The atmosphere was great and comfortable, had a really good time... Staff was gentle and kind,plus helped us while ordering so that was just bonus, definitely be coming back soon 😁

It's an expensive take away/coffee shop. It's not bad but it's not great for the price.

My first review of this place was 5 star, but having gone there recently, the standards have dropped so far. Awful cheap tasting burgers like ones you'd get for a quid on a fairground. Gone downhill fast, awful tasting, cheap ingredients. Don't bother

Well cooked food reasonable prices

Welcoming staff that work hard, sometimes issues with temperature of food but staff are quick to sort it out. Toilets are usually in terrible condition due to store being short staffed and they have recognised the problem and reported it to head office although no cleaning staff have been hired. Today the toilets were clean so I made an effort to thank the staff members as I know it would have been themselves that cleaned them. It's normally a calm environment at Tim Hortons Stockport and the coffee and doughnuts are great.

I expected more from Tim Hortons. The food was unexciting, slightly overpriced, and the coffee was disappointing. I wouldn't go back.

Absolutely obsessed with this place atm it's like if Costa, Macdonald's and Crispy krem had a baby only the food, bakery and drinks are absolutely elite 👌 The staff are great, service is fast, comfy seating in a relaxed clean environment!

Very very bad Service! I requested for piping hot chicken sandwich meal it was very cold sandwich, cold Potatoes ####ZERO STARS#### There is no phone number given on website to complain back. Certainly Can’t beat MacDonalds excellent service and piping hot sandwiches. Shame Careless Staff Mistakes bring Tim Horton name down hence spoils the business. Don’t suggest to hotmeal at all.

Coffee was decent Service slow Toilets disgusting didn't look like they had been cleaned in weeks ! No soap in the dispenser went to find a member of staff to raise this issue no one was around First and last experience really put me off Got me questioning Hygiene of the staff !!!

Amazing, except bathrooms, not clean and no soap at all after to wash your hands! Why?

Service took way too long, we were waiting 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee (on a Sunday morning around 11:15). Good food and excellent value but just not good enough service.

20 minute wait for 2 hot drinks. One was made and left on the side for 10 minutes whilst it took an age for the other to be made. Other people had food orders sat waiting for drinks as well. Disorganised and poor service. Dirty tables, no staff cleaning or clearing them. Toilets were a mess.

Far too over priced, order was missing a drink and the other had it's seal broken, not sure if it could be trusted.

food was cold and really not the best quality plus they also missed 3 portions of fries off the order. as this was my daughters choice of treat for her birthday we were very disappointed. will not be ordering again

Can't fault the breakfast offer

At this drive thru you have to park, and you have to get out of the car to pay to park. Service is slow but friendly enough.

If you like waiting 20mins for a coffee when there's only 5 customers in, if you enjoy sitting at a table that's full of crumbs and bits, if your happy to be stood on food debris.... This is the place for you

Didn't like this one bit..! Overpriced & undercooked.. + messy. Service via a not user freindly screen, that didn't work! Restraunt felt cold and uninviting. Felt ill with upset stomach within an hour of leaving. Certainly won't be visiting again.🤢.

I recently visited the Tim Hortons branch at Retail Park, Great Portwood St, Stockport, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY slow. we ordered two breakfast meals and had to wait far longer than expected. Having been to the Manchester City Centre branch, I can confidently say that the service there is much faster. It appears the staff here are not adequately trained, which is affecting the overall experience. While it's great to see a diverse team working, it's important that all staff are properly trained to maintain high service standards. The cleanliness of the lounge and toilets was also an issue. No one seemed to be assigned to check and clean the dining area, unlike other places like McDonald's where someone is responsible for keeping the customer area tidy. During my visit, all the staff were inside the kitchen or behind the till. Couldn't find anyone in the dining area who could clean the table tops! This is not the first time I’ve encountered this problem at this location, and it’s concerning that it remains unresolved. People believe that, if the front of the house and the toilets are not kept clean, it raises concerns about the hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas as well! I hope management will take note and address these issues, as they reflect poorly on the overall quality of the branch.

Good arrived cold. The delivery driver kept me at the door for 5min asking for a pin and my last digits of phone number which was unnecessary as the food had been paid for

Absolute waste of money only thing that was nice was the hot chocolate. The wrap was pretty much empty. Will never order from here again! Shocking!

The staff are all very rude. Ordered the wrong food and drinks and they REFUSED to give me a refund or swap my food then started to talk and laugh about me in a foreign language. Not happy

The food is awful. Was served cold by slow staff and is massively overpriced for what it is. The tables were dirty even though it wasn't very busy at all. The worst thing was the toilets...an absolute disgrace!! Quite clearly staff don't check or clean them as often as they should be. Someone left a floater which had obviously been sat in the water for a long time because the water was really brown, like when you leave a PG Pyramid in your mug for ages undisturbed and it looked like a baby crocodile. There was vomit around another toilet ( probably caused by the rancid food ) there was no soap in the dispensers and the cubicles were overall dirty. I had to go to the counter and ask one of the staff to sort it out. If this is how the sanitary facilities are kept, I dread to think about food storage and overall kitchen cleanliness. My advice is, if you don't want to loose half your bodyweight by having the screaming Bob bits..DO NOT eat here!!!

Food was decent, but arrived cold

We arrived at the out of town retail park. It is my fault as I never checked that there were parking charges. They say there are signs, however, they are not shouting “pay parking charges” at you Cost me £60 if I paid within 14 days The Tim Hortons is no where near up to the Canadian standard. The restaurant was clean, but had tables that needed clearing. The staff were disinterested and functional. It is much more expensive than in Canada (even before the parking fine) and they don’t even do, four cheese bagels

Food was OK, felt quite pricey for what it is. Not a great environment to be honest, been twice now and doesn't feel particularly clean.

Mocha and cappucino was fantastic with great prices for the size you get

Absolutely disgusting toilets!! When I visited Tim Hortons when it first opened, I was not impressed. The place was untidy, even though it wasn't busy and the food wasn't great. Once I had been to the toilets I decided I would never go there again. They were that bad that I took photos and emailed the company. Yesterday at the Peel centre my daughter needed the toilet and we were opposite Tim Hortons, unfortunately when a 5 year old needs to go, they need to go. So off we went. It would seem since I was last there, that nothing has changed at all! I don't know how they get any customers at all when it is so unclean! The toilets themselves look like they haven't been cleaned since I first went in, in 2022!!

Food is decent quality. Only thing was it arrived a little cold and didn’t heat very well. But it was delayed so may have been sat there a little. Do like the Stockport branch better than Man Uni one as at least they always get the order right!

Quite possibly the most disgusting food I have ever had. The pancakes didn't have syrup -- they were just sweetened. The bacon was grey. The fact that there are so many in the Manchester area is bizarre given that there are much better places to get breakfast.

For a fast food place, we were surprised at how nice the food was. There's a good selection of desserts too. There didn't seem to be anyone out cleaning tables though and an item was missed from our order but quickly rectified.

Wrap had no salad in it just 2 small chicken fillets and the tiniest bit of Sauce. Paid extra for nacho lattice however just provided normal ones. Also asked for dip which was not included. Been here a couple of times and it hasn’t been great, keep thinking it will improve and give them another chance but don’t think I’ll be giving them another chance anymore, too many issues.

Great chicken burger and frappé. Great quiet place to have a conversation. My only concern is my clothes smell of food afterwards hence the 4 stars.

Stopped here with the family en route to see some friends near Stockport. Amongst other things our family ordered, I went for the Caramel Macchiato in the hope it would match or better that of Starbucks. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the mark - average at best in comparison. The service was a bit slow as well and to be honest, it wasn’t easy at all to find the Drive-Thru - the whole car parking system for the retail park was confusing. Overall, fairly disappointing!

Can’t say one bad thing about the drinks, food or environment inside, it’s comfy, cozy, and very cool on a hot day! I can read my book with the quiet ambience, as it’s not too loud in the mornings, and, there is lounges to relax and plugs for all types of electronic devices… if work eats into your breakfast, lunch or Dinner… ❤️

Order wrong and cold how disappointing

Don’t bother getting any actual food, burger drier than Sahara dessert, soggy undercooked chips n I don’t even think you can call that a chicken tender 🤣 strawberry lemonade 10/10 tho. Don’t stray from the donuts and drinks, I had faith I recommend you don’t!

I ordered cheese sandwich, fries and mocha today. Fries was soggy and burnt. Sandwich was cold and hard. Service is okay. Toilets were in pathetic condition. Very poor hygiene. I waited in the counter for 5 mins to inform the staff about the condition of the toilet but there was no staff in the main counter.

It shouldn't be called fast food

Claimed for refund delivery on a bike not packed well split all over bag and doughnuts, less than 1/2 cup coffee , doughnuts uneatable soggy, delivery guy thought that was ok to hand it to me and place my order as delivered enjoy your food 🤯
