Being going to this place for years. Pizzas are always hot and tasty. Guys are very friendly. Happy to recommend.

Fried chicken was nearly inedible.. really not right 🤢 Chips had an awful aftertaste.. Husband said Kebab was okay. Won’t bother again.

They contacted me as there was a problem with one of the items so that the order could be amended - good customer service! The order was delivered early and enjoyed by everyone. :-)

Food was very hot like it had just come out of the oven. It tasted very good. And everything we ordered, we got. Will order from here next time

We had a pizza, there were barely any toppings and the flavour was bland.

Quite expensive for what you get, also you seem to get less than when I’ve ordered previously. Not many nuggets or popcorn chicken, not alot of cheese on the chips etc

They appeared to be busy so I had to wait, and then the pizza wasn't as good as normal. The dough was pale and could have been cooked a bit longer and the topping needed more tomato and cheese.

Always my go to place for local pizza, tastes so much better than Pizza Hut and domino’s. Arrived a tad late but that doesn’t bother me at all, food still arrives piping hot!

Generally Pizza Time have been spot on. But forgot my sauce and the Calzone was the wrong filling.

Usually good service. However didn’t bring my sauce. Still waiting on a free order. Second time this has happened now

Quite bland, toppings look and taste cheap. Being hidden under the cheese always creates suspicion. Dough had no taste . Won't order again.

Very long wait which I can appreciate for a Saturday night. However the quality of the food isn’t great. There are definitely better takeaways in York for a lower price.

Delivered to wrong address! Luckily the people who lived there brought it to our house. Pizza sizes wrong way round and pizzas undercooked. Hardly any onion rings. Disappointing.

I ordered some food for delivery at 10 as that’s when I was finishing work food came about 9.35 which meant food wasn’t very hot the food although the food what came was good

Pizza was delivered an hour and 25 minutes late. Had to phone the pizzeria twice, and on both occasions, was told that the pizza was just being taken out of the oven. Sounded like a taxi company telling me that my taxi was just turning into my road. Pizza wasn't the best. Will not be using again. Ruined our Saturday night.

Everything was great with the order and it even came earlier but when I open my box to what I thought was going to be a normal regular chicken kebab I was a bit annoyed to realise that you sent me a spicy chicken kebab instead, it tasted OK but I am not a lover of spices so feel a tad let down

I got my food late and when it arrived the food was freezing and the calzone pizza was not even cooked. It was like eating rubber. had finish cooking the calzone in the oven. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Worst I’ve ever had

Staff are so friendly always ask how you are at the door. Pizzas are always delicious.

Great pizza but a shame we were charged extra for delivery by the driver, despite paying on the app and not being told this would apply. Having looked at the small print again, we still haven’t found a note regarding this despite being in the designated postcode!

Would not order from here again, my partner ordered a kebab however it was all just thrown together and looked vile. Grissle was also found in the chicken ringing restaurant for a refund!

Always arrives early and staff always nice to deal with, even when ask for something specific with order. Food always hot and tastes spot on (Just wish they would add onion rings onto menu :) )

It’s a difficult one to review really. The food arrived 15 minutes early, and was delivered by an Indian guy. I ordered a Chicken Kebab with Salad and a Tomato Garlic Bread. The Garlic Bread had little Tomato on it, so wasn’t the best.... I wouldn’t order again. The Chicken Kebab had the Salad and Sauce all mixed in which is unusual but, it tasted nice but, I suffered the day after due to way too much salt

Rang the restaurant having had no word on my order 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival, company said they had no order from me despite ordering over £50 worth. Having got nowhere after 4 conversations I began to drove down before getting a call from a delivery driving claiming to be outside - the delivery driver apologised but they were busy. Pizza’s were cold and tasted like cardboard. Would never use again, absolute shambles.
