Food was ok, but was cold when it arrived after been 20 mins late

Just had an order 21/12/24, food was shocking no salad on burger dry as a bone and chicken wings probably been in the heater for a week as there was no batter left hardly and again as dry as the bone, not even at the worse bit, the driver asked to take a picture of the food but this was while the wife was holding it in her dressing gown (which she had to walk outside to get) which actually is quite disrespectful and odd as it wasn't a parcel being delivered it was a already paid takeaway. Not going again. Shite 😊
