Always come to Treatz and it’s always perfect. Came when it was quiet and was served by Haarris. We was served fast and despite Haarris taking multiple orders and phone deliveries while we were here. Great and polite and service.

Had a fantastic experience at Treatz Desserts! We were served by Isabella, who was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The food was amazing—we ordered the Ferrero Rocher cookie dough, which was absolutely delicious. To top it off, Isabella brought us a complimentary serving of profiteroles, which was such a lovely surprise. The service and desserts were both exceptional, and the overall experience was delightful. We’ll definitely be returning!

We dined in here for my son’s birthday and had a really great experience . Our hostess Natasha was really lovely and patient while serving me and my rambunctious children. The desserts were well cooked I think we found our new dessert spot.

Recently visited the store in Sutton Coldfield. Lovely food! The cookie dough is my personal favourite. Amazing service , we were looked after by a girl called Isabel who was very helpful. Slightly overpriced although a perfect treat once in a while , we will definitely be returning. Xx

Excellent - a perfect way to end the year

I asked for the Mango madness sundae. It was meant to comprise of.. Mango ice cream served with chopped mango pieces, topped with luxury mango sauce, a Treatz wafer, and whipped cream. I got Mango sorbet with frozen mango pieces and whipped cream, wafer and with a tiny drizzle of sauce… I paid £9.99 for this.. first time ordering not happy.. work be ordering again.

food came completely burnt literally couldn’t eat it, the ice cream for my cookie dough was missing, and there was hair in my food, this has completely ruined my evening and i am incredibly upset and disappointed will never be ordering from here again

First visit today as a treat for our 2 children aged 4 and 6, they both had ice cream and we shared the mini donuts between the 4 of us, they were amazing!! We also got some mango milk cake on the house, thank you so much for this, it was lovely so nice and refreshing. Staff were really friendly and service was nice and quick.
