Had a great experience dining in with my family, the staff was so lovely they let us have their tortilla dark chocolate brownies for free!!!

Very good service and kind staff, had an amazing time dining with my family and friends. Staff were so kind to even give us free brownies! Definitely coming back, Thank you for the fabulous experience.

Some of the staff working at Tortilla in Victoria centre need to be reviewed by the management because honestly who picked them? Food can be hit or miss, depends on who is making it. Some staff don’t even listen to what you say and put things in your order that you didn’t even ask for. Girl named “T” looked like she wasn’t being paid to be there, couldn’t even crack the slightest smile at the start of making the order, I genuinely got the feeling like as if I was forcing her to serve me. If you hate your job so much, maybe it’s time to look for another one, I also work in customer service but I don’t have this negative attitude towards people. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but again, put stuff in my order I didn’t want, misheard me 10 times and didn’t bother to scan my loyalty card. On the other hand, this black girl (I didn’t get her name) working there is absolutely lovely! Very nice and friendly, always gets the order right and gets the proportions of food right.

The food is generally good , with customizable options like burritos, naked burrito bowls, and tacos. However could have increased the food portion to enjoy the dining experience.

Update - been again since and it was good so I’ve increased to 3 stars. Really hit and miss depending on who is serving, some staff give full effort with food and service, other(s) is a big noticeable drop off, which is mentioned a few times in these reviews. Whereas, the Derbion branch is 5 star every time I go, has been for over a year. I await the obligatory ‘fill out the contact form’ to give the impression these issues are being dealt with despite them being referenced on reviews that are 6+ months old.

Excellent burrito, very tasty experience! Seems a bit expensive, but very filling so feels good value and certainly hits the spot!

I regularly order the same burrito and noticed on this occasion that it seemed different. I politely asked to ensure that the extras I had paid for were included. Unfortunately, I observed that Gemma, along with some of her colleagues, appeared to be making fun of me during this interaction. Such behavior, including comments or actions that could be interpreted as mocking or shaming, is both unprofessional and disappointing to witness.

Very good qaulity food would go again.

It was my first time visiting Nottingham, and I saw the restaurant open quite late. Jack and Tegan were really friendly to explain what was in the food and help me with what I should get due to having an allergy to tree nuts. Both of them were really helpful and made my experience really good. I will come again while I am staying in the UK

They've introduced a self-service kiosk and ditched the human interaction, like McDonald's but without the function of a well-oiled machine.

needless to say, I'm very disappointed with how my order at this place ended tonight. I ordered two burritos to eat with my girlfriend and enjoy a nice lovely meal together, and was met with the most disappointing and terrible service you could imagine. tell me why, when I order a simple large burrito, and a more complex medium burrito with additional toppings and whatnot, and then when I open the food I've been given, all the toppings have been put onto the large burrito, with the medium burrito left barren and tasteless. avoid this place if you're planning on ordering for multiple people, the staff don't know how to manage even the slightest difficult order, simply lazy.

Despite the food being half cold by the time it was delivered (i live far), it was probably the tastiest and best burrito bowl I've ever had! The chips and guacamole were awesome too. #vegan

Had a large chicken burrito with drink and chips from here. Customised good generous fillings and good moneys worth. Staff were friendly and helpful with offering blue light/studen discount. Pre-theatre food stop 3 weeks ago. Taco Tuesday 241 offer only available now via App. Tacos were light on filling. Looked like they were running out as lots of takeaway delivery orders and were trying to stretch things out. We were eat in but all the tables needed wiping down. Had a better experience at other branches. There is now a Taco Bell round the corner so they need to up their game a bit.

The foods great and the staff are amazingly kind. I was having a hard time and getting overwhelmed/strugling while trying to order and pay and the staff i was talking to imediatly turned the music down, told me to take a break and that theyd wait till i was feeling better enough to continue paying and helped me find a quiet seet to sit at and kept checking i was ok. Spoke to the manager a fue days after to pass on how much it ment

Tortilla is my favorite restaurant restaurant to eat at. I don't regularly go out for food, so when I do it's considered a treat. I've had many fantastic experiences at this restaurant, and even left positive reviews in the past. Today I walked into the storearounf 6pm and was met with one of the most awkward interactions I've ever had. We exchanged hellos several times before she rolled her eyes and told me they had nothing left. I said that it was ok and that I could work around that. I received a glare and a huff. My burrito was built with all of the ingredients I wanted it to. She took a huge sigh before rolling my burrito, which I could tell was done to make feel bad for choosing multiple fillings. I asked if I could scan my app and she cut me off telling me to wait. She knew she'd been rude and gave me a Brownie. This was a nice gesture however does not excuse the behavior. I could see the store had likely just finished a busy rush. I myself have worked in hospitality for years on central London. I understand the stress of evening rushes and preparing delivery orders, however my experience today felt very unprofessional and malicious. I'd like to think this girl was just having an off day, however a colleague of mine is one of your most loyal customers (she regularly eats here at least twice a week) of late has complained that a girl has been very rude while serving her. In her words "she looked at me like I'd just kicked her Nan down the stairs." I have a very strong feeling that this is the same person that served me today. My partner and I have shares of tortilla, its our go to date night. I love this brand but I was bitterly disappointed with the service today.
