Service was absolutely shocking! Made us wait over an hour for our food and served customers than came after before us. When we raised this, they didn’t care. Nor did they apologise

Served frozen sirloin as "Fillet Mignon". The guy serving us, got super confrontational and defensive when we tried to complain. We asked for Medium rare fillet mignon. Got served god know weeks old frozen sirloin well done. The steak was grey, not even red. None of us ate the food but the guy proceeded to charge us £30 per person. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

One of the best steaks, travelled a couple hours was well worth it. Avoid the negativity and go for it!.

Went last night just as they were closing and the staff let me and my friends eat in, which was very nice. On top of that there service was top notch, great hospitality , always looking after us whilst we was there. Would definitely be visiting again!

Awful experience. Had to send my steak back twice because it wasn’t cooked right and it still was not cooked as I asked which is shocking for a supposed steakhouse. This also happened to another table near us so clearly not an isolated incident. Other food was not impressive and just overpriced. Don’t accept card payment. I visited Toros Steakhouse today, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience! The steak was hands down the best I’ve ever had – soft, perfectly cooked, and so flavourful that it literally melted in my mouth. Absolute perfection! The service was just as outstanding as the food. Ahmed, our server, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that the entire dining experience went smoothly. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for amazing food and top-notch service, Toros Steakhouse is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

Really dirty kitchen and restaurant, the whole place needs a refurbishment, the toilets were appalling. The food was below average, steak was so chewy, chips over cooked and that mash potato is definitely smash and not made from genuine potatoes. The nachos are just horrific, they actually squirted ketchup In the middle of the nachos. Service personal just kept steering at us. I do not recommend this place will defo not be returning.

This is a great spot for families, offering a welcoming atmosphere and a variety of delicious steaks. I highly recommend the Torros Special Sizzler, it’s cooked to perfection and definitely a standout. The Torros Signature Sizzling Brownie is a must-try too, it arrives sizzling and is best enjoyed quickly! Toro’s has a great selection of steaks and tasty options all around, it’s definitely worth a visit.

In terms of the food, it was really good quality in the past, the portions have got smaller over time and has dropped in standards. The toilet is leaking what looks like some kind of black liquid. It is a shame the quality has dropped at this place. The owner takes money from staff, calls it a deposit then does not pay them back. Always says he does not have money, but takes holidays. Just based on this i will avoid eating here. Be prepared to pay cash, no cards accepted :( they have a cash machine on the side of the building.

Despite all the aforementioned, the prices are very reasonable and the setting is pretty nice with plenty of seats. This place is a definite recommendation.

Really disappointed as toros was my favourite go to when the owner changed it went downhill and the food quality has become worse and the price has just gone up. The servings are much less there’s always stuff out of stock. Sad to say I wont be returning. Wouldn’t recommend this place anymore it’s had a big downgrade sadly

Visited on a quiet and not busy day, half the place was empty, arrived at 7.55pm and got the order in 5 mins later, at 8.53pm the waiter told me they "Lost" the order and needed to take the order again!! Dont think a resturant that charges avrg £25-£30 per person, should have this kind of service??

Food was amazing! Absolutely enjoyed it as it stayed piping hot throughout and came out FRESH and tasted the best! Staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Ordered the half chicken with rice and chips on the side, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The rice had an off taste and smell, and the chicken itself was dry and far from enjoyable. Not an experience I'd want to repeat.

I had a wonderful experience. Me and my family came from America and were brought here by our family in the UK, and the service is really top notch. One of the worker, Madiha was really nice throughout our experience, and even helped us change tables next to our very big family. Would recommend going here.

I've been before and I did like the food, I found the steak was good but this time I have to say I wasn't **wowed**. I do enjoy the hot plates, the steak comes sizzling and they are generous with their portions. Sweet potato fries were exceptional. The mocktails (mango and passion fruit especially) were amazing. And their starters were decent too. Staff are all really lovely and respectful and very accommodating. We asked to move because by the door we were cold and they did accommodate. Considering we were a big group this was nice of them. Tight parking outside, but there's a parking lot a 3 min walk away. All in all id say it was fine, but not spectacular!

I went to Toros on 27/09/2024 with my family in the evening. I must say the general atmosphere in the restaurant was busy and you can feel the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant on a Friday evening. However, upon entering the restaurant, I could see the decor was very old and tired. The chairs and tables were pretty old and chipped. The restaurant was very cold despite the weather outside being blustery and windy. I feel like they could have definitely accommodated everyone in the restaurant by having the heaters on. The restaurant could definitely do with a makeover and renovations as it looks very tacky, un-pretty, and outdated. We ordered our food and it took 45-50 minutes to arrive, it was quite busy at a peak time. I ordered a chicken steak, with mash and chips. The food was delicious and the service from the waiters was very good. Although the steak was not very nice nor was the pasta. Overall it was an okay experience, I feel like the restaurant can definitely make improvements to its atmosphere, decoration, and the quality of the red meat steak. Also on a side note they only accept cash payments. So make sure you do have cash.

When we arrived the restaurant by Toro’s Steakhouse dated 2 September 2024 about 5:30pm. To be honest with you as we seen the floor it no clear and no clear dinner tablet and disabled toilet look terrible has show video as you see it. We ordered until we ate it and no taste it like old food. I feel sick of it all. We never come the restaurant again.

Food was great. Just a shame they couldn't accommodate for me as I wear niqab . They should able to seat women in a niqab either in a place which is less busy or offer some sort of border which separates others.

Food is good but service can be improved.

Don’t usually like leaving reviews like this but I felt it was needed due to how poor the service and food was. Firstly, they only accept cash which for a sizeable business like this is ridiculous. Secondly, there was hair in my wifes steak. This was noticed pretty much as soon as the food arrived and cut into. We don’t have short hair by the way before thats what they say. Staff were unapologetic and it was almost as if we were an inconvenience. I was very quiet and understanding about it. I did not raise my voice nor did I make a scene. I remained very calm and even whispered to the staff so as not to make a scene as I understand things like this can happen. The staff seemed pretty rude and were abrupt with us from that point onwards. Fair enough they swapped the steak but by then my steak was cold and was not an enjoyable meal. The strawberry daquiri was quite literally ribena on crushed ice. I still thanked them for the meal but was rudely stared at. Didnt even say thankyou back to us. An absolute disappointment. Go to the Birmingham branch which is OUTSTANDING!

Really disappointed, had high expectations after visiting the Birmingham branch and wow what a difference. The restaurant atmosphere felt cheap, not at all like a steakhouse and was very crowded with tables. We ordered the prawns, which were basically deep fried shop bought prawns covered in sauce, was over done and not what dynamite shrimp is meant to be like in the slightest. Drinks were also awful, pinacolada was just cream, and strawberry daquiri was just strawberry ribena. The steak then took ages to come out and had a hair in it before i could even take a bite. Although the manager replaced it rather promptly, was overall very disappointed by our experience. Will not be coming back and would not recommend coming here. Also they only accept cash which is odd.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment after my recent experience with your restaurant. I ordered food through Uber Eats, eager to enjoy a meal with my family, only to find that half of my order was missing. Upon calling the restaurant's landline, I spoke with someone named Humza, who was clearly multitasking while driving, as I could hear the indicator going off in the background. I explained that I had placed an order for two meals totaling nearly £50 and that the order was incomplete. Instead of addressing my concern appropriately, Humza, who I believe is either the manager or owner, offered me “free rice” for my next visit………Seriously!!!! I expressed my desire to receive the complete meal I had already paid for, but his response was simply not acceptable. Offering me something free for an order that I had already purchased is not a solution. Humza then said “what do you want that will make your heart happy” and I simple asked for my meal to be replaced and for the incomplete items to be pick up as that what I paid and waited for. His response was “that is not something I could do……” This is not the first time I've encountered dissatisfied customers at your establishment. It seems that the owner (whether it's Humza or someone else) has a tendency to dismiss customer complaints and argue rather than resolve issues. I gave this restaurant one star, which is already more than it deserves. Unfortunately, I had no option to rate it lower. The quality of food is inconsistent; they can't seem to figure out the proper cooking temperature for meat, resulting in either undercooked or overcooked dishes. I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, as I believe in sharing my personal experience, but it’s hard to ignore the multitude of others who have reported similar service failures. I am utterly disappointed with Humza’s handling of my situation. He needs to either improve his customer service skills or hire someone who can professionally manage customer complaints. A little courtesy goes a long way! My evening was ruined, and I ended up having to order another meal from a different restaurant, which meant that half my family had to eat alone. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I although the attitude of the owners of this establishment won’t change I find it my responsibility to warn others of my and experience of others so they are cautious about spending money here.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Toros for five years bringing all my clients and family members to dine, but my recent visit was deeply disappointing. I brought a friend from Dubai, and his medium rare steak was first served well done. When we asked for a replacement, he was given a rare steak instead. Despite having dined here many times, the chef insisted this was their standard for medium rare, which is simply not true. To make matters worse, the staff became rude and dismissive. Most importantly, still offering genocide supporting drinks is a disgrace. We paid the bill and left, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Toros after this experience.

Food is great however very petty that they don't give you tap water such a shame

Considering the overall brand has been around for a long time, you’d think they revamp their restaurants to bring it up to date. The aesthetics has been the same ever since the shop opened. Furthermore, the timing of getting food out to customers is abysmal. Having visited after a number of years, I now remember why I hesitate coming back to Toros. Also, why are you guys still selling genocide supporting drinks?

The restaurant interior is dated and certainly in need of a facelift. Old creaky floors, run down furniture, and to top it all, they only accept cash payment which makes things inconvenient (need to step outside to withdraw cash next door to restaurant), this isn't the best experience when dining here. Lots of overhead on the customer. Despite this, the food, the main reason to come is excellent. So I say this in hope of an improvement as it's a shame that others may overlook this place due to poor dining experience. I had 14oz Filet mignon and it was perfect. Will continue to come back.

One of my favourite steaks in London. I tend to get the pepper steak (t-bone) with sides of rice and fries. It’s a fine evening with wife and child in tow. Pay about £50 with drinks.

I would like to say a big Thank you to the Manager and the staff at Toros. Yesterday was our son's graduation and he along with his friends went for a meal after the ceremony at Toros. I wanted to have a surprise party and called the Manager to see if he can help plan it, and he was so very helpful and cooperative, listened to all my requests and played the Congratulations song when we took our cakes for the guys ! Thank you very much for making yesterday very special for everyone and I am sure all of us will cherish those moments always. Food and service was amazing too ! Thanks again for your cooperation. :)

We went for a birthday and the whole experience was amazing! Service was great, staff were very kind and polite! The food was incredible! So fresh and piping hot which is normally very rare when everyone at the table has ordered their steaks to be cooked differently. Will definitely be coming back!! Only downside is that it’s Cash Only but there is an ATM right outside the shop so not a big problem

Food is still top draw, except no rib eye available at 2pm on a Saturday!! I know it may be a difficult financial environment, but the restaurant needs an updated look. Worn seating and tired restrooms. I shall return, although some will undoubtedly be put off. Not asking for bling, just a little TLC.

Great food and great prices. The place needs a little attention, but otherwise brilliant, hot, tasty food. Decor needs updating and toilets need attention. There is only one toilet for male and 1 toilet for female. In such a large establishment definitely more toilets required. Would go again.

Been here a few times and the quality of the food and experience has gone downhill, I feel like there was a change of ownership/management a few months ago and since then the food has not been the best, it's slightly below mediocre. The restaurant itself is a bit run down and needs refurbishment. The day I visited I was seated with my family upstairs and there was a bad smell coming from somewhere which they were trying to mask with an oil diffuser which wasn't helping at all, definitely a mood dampener.

Toros Steak House is consistently delightful, despite its distance from my home, we make the journey often to indulge in a great time. The steaks, especially the "Toros Special" and "Surf and Turf," are exceptional, with the "T Bone" steak consistently cooked to perfection. While the lamb chops and chicken steak are enjoyable, I'm not particularly fond of their peri peri chicken. Their sauces are also of excellent quality. I'd also suggest trying their Chocolate Brownie Sizzler, although during my last visit, it wasn't as enjoyable as usual. Parking can be a nightmare close to this place.

Always a pleasure to eat a steak here on a cold winter/spring day. Food is piping hot and so tasty. I'd say it's some of the best food I've ever tasted...no lie. Only downside is that you pay a hefty price and they only accept cash as a form of payment...which to me is criminal in this day and age. I wish the management would have a re-think and change this silly policy !

Absolutely amazing food and customer service on point. Got the toros special and it was piping hot and delicious. The sauces were also amazing. Left with an empty plate. It is a bit on the expensive side but i recommend coming here for a good steak.

Enjoyable evening @ Toros. Food was delicious, we tried the Toros Special and Filet Mignon. Portions were generous served on sizzling platter. Reasonably priced. Unfortunately the environment was very noisy and crammed to maximise the space, infringing upon your privacy. I would suggest trying during the weekdays when it’s not busy. I will probably make another visit.

Best place for lamb steaks would 100% recommend

It's a shame their food quality has dropped since the new ownership. Used to love toros as their food was consistently good under old management. Sad that they haven't been able to keep their standards up. Also the cash only system is super annoying! And no ATM outside where it used to be.

The food was very bad and it was all on one plate and the restaurant was messy. The toilets were worse than toilets in marreskh. It's just very unhygienic and not clean. The service was okay but they forgot our chips with the steak, we were told that we would get refunded but in the end the man was arguing with us over their mistake. I wouldn't ever go here again ever. Avoid.

So.. I'd heard about this place from a few folks so decided to try it out. We went on Saturday evening, and although it was busy, we were greeted with a smile, and seated straight away in a far away corner (I can work with that). The staff are very friendly and tentative. A few things to know about this place, parking is OK, they only accept CASH, NO CARD PAYMENTS, the menu you see online isn't the one you'll get here. They don't even do tomahawks at this branch. Once we were seated, our order was taken swiftly, and the food arrived even faster (not sure that's a good thing). So, how was the food experience? Below average on this occasion. We ordered the 'explosive prawns' (3/10), they were bland and burnt.. for our mains we ordered a premium rib-eye (2/10), there wasn't anything premium about this.. the meat itself didn't hit any premium qualities.. furthermore, my steak, supposed to be med-rare, came out as med-well.. it was drenched in a lemony pepper marinade which was very overpowering. The peppercorn sauce was like bisto gravy with pepper flakes mixed in.. not happy with this. We also got a rib-eye sizzler with chips and coleslaw. The sizzler was a bit more bearable (5/10), came out medium.. in all honesty, their coleslaw was probably the best item on the menu.. Now I don't like leaving reviews like this.. but my experience here was below par. Overall, a 3.5 outta 10.

Staff are nice enough but it was probably the worst steak I've ever seen or tasted. A rib eye that was less than 1cm thin, grey and looked/tasted like it had been pre cooked by boiling in water, sat for hours then warmed up by microwaving. It was definitely pre cooked because the meal came out within 5 minutes of ordering. Didn't get through 25% of it.

This was the first Halal Steakhouse in my life. I have tried steaks 1 or 2 times in the past, but I never liked it, and also, I'm not much of a meat consumer, but this restaurant made me change my mind about steaks. I don't remember the name of the one I ordered, but I believe it was Sirloin, and my husband got a T bone. My Sirloin was OMA (Oh My Allah), so delicious, juicy (we always eat meat well-done), soft. Family members ordered some kind of chicken, which also tasted great. We couldn't finish the food , the portions were big, we had to pack the leftovers to go. It was an amazing experience at this restaurant with relatives who live in London. I want to thank them for taking is here. Also, I want to thank the restaurant for serving such a delicious Halal food. The restaurant itself was nice, the service was fast. It seemed like a popular place, because, despite being Monday, the restaurant was almost full by dine-in customers. They are environmentally friendly, using paper straws. Very tight on giving napkins with dinner! Might want to rethink laying a piece of meat on top of chips, vegetable and sides, as it is near impossible to cut!

I have been to many places to eat and have been amazed at how much they have changed their food sometimes they are good now and they were not nice at all the times I had visited before and now they have awesome food but toros have been 10 out of 10 since day one and still are.

First time food was wonderful ,service was phenomenal atmosphere was great with freinds it was overall a fantastic experience. I am defos going back for steak. Love the portions , now whT they serve is proper portions!

I've been coming here since they opened years ago. The food quality always varies depending what day you go and your luck. Sometimes the steak is soft and tender, sometimes it's chewy. Sometimes the pasta is nicely flavoured, sometimes it's bland. It really depends on your luck. All in all even when the food isn't that great I still really enjoy it. However I wish they would get higher quality steaks. I wouldn't mind paying extra for higher quality. For instance, their ribeye is always dry and tough. That's a little unusual for ribeye as it's a fatty cut. Their sirloin (toros special) is better and there have been instances where it's very tender and tastes delicious. One thing that really bugs me is how the steaks are cooked. If you order a medium, you get a medium rare. If you order a medium rare, you get rare-blue (cold in the middle, even rare isn't cold in the middle.) It isn't too big a deal if you get the sizzler plate, because you can cook it yourself for a little longer. I did mention this to manager, and he explained that's how they cook it at toros. I'm a steak fanatic myself and have been to many, many steakhouses and they all stick to the universal steak temperatures. So it was unusual that torros is the only place that have their own rules for how steaks are cooked. A little misleading, but all in all we still go there as a family alternating between the 2 steakhouses in harrow.

An excellent choice for a family night out. My only concern is that the prices have significantly increased in the last couple of years. The reason I favored this place for a steak dinner was its value for money, but this seems to be diminishing as the quality doesn't align with the current prices.

This might be the first review I am writing about the restaurant and that is because it was truly 5 star. The food was very good indeed. One can always nitpick about any Food. That is quite Subjective. However, what made it truly an amazing experience was Asif. He truly should be made a benchmark. Sufficient enough to say that we went for dinner one day and came back the next day as well. Thankfully, we were served by Asif both times.

Excellent steaks and excellent staff. Their new makeover is really appreciated and really brings a new flair to the place. The food was perfectly cooked and sizzling hot and the mock-tails were cherry on the top. Their staff is also very welcoming and always makes sure that the customer is satisfied with the food. Hopefully will be coming back in the near future as well.

TLDR: I rate them highly for service but low for food. Lovely ambience. We got seated pretty quickly. Cash only so that was a let down for me. Pretty efficient service as food came out fast and the waiters were pleasant. Food was piping hot, portion was insanely heavy but tasted meh. I think the presentation looked like a good attempt but wasn’t practical, you’d have to ask for an empty plate to move food around if you want to properly dig into your meal. I asked for a medium well done but steak was tougher and less juicy than I expected. Mash was the most bare minimum I’ve tasted in a bit. Not creamy, just mash. Only save was the Oreo milkshake I had - that was nice. Everything else I tried eating just felt stressful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful customer service from the manager. Horrible uncooked food. I had gone for an evening meal with my family - the lamb and chicken uncooked. Had come home with the kids and was awfully sick. Later then found out had food poisoning because the meat wasn’t cooked well. I got in contact with the manager who said he will issue a refund and then refused and stopped responding to my messages days later. Will never be going back! Considering we have 6 meals and spent up to £130 I would have appreciated a refund for atleast some of my food

Food was ok just average I would say the only bad thing they don't take card so they pay less tax to hmrc to avoid high taxes and asked for tap water they say we don't do that. Every restaurant has normal tap water just another way for people to spend unnecessary money.
