We have ordered pizza and wings, it wasn’t a first time but this time was disappointed. Pizza and wings has not cooked well and I found a feather on top of wings pack. How is it possible cooked wings had a feather?

I had pizza so many times from this branch. Always the people were very helpful and friendly. The pizza is lovely, both thin base and stuffed crust one. I love to choose my toppings and be served so fast.

Cuando llamé a la tienda para preguntar a la persona en el teléfono fue extremadamente grosero y poco profesional diciendo que no es su problema que la pizza se dejó junto a la puerta y no le importaba si recibimos la pizza. I just order and I don’t have a bad relationship with the customer service assistant but sometimes it is excellent and sometimes it isn’t. I must try and remember they are people too so I don’t hold it against them.

There is a woman who works there that’s very rude. She argued me and my daughter on the phone the last time my friend ordered and today she purposely sent the food late and sent a different dessert almost as if she’s doing it on purpose. Horrible service and horrible rude woman.

I recently ordered from tops pizza. For the very first time and was throughly impressed by the delivery service . The menue showcased a variety of innovative pizzas blending bold flavours and beautiful presentations . Will definitely try more I can highly recommend this restaurant for takeaways and deliveries ,, The delivery driver was efficient and on time with great communication. I can give 5 stars to this restaurant .

Tried this morning and the pizzas were delicious with very genuine prices. And lovely service i can say it’s outstanding i will definitely come every weekends.

For some reason they don’t like delivering to White City estate so you have to keep phoning to make sure they’re putting your delivery through and delivering it otherwise they will take hours not exaggerating.

DO NOT GO HERE PLS I WARN U . First of all the staff our extremely rude and have a disgusting attitude towards their customers. Second of all u wait for a long time to get ur pizza . The ceiling is almost falling down and not very clean.My family order a veg pizza as usual and we are a regular customer so we always know what the pizza taste like. We order, then got our pizza then we went home and the pizza was so spicy we were disappointed and confused of why the pizza is this hot . It was OUTRAGEOUS there was a burning sensation in my mouth for 15-20 minutes. THIS IS A DISGUSTING PLACE🤮🤢🤮🤢

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD BELIEVE YOU ME. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. i can understand life going down hill but this is taking the biscuit. Why in the 7 levels of hell is this pizza dough so thick, every other ingredient has been overcome by this monstrosity. By far the worst pizza “place” out there if you can even call it that. The bbq sauce is sweeter than my pickup lines and thats a problem cause It’s bloody sickening. I want to be ban from this establishment because frankly it would do me and my bowl movement a bloody favour. Cheers geez

Pizza deep-pan and contained mainly cheese. Could not see meat, pepers nor extra (pinapple)ADVICE:- do not order anything extra on pizza. Ribs was cold as if straight from fridge. Have not ordered from this place for a long time and regret ordering today. TOTAL UTTER WASTE OF MONEY, had to throw whole lot away. SO DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET.

We live in northfields, And Even though we have access to many takeaway pizza places , this is seriously The best one. Much better than all the other famous take away brands. We order the pizza about once a fortnight and it always comes loaded with cheese and dips!

I will never order any food from your restaurant as I made the order to be delivered to my home address, rather than my employer, and then half an hour later get a phone call that they couldn’t deliver it to my home address as they don’t do deliveries to my home address after I had confirmed the order will be delivered, only to get a phone call to tell me that my order won’t be delivered to my address but then deliver my food to my employer and then tell me that my order was cancelled!

I placed an order for delivery ASAP at around 0.30 on Wednesday morning. At that point the App was indicating delivery in about 35 minutes. After placing my order I received no confirmation either by text, or email. I tried to go back on to the app to establish what had happened, but the app crashed. I tried a number of times to check the app, but it was not working. During the day on Wednesday I had my phone on silent. An attempt was made to deliver my order at 12.28 PM. Please reply.

Visited 5th April, was served by Ruby and Chetna, excellent service, pizza was hot as expected, brilliant service with a smile. Was informed how long the pizza will take to make, was aware of the waiting time. Service with a smile, will definitely order from here again!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for their pizza’s!! The way my tastebuds jump in joy whenever I order from here :) go to order is the Vegi hot and chicken tikka. Also such great value for money when you have a large party. Even a medium pizza is HUGE. Won’t be going to any other pizza delivery shop now that I’ve tried tops pizza!

Did not respect my order… SPECIALLY STATED NO OLIVES NO LETTUCE…. Salad arrived with olives. Contacted store who stated gonna send new salad and collect old salad 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️…. Now have to wait to eat meal …… NOT GOOD

Food ok, but almost cold. Was a few minutes after the top end of the delivery time. However it said food was on its way and arrived about 25 minutes later. It's only a mile away so shouldn't have taken more than about 10mins. The courier did apologize though saying they were busy.

Never had so many problems ordering pizza and sides before first they rang to say no vegan bases then 30 minutes later another call as no vegan dippers and by the time it all arrived it was cold never using them again

Food normally decent but cheese was missing phoned to let them know , which was a difficult conversation in itself, opened the pizza box to find that that it was almost burnt and was only able to recognise one or two pepperoni and the rest unrecognisable

Their food is always of high quality. I have been a customer for nearly a decade as a result and I would never order from anywhere else. There was a small issue with my order yesterday but it was resolved in a most reasonable and generous manner by the manager. It seems they really do appreciate their customers and that is so far to find these days - especially from a fast food restaurant.

the delivery driver went above and beyond for me to enjoy my order. he went out of his way to travel to the shop to buy my missing bottle of coke and travel back to my address for me to receive my drink. I appreciated this very much!

Horrible service!!! Order came more than 90 minutes after the order. I specifically asked for no onion and the pizza ended up having onions on it!! I had to call the restaurant 3 times until the order arrived and in the end the guy was not even apologetic! Will never order again!
