Time Out Wakefield in Wakefield

It's a good place to go on a weekend plenty of games and stuff but I tried going on a Tuesday, and it wasn't open like it advertised

Great bar, looked after our big group on Friday and Saturday night, great pizzas friendly staff, really enjoyed our visits.

This place won't last five minutes. Was in there Friday night and it was dead, however management found it ok to belt out German league football louder than when the place used to be a nightclub! I'm no winging boomer but I had to ask them to turn it down. The place is cold and dark. Felt like I was on the mining ship Nostromo from the Alien franchise. It's only redeeming quality was the shuffle board and cheap drinks. £5 to play on an Xbox for thirty minutes! Management has a lot to learn!
