Food was delicious and good value. Sadly on this occasion most of the staff were miserable and difficult to communicate with.

First of all, the food was not too bad as I am a regular customer of Tortilla and love to come here due to the amazing burritos they make! However, on this occasion I was very upset with this worker that scammed me and my partner with the food, we wanted to order a large burrito combo from the sunset menu which is £11 and comes with a side that is included with the main. In this case, we opted for the chips & salsa which should come with a fresh dip. This worker was very rude and said that we have to pay extra £3 for this fresh dip and gave us the cholula hot dip instead. On top of this, we added a Diet Coke with our order which was £1.95. Our total of the order came to £14.00 when instead we should have paid £12.00. So I am not sure why he has overcharged us even when we opted for takeaway also. I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and I really question coming back to Tortilla again because of this worker. Proper training should be done as we paid more and didn’t get our full food order as stated on the menu…

The staff seemed annoyed about serving customers, and their frustration grew when I scanned my tortilla loyalty card to receive stamps for two different orders. I noticed they hadn’t counted the stamps, so when I returned to redeem those two orders, both of the Indian girls claimed they didn’t know what to do. They went to ask a guy(blond, chubby English), who I assumed was the manager, and while he was speaking to me, I noticed he was picking his nose and then touching the food, which I found unappetizing. He lied to me, saying that the stamps would be available the next day. Additionally, even though I selected items that required an extra charge, the staff was very stingy with the portions. I had to ask them to add more since I was paying extra for it! Overall, the staff was neither clean nor polite, and they were not helpful at all. It's frustrating that they push so hard for customers to get a loyalty card and redeem rewards, yet when I tried to do so, the staff seemed to not care and even lied to me.

Another Amazing Mexican Meal – This Time at Westfield After enjoying a delightful Mexican lunch in Southampton, I couldn’t resist the temptation to have another Mexican meal—this time at Westfield. Among the variety of restaurants, this one stood out with its unique concept of letting you choose your ingredients directly from the counter to create your perfect wrap or bowl. For this meal, I chose a wrap filled with rice, black beans, meat, lettuce, salad, and hot sauce. While the sauce wasn’t very spicy, the combination was still excellent, especially when paired with a Corona beer—it was a perfect match. One of my friends ordered a similar wrap, and we were both very pleased with our meals. We were three in total. My other friends opted for a vegetarian wrap and a bowl meal. Once again, everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. It’s hard not to appreciate the simplicity and quality of this experience. If you’re looking for a casual, customizable, and satisfying Mexican meal, this is the place to try. Whether for lunch or dinner, it’s a great choice and will definitely leave you wanting more!

I had my lunch this Sunday in tortilla Westfield London and its my first time here and i served by nidhi and zivile. These two guy are so amazing and good listener. I recommend all to go there and take service by them especially naked burritos.

Always disappointed with the staff because they assume I don’t know that they’re being stingy with the chicken. I’ve legit heard them say ‘put less chicken’. They don’t even put a full spoon, it’s really unfair because I want to have a chicken burrito not a rice burrito with a sprinkling of chicken. Thanks !

Shocking from start to finish. Arrogant staff who cannot be bothered to engage so you have no idea what they are saying. Ended up with tacos with only meat filling as they mumble under their breath. Asked what the 3 salsa options were, staff just rudely pointed spoon to the trays - as the customer you are an inconvenience. Some staff (till operator) looked hungover, laying over the counter with head in hands. To top it all off there is a dodgy double payment on my account and they dont give you a receipt. 12 Oct 24.

Burrito bowl was cold and very watery, taste was odd

This place was so disappointing. I use to go to another branch. Here I paid £13 for a chicken burrito, might as well be called a rice burrito because the proportion of protein (chicken) to rice was about 95% rice 5% protein. All you taste is the cheap rice. I appreciate places are cutting back to save money, but not when it makes your product this poor and frankly tasted like a Tesco value burrito....that costs £13.

I have been coming here for close to two years in a monthly basis and in the past several months, the customer service has been so bad. Im sorry this is the only details of the staff i can describe as it has no relevance to them as individuals, but the 2 south asian women are very unhelpful and dismissive. The food has gone down hill massivley, my chicken has stone cold almost like it was frozen in it. They gave me approximately 10 singular shreds of lettuce…and a tiny drizzle of sauce, i had to ask 3 times for more. Please do better x

I personally think it tasted great. I had a burrito with Mexican rice, pinto beans, chicken, corn, cheese and sour cream. It wasn’t too hard to find a place to sit despite it being quite busy in the food area. The price is quite good and it leaves me just about filled up. Staff was okay but overall is good 👍

I was looking forward to enjoying my day and my meal from this place, but upon reaching the pay till, the customer service was awful. I simply asked politely if I could get a coke alongside my meal and the staff member rolled her eyes and had a very rude tone of voice, and poor choice of words with her response. It was very unprofessional and seemed immature.

I had a disappointing experience due to poor service by front standing black man and the old lady. I asked the staff to change their gloves as they were handling both non-veg and veg items, but my request was ignored. The staff seemed dismissive and didn't address my concerns. This is concerning for hygiene and overall service quality. I hope they improve in the future.

Unbelievable! I don't understand how they got "halal certificate" whereas, in fact they cook pork as well. Does it even make sense?! This is madness. It's absolutely unacceptable. Halal food eaters please be aware of this!

I am deeply disappointed with this restaurant. While some may commend the staff for their friendliness, my experience has been quite the opposite. Although the majority of the long-term staff are indeed pleasant, I have encountered significant incompetence and a lack of awareness during my visits. Having worked at Westfield for over six years, I have frequented this establishment often, but today marks the last time. My decision stems largely from the conduct of one particular employee. Furthermore, there are persistent technical issues, such as the loyalty card scanner and the payment terminal (PED) frequently malfunctioning. This, combined with the staff's apparent indifference, is entirely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if possible. There is a Chipotle around the corner that may offer a better experience.

Don’t appreciate the fact that getting 5 tokens only gets u a medium burrito now. From a loyal customer this is something that I’m disgusted by. To spend that amount of money and be rewarded with a medium burrito wow. Also on another note what’s with the chicken servings all of a sudden have the employees been told to ration the chicken. Love the people the atmosphere but this might be it for me when it comes to tortilla it was nice.

Weird business. They sell quesadillas but you are not allowed to eat it until after 2pm. What magic happens at 2pm which makes making a quesadilla possible? I really don’t like businesses who tell their customers what they will have and when. Just creates brand alienation.

This initially said 30-45 minutes and arrived 3 hours later when we were in bed after updating numerous times. It was absurd. We expect a full refund and will also contact our bank. Absolutely shocking service.

staff rude. had to wait ages to collect as they took no notice of me despite me being stood there and asking several times to collect my order. blatantly ignored me, when i finally did manage to speak to someone very very rude towards me. customer service poor. wasn't just me who had this issue. need to sort their customer service skills out. it's a shame as although the food was cold it was nice. won't be going back again.

Man working at till charges you for extra stuff to hit his bonus pay and acts like he didn’t do it . Told him I got two large bowls only which costed me £21 and but he decided to charge 49.50 and when I told him before paying asking if he’s sure he said yes it’s right . I told him again I only got 2 bowls he kept saying you got extra stuff like beef that cost £3 which still didn’t make sense I told him this can max cost £30 .After I paid I asked for the receipt and funny he prints it out and tries his best not to hand it over after I’ve told him over 6x can I just get the receipt . He checks the receipt before giving it to me and he still doesn’t tell me he added extra after I get it off him I check it and he’s added to extra random bowls I’ve not purchased and then says to me oh I didn’t see and refunds me my money that’s now gonna take 24 hours to come back . I don’t go out my ways to write reviews but this was not a honest mistake this was blatantly done to make money won’t be going to these scammy places again .

The staff are polite, friendly and well-mannered. Service is efficient and fast. The food preparation area always looks clean. Highly recommended!

Tried it due its high rate on google, but defintely not good.

I’ve tried to give this branch several chances but on every occasion the experience has been horrendous. Expectations have always been set low but dear god the service standards at Tortilla Westfield are shockingly bad. From poor communication and bad attitude and being treated as they’re going you a favour I just don’t understand why their standards are set so low. I have had great experiences at many of their other stores but this site is literally the lowest of the low. Please avoid unless you enjoy substandard casual dining experiences. From being rushed to being spoken to in a rude tone and not being served what was ordered. This store needs to perhaps have staff retrained.
