Easily the best American style pizza delivery in Harrow. For many years the standards of Tops had dipped from what I remember of the 2000s. I can happily report that after using them three times over the last month that standards are that of what I remember as a child. For the best value for money and freshness I recommend collecting the pizza yourself!

If you are a vegeterian, i would say dont buy or eat from Tops pizza. I am vegeterian, bought a vegie hot and they sliced it with Red slicer.(which is used for non vegeterain pizza) I even asked him, why did you sliced it with the Red one, instead of slicing it with the Green one. He answered because Red one is more comfortable for him to cut in slices. I didnt wanted a refund or anything, but the guy didnt even apologised or said sorry for this. I left with pizza very disaapointed and I urge every pure vegeterian if you want to eat pizza, look for better options than Tops pizza

We enjoy Tops Pizza but hugely disappointed that the vegan pizzas are not included in the deals that they run. Feels discriminatory as we can’t now get the deal as a family.

I ordered pizza from this shop and for my surprise there was a hair in the Pizza I am surprised what kind of hygiene they are following because i can see one more similar review on this issue . I called and informed them but the lady over phone said I can compensate with one small pizza next time you order I mean Seriously !! I ordered large pizza and you did such a blunder with a hair in it rather than providing a refund she wants me to order more from this pathetic unhygienic place.Also she said it was not all over the pizza so small pizza as compensation will do I mean have some logic unhygienic is complete pizza if even one hair strand is in it.

It is the worst experience ever.we ordered the paneer pizza but they sent the chicken one as we are vegetarian we ordered the vegetarian but they guys did the mistake and instead of apologizing the guy ALI he was very rude and he said we did the mistake so simple we will send you the vegetarian one.my little one she is allergic to chicken and she ate that pizza I said if something happened who is responsible and that guy was very rude.

I just called for order to pizza of Tops at the shop and one of the guy pic up call and he didn’t answer the call properly , and i also lived at near by Alexandra avenue .

Pizza is good 👍 but the way they tall to the customer is very bad and rude. Feels like you dont want to order anymore from them but there is not any other pizza shops for me to get it quickly.

I recommend not to visit this branch as i ordered margarita pizza and the cheese was not fresh, it smellssour. Even they are charging extra for customisations as it's written in their menu that they are not charging for it.

Pizza is delicious. It's not too far from my house so I prefer to order over the phone and collect it. It's actually a lot cheaper when done like this too.

I have been ordering from Tops Pizza for a number of years. Not only have their prices increased significantly, their pizzas and garlic bread have shrunk. They also now charge for garlic sauce etc. please maintain the high quality pizza and garlic bread.

I ordered on Uber. The guy drove to the wrong address, couldn’t track the delivery. Called the shop to tell them they didn’t care. I ended up waiting over an hour for a cold pizza. I had been ordering for many years I will never order again. Guys, if you care about customer service and being heard do not order from here they do not care. The service has gone down go elsewhere. Complete waste of money the worst phone arrive I have ever had.

Ordered 2 pizza’s one small no cheese as im lactose intolerant, lady called to double check the note i left, i confirmed im allergic she said ok hang up then guess what arrives? Pizza with cheese, called them back, a man picked up really nice guy he apologised then the lady called me again to argue over the order that is not cheese on pizza! At this point im laughing and im telling her explain the white stuff? Anyways, defo not ordering from them again, not because of the wrong order, as that can happen but the atittude of hers.

Have ordered at least 15-20 times before and I wanted to order today, guy who picked the call was unbelievably rude, no idea what the hell he was thinking about himself, ask to talk with manager and he replied he himself is manager, cut my call 2-3 time and then said cannot hear me. When I started giving order he said I cannot understand English and started swearing me that if you cannot speak English then stop calling here, What a customer service!!! and decided now, not gonna order there anymore...Here cannot give 0 * so have to click on 1 *...

Absolutely appalled by the level of customer service here. Called in to order a pizza for collection, and an extremely rude man taking my order would not let me finish. He would talk over me and then cut the phone as I was still trying to tell him what I wanted on my pizza. Got to the store, there were no olives on my pizza. He immediately responded with “you didn’t tell me you wanted this” and both me and my partner explained we were trying to tell him over over phone before he put it down on us. He angrily took the pizza and shoved about 6 handfuls of olives on it and gave it back to me. This is an absolute joke, and pretty disgusting for a franchise like this to treat their customers.

They do a supersize vegetarian delight pizza for £10.99 which is enough for 2. The pizza was very tasty.

Worst Delivery Driver, I would actually give them Negative for this, I kept the change ready thinking it would be easier for driver to give change and I ask my daughter to get £5 exactly back. But instead of that, knowing that my daughter cannot count the change, he handed the change to her which was less than £5, he didnt even ask her to call mum if he didnt had exact change.. last time these guys ignore my request of not adding mushrooms in the pizza. Definately moving my business elsewhere...

Ordered first time from tops pizza ...amazing, delivery on time, hot and very good quality pizzas. NO.1 IN HARROW. Never going back to pizza hut or dominos.
