Would give zero stars. Rude man at front of house who denied we had booked a table. I understand that sometimes errors are made and they did not record our booking but he was just ignorant and rude. Extremely poor customer service .Will not be back.

Bad service - rude waiters. Eatalia is much better - only a 1 minute walk away. No one is friendly and I was treated with a lack of respect - no manners whatsoever. The trains can be noisy and food is mediocre- not worth the price or the time. Lots of better Italian restaurants in the area with friendly staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Food was hot and honestly so lovely best Italian I’ve had in a while! I had carbonara and my mum has lasagna and we was both really impressed. Thank you guys!x

First of all I would like to apologise to this restaurant for my unfair comments when it was all down to the delivery company. The pizza and the tomato garlic bread were the best I’ve had and I would thoroughly recommend you give this place a try.

The food is so tasty as always. The staff are very friendly however it did take about 45mins for someone to come and take our food order even though it wasn’t busy in there. Drinks order was taken immediately.

Charged 20 for 2 glasses of house wine over priced for what we got staff not cheerful at all and when I asked why 20 at bar but 640 in menu she did not know

Family of four went for dinner. Was pleasantly surprised by the mixed sharing starter and the mozzarella and tomato salad. Very fresh and tasty. Three of us had the pizzas which were really nice. I can thoroughly recommend the semifreddo dessert. Will definitely go back.

The outer room facing the high street is tastefully decorated. The service was very good and the food was good.

Wonderful place with fantastic food and even more fantastic service. We had pasta with clams and liver with sage. Both dishes were very tasty. I can also recommend house red wine. It was our very late lunch and we have been pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was open. Usually other places have break between lunch and dinner time. Trattoria Verde has also outside seats and in warm, summer evenings we are going to come back surely or maybe earlier. Thank you: our visit was great.

We felt that we were rushed to the minute we sat down, as soon as we finished our starter the main was there. we like to take our time and let our food digest a little between courses. Otherwise nice food.

Had a lovely evening here on Valentine's Day. Staff were attentive, it wasn't very busy which was a surprise. Food was lovely and had a nice espresso martini that was a generous size!

Being a sunday, the restaurant was busy, but there was still a relaxed atmosphere, helped no doubt by the authentic Italian music gently playing, & the staff were friendly, helpful & attentive. My first visit there, but would definitely go again! Grazie mille 😊👍

Pleasant meal in pretty surroundings. A middle of the road Italian menu, all safe options.

. Had attitude because we were there 2 min before it opened . Showed us to the smallest table so I asked May we pls have bigger table as 1 other is joining us . He said no . I will not recommend this place to anyone . We can all be rude so here it is . He is a short fat rude aragont man .

This is a local restaurant which we’re trying to support after the pandemic. Found the staff cold to us with little interaction or interest. While the food was nice it’s not a restaurant we will be returning to anytime soon.

I had dinner here and they really do go out of their way to make it a nice evening. I’m also vegan and they tried their hardest to make me a vegan dish and pointed me in the right direction on the menu. I had a lovely time here and recommend.

Not bad, went for the eat out to help out deal but was still a bit punchy when the bill came. Had bruchetta to start but was undercooked. The main was nice, had garlic prawns.

Rude front of house. Didn't bother staying. Its quite expensive but views said food is good. But to be honest given the other eateries in the area, I wouldn't go back. Personally I feel if your restaurant is empty and you don't want guests, it would be best to just say you're closed rather than huff and puff about showing them to a table. Would explain why this was empty and eatalia around the corner was full. BTW the eatalia mussels are fabulous!!

You must wait for your food but definitely the food deserve to be waited for. We will come back.

Wasn't blown away by this place. Wife's starter of tomato and mozzerela was tasteless. I ordered a tagliatelli main but a lasagne turned up so by the time my correct main arrived the other people with us were half way through their meal. My cream sauce was also curdled. I guess they heated it quickly to catch up. It didn't affect the taste but didn't look so appealing. To be fair they did take the price of the bill. I had a tiramisu sweet which was very light and tasty but my wife reports her creme brulee was one of the worse she had ever had. Very dry under the caramel crust. Waiter was very friendly and chatty but we Won't be rushing back.

Food is average. Went as a group of 7 but staff got all our pizza orders wrong. Offered a vegetarian member of our group a meat pizza and told to eat it. This place had the potential to be such a great addition to the area, but I would rather go elsewhere unfortunately.

While the food was quite good I was appalled that when told that one of our party has an anaphylactic allergy they ignored this and gave a dish that could have resulted in a hospital visit. Very worrying hence the score

This is a fantastic little restaurant, staff are excellent making you feel very welcome and comfortable, and the food was perfect. The waiting staff even gve you tips on how best to eat the food to enjoy all its flavours. Would reckon mend this place to anyone.
