Townsend Fish and Chips in Barnsley

Best Chippie since I was a kid. Been looking for the best for 55 years. Also makes their own cucumber and onion vinegar and supplies pepper which I don’t often see. YUMMY

Used to go to another local chippy but changed to this one. Brilliant friendly staff, takes card payment and chips always cooked to perfection. Not chucked one away yet. Fish Beautiful too.

Great fish and chips in Barnsley, also I recommend the battered sausage and don’t forget the scraps or batter bits as my ex wife used to call them. Keep up the good work.
