The Wee Bake Shop in Angus

Ordered a finger buffet for my 60th birthday as was having a few friends round and didn’t want to cook - Leona and her staff certainly didn’t disappoint. The food supplied was amazing - well presented, tasty and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fuss free home buffet and will definitely be using them again. The staff here have bad attitudes and it’s seems like they don’t want to be there. The food is delicious but recently the prices have gone up and it’s extortionate. The portions have a lot to be desired also. I understand there is a cost of living crisis but this is purely greed! Too many staff standing around doing nothing, maybe cut costs by getting rid of those who do not wish to be there and reduce the prices for the customers. Otherwise I will not be back until it is good value for money!

Staff are always helpful and friendly, and the rolls, soups, salads and cakes are good, hearty and great value for a work-day lunch. Nobody in this town should ever ever be suffering a tasteless supermarket sandwich when this place is open!

The steak pies are tremendous, filled with steak and dripping with gravy in a golden pie crust 10/10 The mince pies are proper hoose mince, none of that grey muck that you get in Scotch pies 10/10 Also top salad rolls, soup, cakes etc

Shocked and disappointed, when I received my roll loved eating here before this happened, I bit into my chicken mayo sweet corn roll to find in middle of it a 5p nothing more dirty than money how many people have handled this before ending up in my roll. When I phoned they didn’t seem that’s bothered at all attitude stinks in this shop! Staff never have smile on face shouldn’t work with public if don’t enjoy job!
