A fantastic meal with fantastic service from an amazing staff member Michelle who was incredibly understanding when we had a last minute change about wanting dessert. Drew, a calm minded worker against a rather lengthy queue and incredibly well mannered. All-in-all 10/10!

Visited with my mum sister niece and daughter food was great we always love the carvery at toby the meat is delicious and the yorkies are 10/10! Our server Susan was so kind, polite and very attentive she is a credit to Strathclyde Toby carvery even if our meal hadn’t been good I would go back because Susan’s service is first class!

Wasn't expecting a Michelin star dining experience but everything was just rely bland, especially the mac and cheese. Quite disappointing, staff were lovely though!

We met with our family at Strathclyde Carvery by Susan with a lovely smiling welcome. In our party of 8 were people ranging over 3 generations. Susan was so considerate and helpful throughout our stay. She guided us and answered any questions we had. It was a delightful experience for all of us. Thank you, so much, Susan.

We arrived around 8pm. Purchased two carveries, food was clearly left out for a good amount of time and look warm. Staff were friendly, shame about the food.

The food and service where ok however after.paying for a king size roast the chef did not offer any chipolatas that where part of the deal, I had to ask for them only to be told that ther where none ready and the waitress would bring them. She did however I had already finished my meal .you should inform customers of unavailability of food before they pay for it

Booked our table for 5pm, for 3 adults and one infant. The restaurant was fairly quiet at that time, although it began to get busy as the night went on.Had a good meal and left stuffed. Great choice of meats and sides. Could do with being a little bit more generous with the meat ( that’s why I gave it 4 stars). Whether you choose two or four meats, you Get the same slice portion. The waiter was very friendly, polite and cheerful. We will definitely be back.

My friend and I went for a nice walk round Strathy Park today then had our lunch at Toby's. We just want to thank Susan for her excellent service, she's been great from beginning to end. I will come back again with my husband soon 🤩

Visiting Toby Carvery after a full walk around Strathclyde country park with pal and enjoyed the carvey meats and veg. Susan was our server very attentive. Tender meat with ample veg roast potatoes, carrots, peas, etc even cauliflower and macaroni cheese! Delicious cookie dough sundae 🍨 😋

Michelle was a wonderful host - warm, friendly, and couldn't do enough to help us. An excellent experience all round!

Susan was our server tonight and she couldn't have been any nicer, moved us to a more comfortable table without us asking and offered to carry our meals to our table and to collect our drinks 10/10 for friendliness and service, I'd choose to sit in her section next time! Thank you Susan!

Toby carvery is the place to go for a roast dinner any day of the week. Serving for your meat choice, there's pork,Gammon, roast beef, and turkey.. You also have the option of mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, stuffing,peas ,carrots, cheesy cauliflower and of course the toby carvery gravy and giant Yorkshire pudding. Food quality is decent but things can dry out under the hot lamps if it's not getting used. All in all, I would say this is well worth the money.

Had our new years lunch there with my wife and 2 kids. Staff were really nice and polite. Food was accetional if I'm honest. We go there at 12pm when it was all fresh and it was amazing. That was our third visit,1 breakfast and 1 roast lunch previously. All visits the food was amazing

Absolutely amazing dining experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely, smiley Abbie, who can I just say is such a credit to the team. She was absolutely amazing. Fantastic service and helped us with anything we needed. The food was spot on as always. Will definitely be returning.

Staff were fantastic especially Carolyn. Food was lovely would have liked a separate menu for people who do not want carvery. Even a small menu.

Visited here today for some late lunch/early dinner as we’d taken the kids to Amazonia earlier on. Our waitress was nice & friendly. We used the “kids eat for £1” coupon which was obviously a nice saving. We just got two adult carvery’s & two kid sized ones & there was so much on our plate! It was all really nice though & nicely cooked! Plenty of choice too.

My family of 6 stayed at the lodges here over the Christmas period, super clean and amazing customer service, particularly from Susan. She gave us a very warm welcome and helped answered all our questions. The food was an amazing quality as well, Susan was very helpful with making food suggestions and was really kind when serving our table. Highly recommend.

After enjoying a meal with you on the 22/12/24 and the lovely Madison taking good care of us,we popped in again on our way home on the 28/12/24 to meet with a friend and Madison was on shift and recognised us and again made sure we had everything that we needed such a friendly person thank you again and Happy New Year to you all.

Just have a joyful late lunch here. I had a Salmon wellington here and it's really Gooooooood!! As I am not a native English speaker, Michelle introduced and explained to us friendly and patiently. She really made my day and definitely will come again : D

Great food. Good aimed meat portion. Staff very friendly. The one irritating point is that the wifi is poor and the app decided (twice) not to allow me to log in. This meant I could not use the discount voucher, I had been sent. Grrr!
