderful and make you feel very welcome. Always a lovely atmosphere. Thanks also to Shane and Katie in the kitchen, we both had the Spaghetti Carbonara and it didn’t disappoint, one of the best we have had. Highly recommend visiting, you will be in for a treat with a warm welcome and excellent food

Excellent food! Lovely atmosphere, chef wasn't in but the food was beautiful. Ladies behind the bar are welcoming and good people. Lovely story behind the pub. The prices are so good. Clean and modern.

We live in dilton and the weavers is on our doorstep We call in for coffee or a drink always a lovely atmosphere The lunch time /evening menus are delicious And SUNDAY lunch is the best around the area Lovely and the beef is always so tender highly recommended All staff are delightful very welcoming

We arranged to meet with my partners son and his girlfriend at 5pm, we ordered a round of drinks and two meals. Many of the tables were reserved and we asked if we could sit at a table reserved for 7pm, a full 2 hours later, with every intention of leaving in plenty of time for the table to be turned around. We were directed to another table and my partner asked again if we could sit at the table reserved for 7pm as it allowed more space and was away from the customers watching the rugby. The young man behind the bar responded by saying "I said no, so it's no, and walked away with no other explanation" Needless to say, we cancelled our food order and ate elsewhere, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service we received and will not be returning.

We've just moved to the area so wanted to try our new local out. Wow, what a treat! The staff were incredibly friendly, the atmosphere great and the food was delicious. We all had Sunday roasts and I, being vegetarian had the nut roast. Usually nut roasts can be dry and not very flavoursome but this was delicious and all served on boiling hot plates. We all said it was the best roast we had eaten in a long time. Already looking forward to going back.

A lovely welcome, really friendly, great service from all staff. Food was absolutely delicious, burger was one of the nicest burger ever had and fish cake was fantastic, excellent desserts too (sticky toffee pudding and cheesecake). A lovely setting, highly recommended and good value for money. We’ll be back, thanks for a lovely evening (worth the 2.5 mile walk to and from Westbury!)

This is the warmest pub we have ever been been in. We were staying close by and went there twice. On each occasion, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The beer was well kept and the food excellent, reasonably priced and well presented. The idea behind the pub, to train and support young people, whilst offering a community hub and great hospitality, made you feel that, not only were we enjoying ourselves, but that we were making a contribution too.

Great welcome from all the staff when we stopped here for lunch. Sat outside in the sun and had a lovely lunch of homemade soup and coronation chicken ciabatta. Highly recommend for good food and excellent service

Lovely Sunday lunch with friends who came on the train from Salisbury. Staff very helpful and friendly and could walk off sticky toffee pudding back along the High Street to the station. Thank you to all the staff at The Weavers.

Popped here on the way home to Wales after a stay at centre parcs. What a delightful experience indeed!! I cannot praise the staff enough. Warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient. The food is the best pub grub I’ve ever had and the cheapest!! £7.50 for a club sandwich with chips, my plate was overflowing with food. Overall I am so happy I popped in and I urge you to pop in too!!

Came here for lunch with some friends as we were travelling back from Center Parcs. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The service was attentive and prompt. Food quality was amazing, we were particularly hungry and requested larger portions than on the menu and not only was this accommodated, we were even offered a better alternative that was not on the menu. A testament to the service and kind nature of the staff. Anyone staying at Center Parcs should make an effort to stop here.

Wow! What a fantastic friendly pub! Has a beautiful designed interior, amazing staff and beautifully cooked food. The staff were very attentive to our table and always had a smile on their faces. We will be returning. Thank you to the Weavers team 🙏

We had a table for ten which was for a family get together. From the start the service was friendly and super efficient. Drinks were delivered promptly as was the food with the table being cleared and fresh cutlery provided between courses. The food was top notch and at a great price.

We were debating where to go for a meal out…. And were really pleased we decided to go to The Weavers. I had a perfectly cooked steak, and my partner had a delicious Hunters Chicken. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked through the door, all of the staff were friendly, polite and attentive. This is definitely a pub we will be returning to in the future.

Well I have to be honest it had more atmosphere before the renovation. Other than the bright lights coming at you from every angle , it feels more like a waiting room .. laminate floor .. more suited to a fast food joint or cafe...

We just managed to book a table at about 3 or 4 hours notice - the pub was really busy. The food was very good pub food. We had mushroom soup and chicken liver pâté starters, fish and chips and pork chop in cider sauce...

Great little place.. food is great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Weavers have just opened and may it continue to stay open for many years to come. Will definitely be coming back for more...Cheers!!

I went to the Weavers last week for a 55th birthday meal, the food was excellent, staff were friendly effiencient and helpful when needed! Great value for money, the whole family loved it. Will definitely be back again very soon
